much higher. nothing less the .05 at this point in the game. I will hold longer if and when i get an idea of the structure, the worth of the company and so forth.
but im willing to hold for at least 3 years yet.

She is huge right now, as much as she would be a huge bonus, she is big dollars that we could not afford at this time. Rosie is washed up she doesnt have anything going right now. She would pay ya to work for ya. Ellen is on fire right now with her talk show.

Rod I like them both ... but they are so different, I can't even begin to compare them. Sandra's looks and comedic routine is distinctly different from Rosie's. Trying to compare them is like comparing hockey and football ... both entertaining but in very different ways. I'm happy that Q has Sandra, but I also would welcome Rosie ... and Ellen ... and Jm Bullock ... and so many more great gay entertainers. I also would like to see some non-gay entertainers signing on. I'm sure GLBT people enjoy being entertained by non-gays, just as much as the rest of us.
Maybe I should contact Q about booking talent for them ... I could be their token straight guy. And if the money is right, I'd also consider ... well, maybe not ... BUT SHOW ME THE MONEY and let me decide!!

Quik, after an RS the value of your holding is the same BUT the pps is much higher and the number of shares you're holding is much less. This allows the CEO to further increase the amount of shares available for purchase thereby causing the pps to drop significantly again. It's the proverbial drawing blood from a stone. In this case, it's squeezing the last possible dollar out of an investor.

The CEO doesn't need to further increase the amount of shares available (the A/S). The A/S is not necessasirly changed due to the reverse split. The decision to R/S, and the decision to R/S the A/S are two SEPETARTE decisons. The CEO can do one without doing the other. It works the same way with a forward split.

My point is simple. If value of Q is set by an independent audit, what difference does it make if QBID has 1 share outstanding, 4 shares outstanding, 100 shares outstanding or 100 billions shares outstanding? Simple math can place a value on each share, depending on the number of shares.
I just dont think the number of outstanding shares matter if an independent audit places a tangible, quantifiable price value on TMM. (HUGE CAVEAT: So long as Frank isnt diluting post audit). To date, this is only an increase in A/S, but no word about increase in O/S

No you didn't hear that from me, guaranteed. from what i know Doc was still not aware of the time or even if the meeting would occur.
if i get any word i will update. but last i heard yesterday was that Doc was not certain if the meeting was on or off.
