Voeller will be responsible for the strategic vision of TPID technology innovation and systems development of key anti-counterfeiting technology applications. "John Voeller adds the industry expertise and experience to expand the True Product ID technology across multiple business applications. His global strategic vision will be an asset that will change anti-counterfeiting methods for the future," comments James Mackay, Chairman of True Product ID.
"John Voeller is a global leader and innovator in technology. His engagement as a consultant to the Department of Homeland Security and his American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Fellowship in the office of Science and Technology Policy for the Executive Office of the President provide experience that will aid in the growth and market position of our new company," comments Richard A. He has also served as chairman of ASME's Critical Asset Protection Initiative, leading eight teams of world experts in planning first responder actions and risk analysis of terrorist incidents.
Voeller was co-founder and chief technical officer of BV Solutions Group, as well as a recipient of the CIO Enterprise Value Award for 1997 from CIO magazine and the Award of Excellence from Engineering News Record magazine for 1998. He has also been the recipient of the Ed Forrest Award For Highest Achievement in Engineering Automation for 2000 and the CIO Premier 100 Award as one of the top 100 CIOs In The US for 2000.

Casviper..... I hope you know 7 of 9 was just being a dummy when he mentioned "black sheets". There are no "black sheets". "black sheets" to me can also mean sometime like the Enron or WorldCom companies that have fallen down to nearly or no existence at all.

Data, this is from the previous PR about the PSRE deal. While we might get some shares, it is most likely that we will not.
"This transaction is similar to the template we utilized with the TPID/ONTV license (that is, a monthly minimum will be paid to SSTY) but it differs in that SSTY shall retain a portion (or possibly all) of the shares itself. If permissible, the company intends to deliver an as of yet undetermined portion of the shares in the public company to SSTY's then- present shareholder base," said Michael Cimino, SSTY President, although he cautioned that no specific plans have been decided at this time and that the shares, if any, which may be issued to its then-current shareholders, will be restricted.

Since tomorrow is the "ex-div" date, does anyone know how we are going to be recieving our shares? Will they be added to our broker accounts or will we get the old "paper" copy of how many shares you have with a number to call if you want to sell any of them.
Also, will ONTV (TPID) shares be halted for a day or two while this is being done, or will we just see that the price has been cut in half?

7 of 9 you do realise SSTY isn't on the OTCBB, SSTY is on the Other-OTCBB ("Grey Sheets.") there for we are not updated in their database since we dropped exchanges.

Everyone on this SSTY board needs to know that 7 of 9 is NOT a SSTY shareholder, most likely ISN'T a trader and does the same crap on every other stock thread on this BB. 7 of 9's main objective on allstocks.com is pick a random stock for the day, stay on that particular thread and bash the stock all day and night. Perhaps, a new, productive hobby would do him good. Every think about quilting or knitting, 7 of 9?

casviper, since we will most likely get out shares in paper form, I think it will be around 20 or 30 days after the close of business today. This is just a guess so anyone that might have some more insight please speak up.

I know this is somewhat of a "let down" by the company but I hope today's press release at least clarifies that the new ex-dividend date now "should be" set for May 8, 2006 for Distribution of ONTV, Inc. Shares.
Remember this date: May 8th, 2006!

blah blah blah 7 of 9. What are you doing on this thread anyway? You've sold all your SSTY shares as you've said earlier this week so why stick around and talk smack about a stock that WILL make us all rich? You're the one missing and losing out!
7 of 9..... Go bother some other thread like QBID or something because SSTY is NO QBID, that's for sure!

Yeah, 7 of 9 sold his WHOPPING 1,000 shares of SSTY a week ago and now he's crying about it but I think he's still eligible for his 50 shares of ONTV though.
I'm thinking 7 of 9 is one of my 4th grade students in my class that keeps cutting class because there's always that one empty chair in the whole classroom in the back corner.
