I just finished watching both of the videos. UNBELIEVABLE!!! James MacKay is a f'in GENIUS!!! TPID, TPID-USA and now, TPID-EUROPE? As, MacKay stated, the Brand315 "test" contract was so HUGE and SUCCESSFUL that they had to open 3 additional facilities to fulfill orders and "deliver". THEY ARE NOW READY TO DELIVER! THEY ARE NOW READY TO DELIVER! THEY ARE NOW READY TO DELIVER! If you haven't seen SSTY Chairman's video release yet, DOWNLOAD both videos now, watch em' and get ready to celebrate! When? SSTY Announces Financing and Uplisting Plans for PSRE/Globe Staff Subsidiary; Proceeds to Help Launch TPID in Europe Thursday April 27, 11:09 am ET Company Also Comments on Extension of Ex-Dividend Date
BEIJING and PHILADELPHIA, April 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sure Trace Security Corporation (OTC: SSTY - News) today announced that as a result of pre- acquisition mechanisms, new management believes that they will be able to raise up to $7,025,000 in financing for the operations of PowerSource Corporation (Pink Sheets: PSRE - News), the controlling interest of which it acquired previously. SSTY subsequently incorporated its wholly owned subsidiary, Globe Staff Consulting, into PSRE, which will be renamed Globe Staff Consulting Corporation (GSCC). ADVERTISEMENT
Through the conversion of Series B Preferred Stock, PSRE/GSCC management believes that it will be able to receive up to $7,025,000 from the option holders in the next quarter. The Series B and the options were all put in place by prior ownership/management prior to and as part of the acquisition by SSTY.
The Company also announced that once PSRE/GSCC brings its financials current and files a Form S-8 Registration Statement, it intends to apply for an OTCBB listing.
The proceeds will be used, in part, to help launch TPID in Europe, where Globe Staff already has significant relationships, including those related to providing sophisticated global tracking and other security-related solutions for the French Ministry of Interior.
SSTY plans to enter into a Services Agreement between ONTV, Inc. (which will be renamed True Product ID (TPID)(OTC Bulletin Board: ONTV - News)) and GSCC, whereby TPID will be engaged to perform administrative and operational duties and functions, including R&D and sales and marketing for GSCC in Europe and worldwide. The value to GSCC of this arrangement is that it will have the benefit of the new TPID management team and the contacts of both SSTY and TPID to expand its worldwide sales and marketing efforts.
SSTY, in particular, intends to bring GSCC's technology to China, where SSTY has already developed significant relations with government and industry.
Richard Bendis, President and CEO of TPID, has developed extensive relationships in France and is recognized by the French as an experienced leader and who is valued for his business acumen.
Company President Michael Cimino also commented on the change in the anticipated Ex-Dividend date: "While the Company expected an earlier ex- dividend date in coordination with the NASD, the overall effect of this later date is that this extends the time period to acquire shares that will qualify for the TPID/ONTV dividend since all shares bought on the open market prior to the Ex-Date will carry the dividend with them."

i emailed SSTY yesterday about concerns of SSTY getting back on the Pinks or better, all the acquistions and takeovers mean nothing until we return to the Pinks or better, we have to keep pressure on them, this should be the number one concern ,

Well guy's I really don't think that it will be that much longer before they get up listed. But we as shareholders should keep putting pressure on them to mention about the uplisting. I would think that they have been really busy on getting everything established that that is what is taking them longer on uplisting the company. But just keep the faith guy's just keep the faith.

its been a long time since I posted here. Bak in jan 06, I thought this would be atleast $0.05 by the end of 1st quater and here we are still trading in the greys.
Anyway, i'm confused by all the sister companies they have created and dividends we are suppose to get. I'm not a basher. I'm just aksing this because I'm ignorant about this happening with ths company.
I read the news release explaining the dividend couple of weeks back. It said roughly for every 20 shares,we get one share of TPID and TPID's outstanding shares will be 125M. They they are planning on doing a 2:1 forward split making the outstanding shares for TPID at 250M.
My first question is are they replacing the SSTY shares with TPID or do we still get to keep SSTY shares on top of TPId div shares?
If your answer to the first question is "NO", then what will be price of the TPID stock? This looks like a reverse split to me. Right now SSTY has 4B shares and they make this 250M shares with TPID, then assuming a price of SSTY at 0.002, TPID price becomes 4B/250M * 0.002 = 0.032 cents. At the end of the day, my market value of this company will still be the same.

I listened to the Video this evening, everything looks upbeat. But I got burnt bad in Qbid.pk by listening to every lie the management told. I loast a big chunk on that stock and ever since I have been very cautious of pink stocks. Actually SSTY is the only pink stock I hold right now.
No, they are NOT replacing SSTY shares with ONTV shares. I currently hold 10 million shares of SSTY shares. That gives me 500,000 free shares of ONTV. I have absolutely no clue what ONTV's price will be after the 2:1 forward split. Those are just things left unanswered until it actually happens, in my opinion.
Secondly..... I'm just "assuming" that the "one billion dollar" or more quota, that SSTY will be making in revenues this year will keep SSTY from ANY and ALL reverse splits. And don't forget, a "BUYBACK" of shares would benefit the shareholders a lot more than a R/S. Jim MacKay is also a SSTY shareholder and that would benefit him as well.
Again, in my opinion, never compare any company with another company. SSTY versus QBID..... 2 extremely different companies with 2 very different "natures" of business. QBID promotes homosexuality. SSTY promotes world anti-counterfitism. 2 different industries and 2 different worlds of business. QBID is a TV station in Los Angeles that promotes homosexuality. SSTY is "THE WORLD LEADER" in the industry of anti-counterfitism.
SSTY is currently still in the "GREY SHEETS" at the moment but from the last video release from SSTY Chairman, Jim MacKay, I believe it won't be for long that SSTY will either be back on the Pink Sheets or the OTCBB. At this point, it doesn't matter to me which exchange they will be listed on but I would rather SSTY be listed on the OTCBB than the Pinks as would anybody else.

SSTY President, Michael Cimino told me on the phone the last time I talked to him that SSTY Chairman, Jim MacKay is the "secret ingredient" for Sure Trace Security's success. Jim MacKay is a genius! Thanks for your response. Just to recap, we will get Div shares of ONTV/TPID and also we get to keep the SSTY shares. Are the Div shares restricted? If restricted I'm not sure if it will be of any value when it goes unrestricted.
Why are they trading under so many different company stocks? What is the purpose of it?
I listened to all three videos and Jim keeps saying he cannot release any contract info on SSTY due to security reason. This stock at best will trade on the pinks if it ever gets out of GREYS. With the stock in pink sheet and Jim not releasing any contract with dollars, how will we even evaluate the SSTY stock?

laintbad, we will see the financials for ONTV/TPID.So we will see how much money is coming even if we dont know the specifics of the various contracts.
