There seems to be confusion in this stock on the date you need to be in to receive the dividend, i guess welcome to the pennies. I have called the company several weeks ago on this issue, never really getting clarifiction on it, but i sure do not want investors buying to get a dividend that they might not get because its to late, from what i got from them the date was March, but it appears we are getting different signals. It should be a very simple thing that the company can state but it has not appeared that way with this one.

IWISH, remember, company makes its own decision re splits, announces, sets record and pay date, and is supposed to foward to NASDAQ/NASD with at least 10 days' notice. But then the exchange/agency sets the ex-date...Companies get this confused chronically.
Actually? I'm surprised a company on the greys can even *attempt* a split, of any kind...learn sumpin every day.
I agree with you that many of these companies are confused on the dividend procedure. I also believe that a few of these companies try and use this confusion to their advantage, i am not saying this is the case with this company. I am in this one for better or worse at this point and will wait it out to see what happens, of course i was in early enough so i should meet the criteria one way or the other. I guess what i am saying is for new investors who are thinking they will get a dividend if they buy now to make sure that this is the case, if that is why they are buying this stock.

The x-div date is April 25 which means that you can still buy shares and get the dividend.

I have read over and over on the PR and I hope that most people have purchase there shares before the record date to be able to receive the dividend shares. Which was set for March and anybody wanting to buy there after will just be buying SSTY shares and they will not be able to receive the free shares. Because you half to think of it as if you were running a company. If it was me that was running the company I would set the record date for the investors to receive the free share. But I would also have it so that anyone else who purchases shares after the fact then they would just be investing in my company. Because if I didn't have to give away any free shares then I wouldn't. So that is the reason for me to believe that they will not be giving away any free shares after the March date.

UDSG has it to were you can buy until April to receive a 2/1 forward split. From the PR's that they have issued. They did not set a date to purchase shares before you are eligable to receive the free shares.

UDS GROUP INC. I am sorry I misread the question. I thought that he was talking about stocks that are doing splits. But anyway's I will get more into UDSG. I am not trying to permote another stock on the SSTY message board. But I really think that you and DWE should really take a look at this one also. Because I really think that this one, UDSG, and DOC are the stock to own for the future. Here are two sites that you should take a look at for UDSG.
Once you take a look at this stock post a reply on my message board that say's great buy UDSG. But anyway's I stand behide my word I own 1.4 million shares of SSTY and 1.2 k of UDSG. I am in it for the long haul.

Veteran China Hand (Formerly of the Committee of 100 and Harvard Business School) Joins True Product ID as Managing Director, China Monday April 17, 10:19 am ET
BEIJING and PHILADELPHIA, April 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Richard A. Bendis, CEO and President of True Product ID, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ONTV - News), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sure Trace Security Corporation (OTC: SSTY - News), today announced the appointment of Frederick J. Young as Managing Director, China and Chief of Staff, Office of the Chairman. ADVERTISEMENT
As former Research Director for the Committee of 100, a national organization composed of many of the most influential American citizens of Chinese descent - http://www.committee100.org/aboutus/aboutus.htm , http://www.committee100.org/media/media_members_inaction.htm - Mr. Young interacted with senior Chinese leaders to help strengthen Sino-US relations. In 2005, on the Committee's behalf, he prepared a landmark survey about American attitudes towards China presented to China's National People's Congress Chairman, Wu Bangguo, China's State Councilor Tang Jiaxuan, and current Chinese Ambassador to the US Zhou Wenzhong, and helped organize meetings with top-ranking leaders from the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and State Council and with senior US Embassy officials.
He will be in attendance for China's President Hu Jintao's upcoming state visit with President Bush during which the two world leaders will discuss, among other things, joint anti-piracy efforts.
Previously, Mr. Young worked for the Harvard Business School's Asia-Pacific Research Center in Hong Kong, where he developed case studies on the world's and China's largest shipping company, COSCO, China's Internet conglomerate Alibaba.com, and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and where he helped lead research on branding and the intellectual property right issues in China. His case studies are widely taught at HBS and constitute the core curriculum of China's equivalent to HBS, the prestigious Tsinghua University's School of Engineering and Management. Prior to that, he managed a Hong Kong private investment firm which was one of the initial developers and distributors of digital video (MPEG) technology in China.
"Fred Young is the quintessential 'China hand' uniquely respected by business and government leaders throughout Greater China," commented James MacKay, Chairman of both Sure Trace and True Product ID. "The addition of Fred and his extraordinary relationships, network, understanding, and experience in connection with China, especially as they pertain to next generation technology and intellectual property rights, is a reaffirmation of, and will bolster, our strong respect and friendship for and with China and TPID's and China's joint commitment towards establishing a Global Anti-Counterfeiting Standard. Dedicated to establishing such a Global Anti-Counterfeiting Standard, we continue to strive together towards China's vision of 'One World, One Dream.'"
"Rampant copyright infringement tops the political agenda as the Presidents of both China and the USA meet in Washington, DC this month," said Fred Young, who will attend formal meetings and functions connected with President Hu's upcoming visit. "Having dedicated a career to China affairs, I have a profound admiration for the extraordinary mutual respect and friendship that Chairman James MacKay has worked so hard to cultivate with China. Counterfeit pharmaceuticals, automobile and airplane parts, and consumer products have injured or killed countless people around the world. No other company is better positioned to halt the spread of counterfeiting worldwide than TPID and to establish a Global Anti-Piracy Standard that will not only help save businesses and governments billions of dollars but will more importantly also help save lives."

Good Afternoon everybody! On a lunch break right now and just noticed the PR.
JMR..... Jim MacKay is a GENIUS! Rod Serling, creator of The Twilight Zone was a genius too but this MacKay guy tops em' all!
7 of 9..... I'm glad you sold your 1,000 shares of SSTY. Now I don't need to hear your whining and complaining anymore.

Man..... Being an elementary school substitute teacher is HARDER than I thought!!! I'm still correcting homework and grading papers and it's past 3 AM in the morning here. I'm just glad I'm not a full time teacher with teaching credentials. I love teaching young children but I can't wait til this is over in 2 weeks when the school finds a permanent teacher for my class.
Anyway, I noticed that ONTV isn't "As Seen On TV" anymore on the latest PR stating that it IS "True Product ID" Now, I remember Michael Cimino mentioning that to me that ONTV is wholly True Product ID and NOT As Seen On TV anymore from my phone conversation with him a few weeks ago.
From the latest SSTY press release, Frederick J. Young sounds to be a "great choice" for the job of "Managing Director, China and Chief of Staff, Office of the Chairman".
It doesn't bother me that the price per share range of SSTY is between 0.001 to 0.004 everyday. All I know is it won't be like this forever. Look at ALL the enormous progress SSTY is making! I don't care how long it takes SSTY's PPS to start moving. I do hope that SSTY's PPS will start going above 0.004 soon though. I've got 10 million shars of SSTY long term and with "PATIENCE" we'll all become huge WINNERS with this company!!!

You're right! China would be the "country of choice" for BUSINESS! At least that would be MY choice. I believe ANY company that deals with CHINA such as SSTY will be absolutely SUCCESSFUL! Sure Trace Security is bigger than anyone thinks. Being listed on the Grey Markets or not, this company is "OUR" future! Good luck!
SSTY Chairman, Jim MacKay's awesome quote.....
"We continue to strive together towards China's vision of One World, One Dream".

well we all get tired of waiting, we want SSTY on another board, it would be nice if we had a time frame or a video telling us when it might happen or what the game plan is.

I think that Friday they probably will be releasing a PR then Tues. Will be a good day for all of the investors of the stock because of the dividend shares. On CNBC yesterday they said to be able to due business in China you half to establish a network. Which is what SSTY is doing. So just hang on a little while longer SSTY because the wait is worth the reward.

ONTV(TPID-USA) is holding strong above $.40, which is awesome. I was hoping for a .10 to .12 price range after the split, looks like it's going to be better then that. Next Tuesday is shaping up to be an awesome day already.
