Everyone, just remember, that if they do have another extention it's because they want to make sure that everything is right. I know it's going to be exteremly hard to swallow another extention, but it's better to be a little late then have stuff done incorrect.

Be patient and things will work out in the end. It's still early in the year. We will make it.

My question is who wants everything right NASD or the company? They should have known what they needed by now to comply.

Ok guys, straight from Cimino's mouth.... another extention until later this month. He said very quickly that it's the NASD that is pushing this out, not SSTY. He said that another PR will be out later today.

I'm not sure how many more "Keep your head up's" we can keep putting out there, but I believe in thie company as many of you do. We will all get through this and be better off.

Try to stay positive and any questions, put them out there if you think someone can answer them.

SSTY will be an industry leader and we will all profit. Please just be patient.

Thanks Kane. I'm assuming that you spoke to Cimino on the phone.

It's hard to keep up with SSTY these days because I'll be teaching throughout the rest of the semester at the school til Summer break begins near mid-June. Anyway, it's lunchtime so I better to grab a bite to eat.

AS KANE SAID.....

"SSTY will be an industry leader and we will all profit. Please just be patient".

Monday , May 08, 2006 15:20 ET

BEIJING and PHILADELPHIA, May 8, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Sure Trace Security Corporation (OTC: SSTY) today announced that it has received written confirmation from the NASD that the NASD has officially set May 23, 2006 as the ex-dividend date regarding the ONTV/TPID share dividend to SSTY shareholders.

The date set by the NASD requires that the Company's transfer agent mail the dividend shares on May 22, 2006.

The Company had requested an earlier date, however, Securities Transfer Corporation (STC), the transfer agent for SSTY, requested the later date because it felt it needed the additional time to effectuate an orderly transition from ONTV/TPID's previous transfer agent and to then prepare for the mechanics of the dividend process. SSTY had recently changed the transfer agent of record for ONTV/TPID to STC because the Company felt that the dividend process would be better coordinated and executed if the same agent handled both the issuance of the dividend, the forward split, the name change, the symbol change and the delivery to SSTY and ONTV/TPID shareholders.

Just a few more weeks i guess but i don't care i'm in for the loooooong way

Well, after a disappointing day yesterday, volume is real heavy today. I think that it shows that people believe in this company and are racing to buy up the stock. At least I hope that is what it means.

2 weeks and counting. It's going to be hard, but we will get through.

SSTY will be a industry and global leader.

It seems everyone including myself is tired of talking about the future of SSTY and want to see action (i've been holding for about 8 months now)

This is just my opinion:
With every delay I believe there are additional contracts signed that we don't know about. I hope the only delay in getting SSTY uplisted is they want to get TPID listed first. Then soon after May 23rd they not only announce SSTY being uplisted, but have the cash to buy back 1 billion share and retire them also.

Any thoughts

They really need to show me something. A while back I was negative on this stock, even though I hold it and DWE jumped down my back. Now its months later, stock is lower now than ever and all I read is promises, promises, promises so I have no idea what is going to happen with this stock. The mere fact that they had to buy a as seen on tv company to get their company moving is scaring me.JMO

I totally understand I'v been holding for 8 months now and have had all the same thoughts, but its different now with the hiring of Bendis and the others. I think TPID has a great future and will be prosperious, but I just don't understand why SSTY hasn't been uplisted 5 or 6 months ago

Found this on RB, its old news, but I never seen it before

TPID attended the 2nd High-level Meeting on Sino-Japan Electronics IT Industry Copyright
发布时间:2006-02-27 13:39:54
On February 23rd 2006, Beijing saw the 2nd High-level Meeting on Sino-Japan Electronics IT Industry Copyright jointly hosted by CECC and JEITA, which was attended by representatives of more than 20 large-scale Chinese and Japanese enterprises, including CECC, China AQSIQ, China Intellectual Property Right Bureau, Tsinghua Tongfang, Sony and so on. All parties at the meet communicated and exchanged a lot on intellectual property right protection and anti-counterfeiting, and agreed on some conclusions about the establishment of a promotion system for joint intellectual property right investigation. As the True Product ID authentication and anti-counterfeiting technology supplier, True Product ID Technology (Beijing) Limited (hereunder referred to as TPID) sent representatives to this meeting and conducted sufficient communication and exchange with both Chinese and Japanese enterprises on how to use the TPID authentication management system to fight against counterfeiting, which was well applauded by all VIPs and representatives of related enterprises at the meeting

Casviper... You make it sound like I was "forcing" you to hold onto SSTY. You buy/hold/sell "AT YOUR OWN RISK" so don't come on here telling people I did this and that. You're a SSTY shareholder just like the rest of us. I didn't "MAKE" you buy into it, I didn't "MAKE" you hold onto it. If SSTY is making you so miserable, then why don't you sell ALL your shares and quit crying on this thread. Good luck!

Good Morning Kane31 & good morning everybody! People, keep your heads-up! It's been a long journey I know, but I and many of you believe the rewards will be extraordinary! Please keep the patience alive and we SHALL and we WILL prosper at the end. Don't let "negativity" sink into your heads. People can bash all they want. I BELIEVE IN SSTY and I know, YOU do too!!! Good luck, stay strong, have "faith", "believe" and be patient!

GFSC shows $2.00 per share. Will previous shares convert one for one? Will they do like some other companies and give additional shares to previous owners? What is going on with McKay and BZET??? I will take a loss on PSRE converting if they reverse, plus taking the hit when it dropped. Is this company still worth it??
