SSTy is truley acting like a POS and maybe it is....

The silence from management is fustrating, but in my opinion the difference between last year in the gray sheets and this year is they are finally getting contracts (Mastercard and such)and this is a good sign

Why haven't they uplisted? who knows
More important why have they not kept us informed about the process of the uplisting and what stage they are in

Maybe they want to give us the divi for GSFC first. I remember it took forever to get are divi's for TPDI

I'm in until the end
I'm frustrated and pissed at the process
I will not post again on this thread until we are uplisted

Good luck to all and I hope to post again soon

I have also tried for the last two days to sell (at a loss) and have had no luck. How do you sell a POS stock like this? I'm ready to move on.

I can't figure out what is going on with this one. It doesn't make any since at all what is going on. THing's were going great with PR and contracts then caput. But maybe they are working on a huge deal with a corporation but I guess that we will see.

I have had it with ssty, tpdi, and gsfc. When they launched gsfc......they took some of us for a ride. Then they did a reverse split which went down from $5 to $.05 cents. What a ripoff company!!!!

I am fairly new to trading. Could someone tell me why SSTY will not sell at mostly any price? I understand that there have to be buyers, but surely with this stock going from 0.003 to 0.001 on a daily basis someone would want to flip it.

Because it is on what they call the "grey market" which is not regulated hardly at all. Which is the lowest of all reputable boards. The next higher up repuatable board would be Pink Sheets (which wouldnt be too much better than the grey market). Then the next one is the OTCBB which is the best market for finding penny stocks. This stock has alot of manipulation going on with it. Alot of those 0.003 trades are of less than a dollar.

So it would be impossible to $1000 dollars of SSTY at .001 and sell at .003 for $3000. Because the only trades going on at .003 are for 1 buck or less. To know what trades arent "real" ones check out Level II chart on OTCBB.com. Anything less than 200,000 shares is probably only made to manipulate the chart.

This stock has made alot of promises and has alot of potential, but right now its is one of the most riskiest stocks to be involved in. If u buy in right now and say it drops 80 percent, it has to go up 400 percent to break even. So just be aware of that.

Cimino is no longer responding to E-mails, if you catch him at the right time you can get him on the phone, but you will not get any info from him..

I did however get a response back from Richard Bendis:

Richard,
> My handle at the allstocks chat sight is MCJA
>
> I was hoping you could take the time to answer a few questions
>
> Rumor has it the Video update is going to be next week and not this week
> is this correct? Can you tell me what day?
>
> Also will MacKay and Cimino also be in this video?
>
>
> Thanks for your time
>
>
> MCJA

Response:

Matt,

It is not a rumor . I have directly contacted today, about 20 investors who contacted me regarding when a video update would occur. I originally was going to do it this week , but with the Labor day holiday have decided it will get better reach and have greater impact next week.

It will only be me on the video as the viedeo as I will focus only on TPID as I am the CEO of only TPID.
The exact day has not been determined yet but most likely by Thursday.
.

Best regards,
Rich Bendis

Man that sucks why haven't they released any new pr's on SSTY? I can't understand why TPID is getting more press than SSTY. It just doesn't make any sense to me they were on a roll for a while then it looks like they throw a rock right into the crankshaft and shut the opperations completly down. Well there is next june when we will be able to sell our shares and as long as TPDI is doing something then maybe we will be able to get our money back.

CoolHandLuke you probably mean OTCBB stock. OTCBB stands for "Over The Counter Bullitan Board". The main difference between OTCBB and the Pink Sheets and Grey Market is that the OTCBB has a Bid and Ask price, also it is reulated more. Hope this helps.

I have lost money in QBID, I will not be losing money in this one, too all of you, I suggest being careful. Any stock that moves the way this one does is just scamming money out of you. You can buy in, and then when you try to sell, good luck.

How you figure you will not lose any money on this one? Only option left IMHO is to wait and see if it gets uplisted.
