once an issue is suspended, broker/dealers have the onus of increased fiduciary duties/regs; company has to find an MM to file what's called a 211 in order to trade. In the meantime, you have to find matched trades...a buyer for a seller, vice versa--if any broker will do it. While that's happening, your issue is "in the grey market."
This one has traded surprisingly well while in the greys...

Well..... Waiting, waiting and more waiting... SSTY a "grey sheet" company or not, is the "world leader" in the industry of anti-counterfeitism and now, I have ALL the patience in the world, to hold onto SSTY and TPID-USA for the long haul and at the end, we shall prevail! Damn, I'm so DRUNK right now!!!

I'm not liking what I see with ONTV. If it drops before the forward split that is just going to suck.

"gray" means its easy to buy the stock. just put in an order and you can buy it. ssty will sell stock to you.
but you can never sell, only buy.

7 of 9, if your going to try and answer questions, lets try and tell the truth instead of just what you think.
Buzzy, you can both buy and sell stock in the greys. It might be harder and take longer to do, but you can still to it.
If it does not show a "buy" or "ask" then you will need to call your broker and place a broker trade. They cost more money, but the broker will buy or sell what ever you want them to. Also, refer back to what BuyTex stated on why stocks are in the grey.

ive made a vast number of trades over the years and this is just my opinion.
so, to prove me wrong, let people post any recent sales of ssty.
i would love to be proved wrong.

Don't even bother with 7 of 9, everyone. His only reason to come on allstocks.com is to bash every stock there is on this board. I've been on several other threads on allstocks and seen his type of "bashing". Others on the thread are getting tired of it so I guess 7 of 9's next stop is here..... SSTY! You should be a full-time member on RagingBull, 7 of 9... They like to bash each other 24/7 over there. Think about switching. Kind of like switching auto insurance companies.
Anyway..... Many here have sold SSTY shares in the recent past and it didn't seem like a problem "selling". It just may take longer to sell. Can be one day to 3 to 4 weeks.....
Kane31..... I think 7 of 9 has a hard time accepting that he already "proved himself wrong". Poor guy..... LoL!

in three days, TPiD owes Daniel Fasano another $75,000.00...
in 13 days, you will be able to buy TPID...
i figure, the price of TPID will be 10%-20% of what it is today (25 million o/s -> 125 million os = 1/5, then double). so in my opinion, 2-8 cents. if this proves to be correct, i am glad i did not jump in ONTV, so soon. perhaps the perfect time to buy will be just after the dividend.

I can't wait till they issue the PR stating that they received the contract to put the product on the chinese currency. But it isn't that much longer until we receive our dividend shares. We are not basher's on this chat site. So if you want to bash this stock then you need to take it to some other chat site. The only way that we want to here something negative about this stock is if you know the trueth about it.

Yeah ..... Goes for me too .I agree with that .
And I have a question ...
I own 500,000 ssty ...At 1 for 20 I think I will get 25,000 ontv shares . is that correct ?
They also spoke of a 2 for 1 forward split .How does that work ? 2 for 1 of ssty or ontv ?

Yeah... You divide the shares you currently own by 20. But remember..... If you bought your SSTY shares after the 15th, 16th or 17th or whatever the deadline was, I don't really remember, you won't be eligible for the TPID-USA dividend payout. If you purchased your SSTY shares before those dates, you'll be receiving your 25,000 shares of TPID-USA or ONTV or whatever. Damn, I'm drunk again!

Filthy, I got this off of the press release on March 10th.
"The Record Date is set for after the close of trading Wednesday, March 15, 2006"
Doesn't that mean that any share bought before or on the 15th of March you get the div on , but any shares after the 15th you won't get any?
This needs to be clarified because if it's 4/24 instead of 3/15 then I am going to try to pick up more shares.

as we more closer to the divy date the price continues to fall. I have a feeling, yes we will have stock in ontv but at what price? What's to stop this from falling to a penny???

Are you saying that you think the ONTV stock will be at .02 to .08 before or after the stock split. I'm with you that if it's at this price after the split, i'm going to be way upset.

Skinny, there are no bid/ask on SSTY because it's on the greys right now. If you want to purchase or sell this stock you have to call Scottrade and make a broker trade. Until SSTY gets off the greys, it will most likely continue to be this way.

This was from another board (Silicon Investor)
The SSTY shares are trading in the gray markets. Cimino indicated that he is making every attempt to get SSTY back on the Pinks before the 24th of April distribution date. There is very heavy action in the gray market currently. A ticking time bomb if he is successful in getting the 15c-211's issued and MM's on board soon
I hope its truce about Cimino making every attempt to get SSTY on the Pinks before the 24th

I'm down 60% on this one. There promises better come true. I don't count on ONTV being worth much when we get our shares.

Star Trek boy, i'm sure that most of the people on here don't want to sale their shares. we belive in this stock. now, maybe the borg's from the fuzzy balls quadrant around uranus don't like this stock, but the real people on this thread like it.
if you don't like it and don't own it, then why are you on this thread? did Capt Kirk send you to your room with out supper again and your board so you thought you would bother us?

yes, i am predicting 2 to 8 cents on TPID after the split. and yes, all shares up to 4:00pm EST on April 24th, 2006, have dividend rights attached to them.
and on the low close, don't sweat it! we've hit 0.001 a bunch of times already, it just happens to have hit at the close this time. our daily highs are still 0.003-0.004 and our daily lows are still 0.001. seems quite normal to me. i couldn't get filled at 0.0015 at all today so... no worries! 12 days and counting

Where are you getting the information that states you will get a dividend if you buy in up to April 24? That's not what the company has said, March was the record date.
