there will be 3.5 billion in the float after buyback

Choosing individual stocks without any idea of what you're looking for (or without reliable information) is like running through a dynamite factory with a burning match. You may live, but your still an idiot.

first of all, they were sells, not buys for the most part. just because the bxa is .0001x.0001 doesnt mean they dont show you whats a sell and buy. click this picture to see what i mean.

 -

also buybacks usually dont happen under the public eye. they usually just take a big chunck out of the stock and retire it. so most likely you won't see their buys.

Then we must wonder, why the sudden surge to a half billion in volume, mostly sales?

CWFG would be better off to buy back the billion at a lower price. That way they only spend a small amount retiring those shares. Maybe this is why the thing has acted so darn odd. Wouldn't that be nice if it took off after this craziness!

this is what I am thinking. Since there have been no updates of the company's new on the major online brokers maybe people think that they did not follow through with the dec. 12th announcement. I would sell too.

Well also, a lot of us trading in stocks at this level are impatient. People bought in, it hasn't moved much in a few days, a lot will get out and look elsewhere. If it shows signs of movement, they come back.

Start of the buy back. Had to be. Soon less float = increased pps. Sit down, shut up, buckle your seat belt and hold on....this baby is ready to take off.

The Board also approved that the company will purchase (((((up to)))) 1 billion shares of its common stock.

They may have decided on 400 million or so was as much as they were going to buy back at this time.

CWFG could possibly be buying shares back all week until it reaches 1 billion. Patience is the key. Just keep waiting and stop the PANIC! [Eek!] GOOD things are coming for CWFG and for its shareholders. Just wait and watch what happens.

A few excerpts .................

http://www.ncdpartnership.org/projectoverview.htm#Vision

Northwest Market Perceptions
An increase in land values for properties in the proximity of the mixed use development, “City Place”, a $500 million dollar new urbanism development, has resulted in the perception that redevelopment of Northwest is just around the corner and this has resulted in land speculation. Minority home owners and senior citizens regularly complain of harassment from speculators contacting them in an attempt to acquire their land.

Assembling Land for Community Development
The CDC has developed a Land Reutilization strategy that eliminates land speculation throughout the neighborhood. While minority home and land owners in the area receive an opportunity to receive an equity stake in the redevelopment of Downtown Northwest. The Land Reutilization program is designed by the CDC to:

Initiate and facilitate the transfer or sale of properties owned by minorities and other interested land owners to make their land available to the revitalization program in return for cash and–or some form of equity in the development of their property;

Maintain properties in line with Code Enforcement policies and in consideration of the visual impact of the property on the neighborhood prior to its development and

Administer the research and clearing of title on properties sold, transferred or traded in connection with the CDC's redevelopment and reinvestment program.
