One thing we know for sure is that this high volume explosion that we have seen over the past 2 days during lunch (a time when volume on CWFG has historically been non-existent) has been orchestrated/designed. It is not coincidental. We either have a large dump or a big buying campaign. Since Ryals has been true to her word thus far, I believe this IS the buyback.
Now, if it is, and if Ryals PRs it, will it move the pps?

New, I am confident it is the buyback. What I have no faith in is that it will cause a pps rise. Do you think it can cause a run if we get a PR about it, or at least a pop to 0004/5?

I am writing her a email right now, is there anything you want me to add?
I have left several messages regarding Commonwealth American Financial Group and have not, as of yet, heard back from either you or any representative of the company. I know that you are a growing company and must be inundated with voice messages so I thought that contacting you through a different medium might help. I represent hundreds of millions of shares of the companies stock and just wanted a few minutes of your time to go over details of recent press releases as well as the company’s short and long-term future. I would also like to commend you, and the Commonwealth American Financial Group as a whole in keeping investors and potential investors up to date on the recent happenings of the company. However, your latest press releases dated 12/05/05 as well as 12/12/05 have not hit all the news wires and there for are not posted on many major brokers sites. Thank you for your time and patience in reading this correspondence and I hope to hear from you in the near future.

If this is a buyback, stockcharts.com disagrees as it is showing significant selling via the distribution's bearish divergence with the accumulation line, and increase in the red on the CMF.
Mercy!

I am long here, but mm HDSN has come down on the .0001 ask 3 times today. Looks like dilution to me. Ask her if there is a CD. out that is being converted, and if there migh be a 504 out, which is diluting the stock. thanks

We need a PR stating that the co bought back x number of shares this week, otherwise everyone will fear this is Astrom type dumping. Need reassuring news here. Detailed news now!

This got me thinking: I found a website that sells bulk gum of all sorts... 1" gumballs, like the kind you get out of those machines in the lobby at Wal-Mart, are 850ct for $29.80. That is a cost of .035 per ball.
That means that, at .0001, you could buy 350 shares of CWFG in trade for a single ball of gum.
What's my point? I'm not even sure. But that's just crazy! :-P

Thought that i should let you guys know that if a company retires shares you will not see it on the times & Sale monitoring charts. Also it wouldn't affect the market either because if they did retire them, noone would know unless pinksheets.com or another host of information posted the new O/S listing. Plus you would figure that the company would come out with a PR stating the retired shares to boost the PPS. All of this selling going on today isn't good, esp at .0001. This is starting to sound like a pump and dump with all of you keep saying, buy, buy....Its starting to scare me. Was this stock once a shell?? For someone who aways comes out with a PR's on time and now isn't answering the phone.....Come on, IMHO soomething here is fishy... "When somebody offers free trading stock along with the control of the shell, it's usually a prelude to an illegal transaction," says Stanley Moskowitz, an independent securities attorney in San Diego. The paradox: If you buy a shell to raise money, that generally happens by selling the stock; but if you own the stock, you can't sell it. Moskowitz explains that as soon as the stock goes back to your control, it becomes "deregistered," and loses its free trading status.
