If you look at it, there is 9% institutional trading today as of 11:45 am...ZE buy back is on...i think...maybe not...ok is CWFG stock....then maybe yes, maybe...mmmmmm...

12/1 they announced a buyback of 1 billion common shares... But pinksheets.com doesn't list the number of total outstanding for the company. Anyone have that info?
