OMG I just realized Stanley Richardson is running the NCDP Company ....... so he is what ... startin NW Capital to make a buck off the NON-PROFIT

The CDC is now operating under the stewardship of STAN RICHARDSON. The CDC has initiated a project code named "Heritage Heights" to serve as a blueprint the redevelopment of the entire Downtown-Historic Northwest Section of West Palm Beach. The city's unprecedented growth in the Downtown condominium market has created a need for more mixed income housing and commercial space in the Downtown area. That would mean that our "little company" is smack dap in the middle of a HUGE renovation project by way of JV with NW capital (Stanley Richardson) who is actually running the show .....

Remember the PR said up to 1 billion, which could mean anywhere from 1 share to 1 billion. Maybe the buyback will be in stages and maybe yesterday's 400 million explosion was all or a part of it for now.
