Ryals a hottie? I doubt it, most smart women CEO's are not. If she's from south Florida, however, there's a better chance she could be.

Well, we can agree to disagree on the value of fluff LOL. But on a good note, just to test the water, I put an order in for a million shares almost an hour ago at 0001 and no takers yet. That means that no one is willing to sell right now and that is good.

If it moved to .0002 I would be extremely happy.

I think these guys will do good things with the land. Once they close the deal in Feb and parcel the lots, then I think everyone will have a much better idea about the total value of the property.

Who knows? They haven't even gone to the closing table yet. At this point, they don't even own the land.

Well, I forgive you because I never believed you in the first place.
You do kinda sound like a weirdo, so you might want to change your screename if you decide to stick around. Hopefully, you've learned a lesson, though.
It's important for you to know that honesty and intergrity are critical qualities for message boards such as these. You just don't mess around with people's money.

holy crap moomula what kind of garbage are you bringing in here. We make our moves by working together, using dd and sharing infomation with each other. We don't lie or mislead! I feel you mislead us directly and knowing full well what you were doing!!!!!!!!! YOU SHOULD BE BANNED FROM ALLSTOCKS!

I'll give you this much... you stepped forward and admitted what you did. I give you credit for that.
But what you did was unethical and despicable. It will be next to impossible for anyone to believe anything you say.
Dude, what if someone made some big financial decisions based on what you said? Yes, they would have been the idiots for not doing their own DD, but have you no shame?
I might be a little more forgiving than matto, but he has a RIGHT to be mad at you. I'm not going to blacklist you (yet). I'm right on the edge here though. But since you came forward, that helps your case.
Be smarter for now on. We'll be watching you. Your actions are totally unacceptable... but we can move on. Shape up and don't pull that crap again. I'm not a happy camper right now. I hope you've leared a good lesson here. Next time you do something like this, you might make the wrong person mad. What you did was wrong, immature, and very stupid.
But thank you for at least stepping forward like a man and admitting what you did.

I've got 5 million shares of this crap. I bought in a long time ago when we were all waiting for these big FEMA contracts to develop. Seems like now you hear nothing about that. For all of our sakes, I hope this can get up to .0003 or .0005 but I don't think a 56 acre deal is going to do that. He77...people buy 56 acres every day. NOW IF they had bought the entire southern tip of Florida...then we would have something to drive the price up. I just hope we see some Fema news soon or something or this thing won't do much. Once a stock hits .0001 it is very hard to get away from that because .0002 is double your money...everyone cashes out for a gain and you're right back to .0001. We need MAJOR news. Hope we get it. Good luck to all of us. Not trying to bash (I own this) just sharing my 2 cents.

I have to beg to differ on the comment about the acreage though... in Florida, real estate is at a ridiculous premium. 56 scres, depending on the area, can still be a very big deal.
I hope, like you, though, that the price goes up soon. We need some real PRs now, not just little updates. We also need details, like WHERE is the land, WHICH engineering firm is involved, etc.
Saying "I bought some land some where and some guy is gonna do all the work for us and make us lots of money" is too vague and does no good.

Warped... I hear ya! I know Florida land is outragious. And what they are working on is good it's just that this 56 acres isn't going to blow anybody at wall street outta their chairs. Ha! It's my lottery ticket. I'm gonna retire and play golf when we hit a nickel in a couple of years.

Moo. Man, you're a jacka55. I'm in this one for the long run. You're just making people not take this board, and possibly this stock, seriously. Go play somewhere else.

Andrew my brother..... This probably doesn't mean much but I can almost promise you we can all make it big one day, hopefully soon dealing with this horrible penny stock business. Like they say, it's like playing the lottery but on the stock market but a little, just a little easier on the odds. DON'T GIVE UP brother! We'll get there before we're all gray, old, impotent and in our wheelchairs poppin Viagra pills and chasing really old old women around for some fun... (I hope that day will never come)!

Yes we will - but be careful. People have had to deal with huge fines and even jail time for misleading other investors to make money.
I remember a news story about a kid - like 14 who pumped and dumped on chat boards back in the late 90s. He made about 250k. They made him give it all back and band him from trading. They said, if he had been an adult, the penalty would have been more severe - so be careful about what you say.
Always lead or end with "In my humble opinion" or IMHO, or something like that. And never ever tell people you saw a pr or heard about a big deal the company has in secret, or some b.s. like that. Because you can get in a lot of trouble.

Madge..... Seems that Ingen Tech is doing okay for now. I had nasty thoughts about CEO Scott Sand when he announced the R/S but it seems that IGTG is doing well so far.
