The way I see this if it breaks .0005 it could easily hit a half cent. Am I wrong in my assessment?

1 Billion share buyback on THE OPEN MARKET! That should stick the shorting by MM's and get the ball rolling up hill. The company is doing so many positive things with new leadership and I am not about to sell this early in the ball game. Just like it was stated before, HISC did the same thing and then once the buyback was announced, it was up to 12 cents in no time. I have several million shares that I am going to hold onto. All I can say.............IT'S ABOUT TIME!

I unexpectedly got a 10M fill at 1 at 3pm. I don't see any T/A that would keep this at 2 but there's always hope! Any chance of this actually breaking out with still so many shares o/s?

This development company is now a 5.00 dollar stock!!!!Wilson Family Communities, Inc. Acquires Georgetown Village - Over $300 Million Worth of New Homes Projected to Be Built
All we need is for Mrs.Ryals to get a few contracts like she is doing now!Maybe 1 or 2 years we can be a 5.00 stock also.

I agree with you.The way she releases prs.We should also get an update on the real estate projects. But I do not believe she is going to focus on the gov.contracts.Hopfully, if she smart she will only focus on the aspects the company knows and knows well.I would hate to see them mess up with gov. contracts then we go into the tank.

I am hesitant to be optimistic but the direction of the company seems more focused on actually getting something done vs talking about it and never backing it up. I did some quick dd and still have not been able to determine the relationship between Guthrie and Ryals but did find this qoute and some background on her from her position at Best Practices:
"over the next several weeks and months will undergo several other divisional changes and form certain other new subsidiaries to accelerate the company's objectives and success while maintaining no change in the company's capital structure while striving to enhance shareholder value," said Ms. Ryals President & Chief Executive Officer."

Thats the one thing i am not sure of. Where did she come from and why would the hire someone to pres. and ceo. when she has never been in that position! Well I really don't care as long as she turns my 30mil.shares to a value of .03 She could be a bus monitor for al i care! Here comes the cash!!!

She was with Best Practices LLC from 2000 to 2003 as best I can tell from reviewing articles. BP is a very successful consulting firm with a lot of high level customers. Several of her discussions are easily found and she seems like a well informed person on business practices.

I guess Guthrie wanted to stay in Tampa. This makes sense with the startup of the Emergency Services Division/Subsidiary. Pehaps this answers my question as to their relationship. I think they moved the HQ to Miami and gave him the subsidiary to run in Tampa. The reason being, he ran the company so poorly he could not afford to move to Miami.

As far her position, anybody is better than Guthrie and the company is not very big. I do not think the company is in a position to hire top level mgmt from somewhere else. Remember, every pres/ceo/coo started somewhere.

Agreed. Nobody ever starts at the top...unless you own your own company LOL. Even then, you're not just a CEO, but your customer service, accounting, etc.
