As a long time resident of central Florida and one who's done my share of real estate shopping... just about any deal right now is a good deal. The farther you get from the large metro areas, the cheaper the land... but it's crazy here... it get harder and harder to find something that doesn't go for a premium. And it really depends on what "north central florida" is to CWFG... I'm guessing that they've bought land in the Ocala area. If that's the case, there is money to be made out there, but not nearly as much as if they're building anywhere closer to Orlando, such as Sanford. If anyone finds out, let me know and I'll give you a better idea of how good that investment is.
My bro used to live in Jupiter... which is about 5 or 10 miles from where CWFG's current project in W. Palm Beach is. I'm telling you... the cost for real estate there is sky rocketing. That area is one of the wealthiest in Florida, and supposedly in the US. And, since I live in central Florida, I know first hand... I'm guessing that my house has gone up in value probably close to $200k just in the year I've lived here. Now, that's not representative of EVERY piece of land out there... but it does show the kind of markup you pay to live in a sunny place... after all, even though we have an unseasonably cold and early winter this year, most of you are shoveling snow when I walk outside in my shorts, tanktop, and barefoot to check the mail.
Another thing... it's not just location, location, location. Seems like these guys are focusing on condos. Folks, down here, for some reason, condos are BIG. I can't figure out what the attraction is, but people are paying big money for high-rise condos... the same money or more than if they could buy a house with land. Well, I guess it's out of necessity too... because many developers are building mostly condos because you can make so much more money per square foot... so for the new resident, I guess you don't have much choice. But I'll say this... most condos are just about reserved out by the time they start building... and many don't take long to sell out. (Especially downtown Orlando) Just some things to consider.
While there is no guarantee that CWFG will succeed... I'd rather invest in someone who is in the real estate biz in Florida than in, say Michigan or Wisconsin. (No offense to you guys intended)
Really, I don't see how you can go wrong here.
I'm not pumping. Yes, I do own shares... but I just wanted to give you kind of a bird's eye view of what kind of investment you're getting into when you get into Florida real estate and development. I only hope that these guys know what they're doing and that they are ethical in what they do to our stock. That's the key that will make or break this.
thanks, great post!!!!!!!!

Just curious: What university taught you to use an apostrophe in a plural? :-P
I heard once that there's actually a clown university. My guess would be there. All the big circuses recruit out of there. haha

for those wanting to sell at .0002 for just a double. JMO- pull your .0002 sell orders and wait until we get a bid of .0002 then sell at the bid. with all the .0002 sell orders in, the mm's are even trapped from moving the PPS up until the .0002 gets bought out. If you pull the .0002 sell orders, that gives .0003 to start printing heavy on some great news, then the mm's will glady jump on the .0002 bid and take your shares because they know they can sell them at .0003 or higher--I am waiting for a lot more than just a double-G/L--jmho

I agree. Waiting is brutal right now even though we all know it's going to go up.
Any one hear back from Ryals? Also, does anyone have a time frame as to the billion share buy back? Thanks.

Another PR? LOL, we just got one yesterday. I hope CWFG is one of those stocks that will move when you don't expect it to move.

I know, persia, but it didn't jumpstart this. Need more. Announce a plan to move to OTC, update us on buyback, tell us how much money the project with NWA will put in CWFG's pocket, etc. There's still much that can be PRd. A reverse merger PR is what I'd like to see and imo is the only thing, other than a FEMA winning Bid, which will rocket this. JMHO.

CWFG is one of the very few companies I would even bother putting my money in at $0.0001. I believe CWFG has potential to become a profitable corporation. For those who want their money NOW back to break even, then sell it and forget it. Waiting is probably one of the most frustrating things ever but I'm willing to wait this one out. Sell now and regret later. For the ones with patience, you'll be rewarded with prosperity. Remember, CWFG is NOT like GLBT, GMCI or ICAN. CWFG will be on the move soon. Doesn't look like it'll be today or maybe not even tomorrow. One PR didn't make the first jump for CWFG. This is just the beginning... Just keep watching and be patient.

but all things considered with this stock - it is very little money to risk as opposed to other stocks like HISC - I mean $100 for 1 mill shares for a possibility to get back 10x investment in like 6 months is looking ok to me... I will probably buy a few mill more at .0001 - can't beat it...
