anyone heard that stuff on cnbc about christain groups boycotting company's. i think i heard at the end that more and more companies are giving better benefits to same sex couples and that more big companies are supporting g/lesbians.

i cant say..lets not even mention it again ..for all you know they are looking at us and what we say.. the source was somebody high up in the chain..but then again frank himself told me it would be released friday after hours and it never got released..so i dont really consider any source from qtv reliable..but i hope hes right. im getting sick of waiting

I wrote to Richard brown last week asking about the audit, CD and dumping of shares. I got this in reply...Did any one else receive the same? ---- Although your questions are valid, as an outsourced investor relations firm I am unable to answer them. My role is in place to better inform shareholders on information already released by the company into the marketplace. I am not privy to high level information and I am only informed of specific data prior to being made public on a very limited basis. I am not involved in the day to day decisions and/or operations of Triangle Multi Media and I cannot be of assistance in matters relating to information not yet released by the company. Even though you have included management in your email I will let them know of your concerns.

this is only my opinion, but i wouldnt doubt if less than 1/4 of these PR's are actually for the shareholders. The only ones that are for the shareholders are the audit, and stuff like that.
Everything else comes out when it should come out, and is just to keep everyone informed including the shareholders. just my opinion

I did personally like that PR about the Launch party in San Diego. I think they should be doing this in every city. They should be doing the thing they did in Maine! I wonder how many gays in the cities with QTN even know its there.
I personally think they need to have a tour across the states they are in and broadcast live from them and throw big parties bringing in subscribers.
I have NO idea why they didnt promote the launch in NYC more.
But this party was good and hopefully got a good hundered or so subscribers and hopefully they past on the news to all their friends

Regarding the ownership of QTN through QBID shareholders from the CC.
Now, i know i know, Frank has a very good tendency to lie or mislead, but there was no safe harbor statement here, and Frank says it striaght up that the QBID shareholders own 100% and its solely owned.
I do wonder though why they are taking time in clarifying the rumors that it is not, if they have nothing to hide. But heres the CC part where he talks about it......
Can you tell us what percent ownership the common holders of QBID have in QTN? What percent do the preferred holders have? And the private investors.
I’m going to say right up front as you know my stock is preferred. Ok? I own 53% of the company. But the company is a solely owned subsidiary of Q television network. And as far as I’m concerned. I can’t do anything with my stock. I can’t sell it. I can’t do anything. And basically what it comes down to if QTN is sold its sold by us together and we’re all going to reap the rewards together the only thing we have to do is pay the debt service and the only thing difference between you and me is as a preferred shareholder I’ve had to sign personally on the debts and you haven’t had to do that with the investment bankers.
Is there anyway to give a percentage breakdown?
I just told you. I own 53% of the company.
So what do the common QBID shareholders own?
MY stock is preferred so if you took the other way around you would have 47%.

Frank has some nuts to put this stuff out as the stock is gasping in the .0003 range. I understand the necessity to put out fluff pieces informing the world about various guests, etc., but this is nothing more than a slap in the face.
We got the PR last night, end of story. I dont need another one, especially hearing about some random winning a posh gift on our dime.
I've been pretty good about not getting fired because I still believe the big picture. But this is almost inexcusable.
