This PR about Charo would have had just as much impact if it was put in TV guide. Is Frank trying to impress somebody about this. Lots of tv shows are going to have celebrity's on them and some a lot bigger than Charo.

LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST "Q-TELEVISION" NETWORK Due to breach of contract ... from metroG NewsLines December 5, 2005
metroG Associate Archbishop Bruce
Archbishop Bruce J. Simpson, President of Benedictine Enterprises, LLC, which entered into a contract with QTN to provide hosting services for a television show hosted on QTN, has announced that it was necessary to initiate civil litigation against QTN for Breach of Contract, Acting in bad faith, and infliction of emotional distress. The suit was filed in the Court of Common Pleas for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania today.
“Frank Olsen, President and majority owner of QTN, refused to honor the terms of his contract with Benedictine Enterprises, LLC for the production of a television show entitled ‘The Bishops Roundtable’, and this action became regrettably necessary,” said Simpson. The relationship between Olsen and Simpson was rocky from the very start. In the beginning Olsen told Simpson that some of his staff were not cooperating with the development of the show because they thought Simpson was an undercover Federal Agent who was investigating Olsen. The apparent leader of this faction was at the time QTN’s senior producer, Alexis Fish according to Olsen. No explanation was ever given as to why this preposterous scenario was even thought to be real.
Olsen has a history of making promises only to break them almost at once with Simpson. Two shows and an ordination were filmed showing the reception of openly gay men into the clergy. After almost two months of stating the shows were great, Olsen decided the shows were less than what he wanted and has refused to continue.
The first show filmed featured Rev. Albert Pennybacker, President of the Clergy and Laity Leadership Network as a guest discussing the role of the right-wing religious establishment in America and its bond with politics and how it was effecting America plus a gay American Iraqi war veteran discussing what it was like to be a gay soldier and in combat.
The second show featured an in-depth look at the failed justice system in Allegan County Michigan and how it railroaded an innocent gay man into prison for up to 45 years as a result of a conspiracy between the police, prosecutor and judge. The show intended to investigate other cases that mirrored the “Michael Batey” case in the future with the audience being invited to submit candidate cases. Sean Kosofsky of the Triangle Foundation of Detroit Michigan was a featured guest on this show. This show even featured a tape of the accuser recanting his accusations under oath.
No other talk show on gay or mainstream television has taken this approach to injustice in America. QTN would have been first in this genre.
The third show to be aired was an Ordination in Florida of two openly gay men that was conducted by Archbishop Simpson. QTN had the opportunity to show that not the entire Catholic Church is anti-gay, only parts of it, and broadcast the first ever seen Old Catholic Church ordination on gay television. As of last conversation with Q staff, the tapes from the ordination were “missing in action.”
Simpson observed that while this period of interaction was going on between Q and Benedictine Enterprises, two talk shows were put on the air at Q.
“All I ever wanted to do was to make a show that would address the evils of the religious right as well as the conservative right in this country, as evidenced by the first two shows that we filmed. An alternate view of God and Christianity must be presented to the world and Q had that chance and blew it,” stated Simpson.
“This has been a most unpleasant experience in dealing with Frank Olsen, and I regret having to take this step,” said Simpson. QTN has 20 days to respond to the charges.

This letter ordeal is ridiculous. It’s so moronic. And the complaint filed with the SEC will have no ramification to TMM much less Frank.
And the postings today….come on guys, its just been more bs and speculation. And you know this. Yeah sure, recently its all been fun and games throughout the day on this board, but I’ll bet that after most of you log out, your minds have that reoccurring and sobering thought of your investment….and then the seriousness of it all sets in and the worry and wonder is there again, like it never left from the night before…that’s right…face it!… why the hell else do you keep coming back day after day? You can pretend to bash Q all you want, but the fact of the matter is you are in Q as much as we true longs are. And just as much as us, you would love to see this thing take off.
Yeah, we own an exciting company with strong growth, no doubt about it…but the company having 60bil O/S and not yet having revealed an audit, has adversely affected the pps…but what can we do about it?
Answer: Absolutely nothing!
I suggest we regain our composure and just keep waiting for as long as it takes Frank to release the audit.
I think most of you keep overlooking the underlying infrastructure or framework. It requires direction, as does any other business plan…but it takes one step at a time guys.

Re: Simpson Lawsuit
You might have to cut and paste the link below. It is to the MetroG Newslines;
Yes there is an article there about this yo yo Simpson's lawsuit against QTN.
There are actually 19 articles with his name on them and for a real hoot you might browse a few. This guy is certifiable IMO.
After reading a bit, consider. Have any of you ever seen, or can imagine, a contract that did not have a cancellation clause, enforceable by either party?
After reading some of this guys stuff, I would not be surprised if Frank exercised the cancellation clause and now the idiot is filing a lawsuit. Time will tell but before anyone gets their shorts all bunched up over this, I suggest waiting to see if it ever goes to court. Personally, I will be surprised.

More interesting Charo Information
This week has been proclaimed Charo Week in San Francisco, and, as if that were not enough, Charo judged a look-alike contest Tuesday night at the Tranny Shack. Asked about her status as a gay icon, she said, "It's Planet San Francisco. Art is in every corner. And that is why a lot of my friends are gays. They accept me because they see me free and they see me without limits." She's made enough money, she says, that she doesn't have to work anymore. Not for herself, anyway. But there's her family, "the Spanish Armada," and then she thinks about helping a grandson, "and my kid isn't even married yet!"
Also Charo, like many other female stars, had already attracted a largely gay following. She seemed to epitomize all that gay men liked in the 1970's. After all she wore skimpy tight fitting costumes. She oozed sexuality. She had big hair and seemed more like a drag queen than a real female. While straight males panted and longed for her, gay males were dressing up at Halloween as Charo. This only proved to cement her into mainstream Americana and enhance her career. Another thing happened in the early 1970's. Disco was born. Disco grew largely out of gay bars and it's music was a fusion of R&B and latin rhythms. Now one can see how Charo's career veered towards disco music. Gay audience + predominantly gay music + a longing to finally succeed in the recording industry = Charo! Vincent Montana was already a superstar having taken the tiny Salsoul label and it's orchestra to the top of the club charts when he caught a Charo show. When he went backstage to meet the lively entertainer he was surprised at her eagerness to record. Vince gathered his Salsoul Orchestra, the Sweethearts Of Sigma Sound and set about to produce the album that would catapult Charo into music history.

Something that should be sincerely thought about is why Q is releasing big PR's after close if they are in fact diluting shares themselves. I know the OS is increasing but because of the stunts they are pulling, i do believe they themselves are not the ones diluting. Whether its the toxic funders diluting/selling, or restricted shareholders.
Either way, if Frank were diluting he would be releasing launch PR's (espically San Diego) during market hours to get the best bang for his buck. The worst time to release the PR would be at 7:30 at night like he did.
Just something to keep in mind.

Any predicitions on subsriber numbers with these cities, and maybe if possible we could match up how many subs these carriers have, and then predict a conservative number of subscribers we could get from each carrier.
And i guess the subscriber break even number is some number between 100,000 and 300,000.

link to QTN/planetout newsclips. For anyone not keeping up, they are pretty good on having a daily 5-10 minute clip up every morning. And as of now have like 20+ days.
Cox San Diego has 532,000 subscribers. However the interesting part about hooking up with Cox San Diego is Cox's partnership with Cablemás in Tijuana, Mexico, they share a fiber-optic connection between the U.S. and Mexico, creating a broadband link from Cox San Diego to the Cablemás system in Tijuana, Mexico. The two operators now pump programming and high-speed data back and forth over the border. Cablemás serves about 500,000 subscribers in 45 Mexican cities. And Bigrod figures theres a few Gay/Lesbians south of the Border.

Here is my story with the Q..........the Q was my second trade.....ever....with penny stocks...I got in at .0002 and sold for a double....boy was I happy....until it kept going up....and up and up.......I kick myself every day for not riding the momemtum.......but back then...I did not know any better.....here is my take....take it for what it is worth or throw it out the window. The Q in my opinion is a good buy if you can get it at .0003 or lower. Just sit on it awhile. Will there be a R/S? or dilution? Probably....but before that happens..the stock will surge big time....don't hang on this time forever. Lightning aint a gonna strike this puppy twice.
