that is a reverse split where the prefered are not r/s. that makes sence.

but what you made comment to was the fact that the restricted shares not being split when the common shares are split.

that is what i want to see an example of.

the above scenario happens all the time.

Now on that point, i understand that some think a RS will happen because of comparing it to other stocks. The thing is, is that the ONLY way i see a RS happening is if Frank HAS to because he is still diluting to raise capital and being at such a low price he cannot raise enough capital.

If he were to RS, you could dang well better bet, that he would Screw
#1 every common shareholder
#2 all his employees
#3 all the common gay shareholders that are subscribers or possible subscribers.

SO the thing i keep on falling back on is that Frank is building a network, he cannot screw the shareholders because it would probably create death to his network and honestly i wouldnt count out a crazy shareholder burning his studio down or something..

Frank is building a network, he is going to sell it in 2-3 years, he does not EVER need to RS like most companies who are an ongoing business. Frank has no plans to keep the company, so he will build it, take offers, hopefully we are around .02+ in a year, then someday down the line he sells the company for however much (300M-5Billion we have no real idea) and you divide the cash into the OS and bam, its all over.

So top management realizes that it is not going to be good if they have to RS.

So hopefully this puts a logical look at it, and let me say that i do understand all the points people say about RS and why they think it will happen.

Frank Olsen is obviously not on the same calendar as the investors. He has to see the long-term situation, and maybe he feels that he can make everything work out over the next year or so. I hope so.

Noah, I haven't sold my shares yet as they are not worth much at this time. All I want for the posters in this board is to be honest about the stock and not pump this stock to lure more helpless investors into our situation. Just because we lost our money on this POS we don't want others to go through the same. Why can't we be honest about how Frank lies about this stock and hype up this stock to benefit himself. Instead some people keep talking about how Frank is doing all these good things? What good things? The only thing he has done in the last 12 months is bring down this stock by diluting billions of shares and screw us all big time. That is the fact. All these cockadoodle stories about Q having 1B in assets from a movie library is all crap. No auditor would value a movie library for 1B. That's why he is not releasing the audit because then all his lies become transparent. By some chance if this stock goes up, I won't say no to it otherwise we know where we are heading.

BIG ZERO!

[Eek!] [Eek!] [Eek!] well we are all entitled to our opinions. i wish i had got wind of qtv now instead of a year ago but that just isnt the case. there is always a chance that frank is not as dumb as many make him out to be.

maybe he will correct things in 2006 we can only hope so at this point. i have warned new investors many times in my previous posts that i am an optimist who can see no evil and i am a pumper from qell hehe.

i have been recently reading the rb message boards and ihub as well. it seems as though the longs have just decided to give up posting on those boards as it is a freak fest of mad posters just bashin the heck out of franky.

i even read some are now taking legal action.im not sure how far that will get them but if they sold for big losses some im sure will be happy to get nothing other than to cuase chaos for qtv and franky. it really is a sad day in q's history what has been going on but what are we to do ?

i have decided to just patiently follow this drama and hope that franky does us right one day.i truly hope all of the anger and frustration doesnt lead to sec investigation / and or a stock hault. i dont know whats really going on like many others we are in the dark here.

lets just try and be patient and hope that half of what frank has said is sorta somewhat kinda a bit true hehehe. maybe he can surprise us with a buyback and share retirement it would sure restore investor confidance i think. many longs are very frustrated and i dont know if we have any crazies with us but it sure is a possibility so i hope franky has body guards with him as you never know what could happen.

i personally will be very upset if i lose all this money but i will recover. i know many of you must be going bonkers having higher inpoints than myself but just to throw it out their im in this for over 30 thousand so i feel i have every right to be a bit upset too even if my inpoint is lower than some of yours. i just wish i could not look at the day to day drama for about six months and see what comes out of all of this.

the problem is i have been diagnosed with qbidahaulism and i am addicted to anything related to qbid/qtv. its a sickness that i am seeking help for. well i guess im outta here for the night take good care my qeoples.

this is one qbidiot who refuses to let the dream die just yet.

Frank and Q company have done excellent things in accelerating the expansion of the business and continuing to grow the company. They have done NOTHING, to improve investor confidence, or improve the PPS. The company itself, seems to have a good future. The common shares, not so bright. JMHO, take it or leave it....GL...

First off pal we are not luring people in.

second of all no one here has lost thier money until you sell.

I have no intention of losing my money, so until im proffitable im sitting it out.

I feel completely confident that this will work out to our benefit if we sit on our shares and wait on Franks business plan.

it is hard to feel sorry for someone that looses there money when they sit here and cry about it for months after they sell.

you are along for the ride so we are all in the same boat.

dont get ugly at those that are still positive about the company, because you can not feel positive.

I would be more worried if the Q Television Network was loosing carriers, and cutting programs and laying people off. But that is not happening. in fact the exact opposite is happening.

leave them the space they need to build the network, the price will correct itself once the financial are made public. that will happen when it happens, and we cant change the date of when it will happen.

this is a very long hold, Frank has told us this for a long time now, and he promises those that are long will be rewarded.

Some feel that 2 months is long, but honestly it is not. Im looking at this being a 2-5 year hold.

if you want your money quicker then that then you are in the wrong stock.

Rod

Hammer just like most here i post my responces as i read through the forum.

so I had not read that reply to Noah at teh time of writing that message.

my comments remain there for anyone that feels this is a bad stock.

you dont like it dont buy it or sell it.

if you are in this stock or any other for that matter you have to make the decision. sell or hold. if your going to hold you should feel confident that you are doing the right thing. if you dont then you should not hold.

the second that that i feel that im wrong to hold i will sell. I have not sold yet so im obviously still confident that holding is the right thing for me to do.

complainging in a public forum that this is a pos is not going to help or hurt the stock. you just look foolish doing it.

these people have the right to post this info and we have the right to state that we are sick of hearing it.

no it is not completely false.

this stock could even R/S and we still get our money back in time.

the only way you lose your money is if you sell for less then you paid for the stock or the company pulls a CMKX routine.

i dont see the second scenario happening.

you have your money in here, if you feel so strong about it that you have lost your money, then why are you still here.

im not saying there is no possibility that you could lose your money, im saying that you only lose once you have decided to lose.

This is a 2 year chart of Q, that includes the first run up, and then our steady downturn all the way down.

Look at the top indicator (money flow) and the bottom indicator (accumulation)

On the money flow, look at the green spiking compared all across 2 years and you see that if not now, it is close to breaking new highs with the amount of money being bought into QBID

interesting, then add to that the accumulation
The accumulation is on the bottom, and tell me what you see. The accumulation, i believe has now broken the all time high and in the past week it has been flying up telling us something.

The chart begs the all important question of, who is buying at alltime lows, and alltime lows in investor confidence, espically if Frank is raising the AS.

Just keep in mind, the best traders/investors are the ones that put big money in when the stocks confidence level is at lows and everybody is yelling to sell, thats when to buy.

Two questions:
WHO has bought 3-5 Billion shares at .0005 in the past 6 days

and.

WHO has sold them those shares at .0005 and WHY

I posted this chart a couple days ago and is getting even more interesting to look at.

Again, the top and bottom indicators are the keys on this chart.
The bottom indicator of most, the accumulation, is beginning to get extremely interesting. See how that is spiking, somebody is accumulating shares, and i would be screaming that it was a buyback, but because of the AS being increased i have stopped thinking about that. But that indicator alone suggests something is in the works.

The spike on that accumulation, is huge. Compare it to the 2 year trends of the average.

And the top indicator, the money flow, is now maxing out at all time highs showing the most money of all time entering the stock.

the only way you lose your money is if you sell for less then you paid for the stock or the company pulls a CMKX routine.

i dont see the second scenario happening.

you have your money in here, if you feel so strong about it that you have lost your money, then why are you still here.

im not saying there is no possibility that you could lose your money, im saying that you only lose once you have decided to lose.

It is completely false! It is a paper loss (in "street" terms), but it is still a loss no matter how one looks at it.

As far as a R/S is concerned, the fact is that in most cases the shares revert to the low of the stock prior to the R/S. Hardly likely anyone will come out ahead....just the opposite, will lose more. Reverse splits create a negative trading atmosphere and then allow for more dilution afterward.

Cannot argue with your statement that you lose money if you sell for less than you paid for a stock. Most of us know that already.

"then why are you still here." Because I chose to be. It is a basic freedom we have in this country.

"im saying that you only lose once you have decided to lose." And if one gets out soon enough, that money may be put to more productive use and, therby, convert a loss (paper) into a profit (paper or cash).

on the end of all the segments of qtn worldnews its the tag line Franklin Broadcasting.

i did a bit of searching and they are a radio giant that has been around sinse the 1960s.

I take it they are one of the money machines behind the Q.

here is a bit of info on what they own now.

Philly Goes Hollywood
In recent months, Philadelphia has been featured prominently on screens both big and small, thanks in large part to the work of the Greater Philadelphia Film Office, celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. "The film office is thrilled to be part of the area's increased international exposure over the past two decades. In that time, we've brought $1 billion in economic development to the region. That's an accomplishment we're very proud of," said Sharon Pinkenson, executive director.

In late June, Coca Cola launched its brand new Coca Cola Zero product nationwide with a television commercial shot in Philadelphia called "Chilltop." A remake of the classic 1971 "Hilltop" ad, the new spot features Philadelphia's own G-Love singing with friends on a South Philly rooftop. You can watch it here.

In August, a new sitcom, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, debuted on FX. The comedy, which follows the lives of four 20-somethings, has been very well received by critics, with Variety calling it "invariably clever" and a "laugh-out-loud riot."
On the big screen, two movies set and primarily filmed in Philadelphia had their premieres at the Toronto Film Festival in September. Although Shadowboxer, starring Cuba Gooding Jr. and directed by Philadelphia's own Lee Daniels, does not have a release date yet, In Her Shoes, an adaptation of Philly resident Jennifer Weiner's best seller, debuted nationally on October 7, 2005. According to a recent Philadelphia Daily News article, Cameron Diaz and Toni Collette just plain "loved Philly," including the city's restaurants, walkability and friendliness. Weiner herself is a huge fan of her adopted city and worked with GPTMC to develop a "Weekend of Indulgences" itinerary, now available on
www.gophila.com/itineraries.
Shooting now is the Disney film, Invincible, the true story of Vince Papale, who made it onto the Philadelphia Eagles' roster after trying out as a "walk-on" in 1975. In addition, M. Night Shyamalan is in the midst off filming yet another movie in the region, Lady in the Water. Both films will be released next summer.

Since January 2005, GPTMC has provided more than 80 tapes of b-roll, or raw video footage of Philadelphia, for television shows and films. In July and August alone, GPTMC shared its camera work with Q television network for a biography about gay rights in Philadelphia and the Oprah Winfrey Show for a segment on Bon Jovi's favorite places that aired on September 21, 2005.
