Naked short selling or Dilution
The trades you see at .0004 could be, but at .0005 it cant.
.0005 are buys, somebody buying shares from somebody else who is selling shares, which is probably the restricted shareholders.

Could very well be that the MM could still be naked shorting, but i highly doubt they are doing much illegal activities these days with all the attention QBID has. QBID is the monster of the pink sheets, and for them to be naked shorting still would be insane.

B/L thats an amusing thought, but the promise of a DVD is also something to take into account when weighing the importance of us shareholders in the eyes of Q mgmnt. It would be better if they never mentioned the DVD. How about a little explanation about where it is or isn't. I'm not crazy. I just been told too many things that don't happen in too short of a space of time to not feel left out of the loop again. I'd rather see the audit, but getting the dvd would have been a good example of following through on shareholder interest.

I don't know much...I work on a trade desk for a b/d so the mkt's always infront of me.
I don't have experience mm'ing, but have plenty of experience forcing mm'ers to either improve fills or execute orders when they're scammin away...otcbb and pink sheet mm'ers do it all the time. They know that the majority of retail fills won't be questioned and they take advantage of that fact. When they're called on it they usually always accommodate, knowing that the next trade is the next opportunity.
I took the day off so I'm watching the mkt's instead of getting ready for my thanksgiving dinner....augh

the reason i didnt get to excited with DOMS big order size was because we used to see VERT sell for days on end with the small order size. But DOMS could very well have been the MM selling the past 15 days on the ask, so by him reducing order size he may be close to getting off the ask.

per my understanding, pinksheets.com is only a trading platform utilized by mm's in non reporting otc securities....there's no inside mm, or rather there's no time priority w/ pink sheets. a pink sheet mm can either execute via pinksheets.com or pick up the phone and get the order done verbally.
Also, level 2's typically let you format from various options how the orders are reflected...such as price/time or price/size...

yea, I am not sure (i have speculation) but DOMS did this after we hit 1B or so and if you have noticed the volume has slowed down. He is still selling, his time stamp has changed several times since and he keeps going on to top...

You forgot to consider MM's covering short positions. Not "naked short positions", just short positions. Again, this is unlikely, I think this stock went to the gutter on dilution, not shorting.
And bottom and jenn, I didn't miss the fact it was satire, I was just pointing out it was a weak form of it because it addressed issues that no basher ever has. If you're going to "poke fun" at the bashers, it is better to do it on issues that they've been wrong about and Frank has shown otherwise.
As far as I know, the bashers have mainly been harping the 60 billion authorized shares issue, and the lack of an audit. I truly feel that this stock is going nowhere while these both remain unaddressed.
Frank hasn't even bothered to comment on the audit, so it is likely he finds all of us too stupid to point out that he's missed yet another date.
Then again, maybe Frank sold the restricted stock with the implication that they had to be bought at .0005. If that is the case, then it would make sense that he's gobbling up the .0004 shares. I find it just as likely it is stupid investors or MM's exchanging shares, but I won't throw out the idea of a new CEO through a reverse IPO. Like one of Frank's kids, Renee, or whoever owns that satellite company.

he will keep acting the same and the shareholders will keep buying the stocks.

that is fine to say someone is buying but who is selling.
this doesnt look good to me.
if you sold your shares today you would have to sell at the bid and it would show as the mms buy them. then they would post the buy at the ask.
no one is selling and all these buys are coming in from somewhere.
i tend to lean towards a dilution going on today, I cant prove it, but that is what it looks like to me.
some one correct me if im wrong.
something funny is going on here in my opinion.

if the mm's knew frank was diluting by selling x/amount of shares then they would also be shorting their inventory. Upon knowing frank's near completion of dilution, time for mm's to cover shorts. shorts covered, then time to short again on a small bump...mm'ers goal is to milk these micro's for as long as they can...
speculative of course...I don't know what's going on...but one idea

I agree with MillerTime here. Naked shorting just doesn't happen to the degree that many forum posters say it does. CMKX is a good example of a stock where people kept screaming both naked shorting and dilution, and the dilution folks ended up being right. There were over 700 billion shares outstanding in CMKX.
Now, QBID is further from a scam than CMKX, but not by much due to the complete and utter incompetence of this CEO when it comes to dealing with shareholders. Frank (and jenn and bottom, for that matter) doesn't think we have reason to be upset that he's been doing billions of dollars of dilution in the form of restriced shares. Why? Because it's not him that is selling the shares. But if he says, "You can buy 5 billion shares at .0005 and sell them at whatever you want", that is as good as diluting. It sets a max or top on a stock. And also, I suppose, sets a bottom as well.
Even if the dilution is delayed for 6 months or however, it's still dilution via the restricted shares. The fact that he has raised the A/S should be a good indicator that this type of selling will only continue.
And Penny-Trader is right, we're only going to hear more dilution theories. You won't hear any specifically from me, because I already said what I think is happening. It's dilution via a third party, and just because Frank isn't selling the shares directly doesn't mean that it isn't a very bad thing for him to be doing.
