That was educational. I posted a comment, decided to edit it, must of hit the wrong icon and ended up posting the original and an edited version, went back and was able to delete the original ... I think. I guess computers really aren't idiot-proof. And I'm proving it with all my mistakes lately. [Big Grin]

Thanks, it came from the heart.

Part of me still believes that Frank has what it takes to make this company fully reporting. That's probably the biggest reason why I think it's a great idea for us to sell. To get Frank motivated to actually make things better.

Right now he has no incentive to actually release the audit, because people keep buying the stock. Same goes with PLNI and some of these other companies that do reverse-splits every 6 months to a year.

I'm not telling people they made a bad decision deciding to buy QBID stock, I'm just telling people it is time we quit rewarding fraudster CEOs who can't post (via a PR) factual data.

For christ's sake, if I were to lie and say that QBID's A/S was 80 billion, I could be SUED. But if Frank says he is going to release an audit in 60 days and misses the date, nothing happens. And worse, people keep buying the stock or stay in it.

If Frank isn't staying accountable to shareholders now, why would he be accountable to them in the future?

Do not stay in a dog, do not hold the bag. Get out and save what little money you do have.

This is the best advice I can offer. And unlike Pink Sheet CEOs, I say it with only the honesty and conviction a former penny stock investor can have. I highly encourage you to formulate your own message when you leave the Pink Sheet stocks for good, and post it for the others as well. There are plenty of reporting OTC BB companies out there that deserve your money more than these Pink Sheets ones that have the most dishonest and corrupt CEOs in the history of the world.

The most sense I've heard all day.

YW g. Frank may decide to buy back shares in the future, or just wait and let the company that buys Q clean up the dilution problem. Just remember it takes money to buy back shares, and with all that has been and is being purchased, the debt load keeps growing, and thus shareholders will suffer. The problem I see is that if Frank is paying for the things that he purchases with stock, then the more shares he will need to issue as the pps continues the downward spiral. Then as the price falls, he will more than likely need to compensate those previous buyers with more shares to compensate for the drop in pps. It's just kind of scary to me everytime I hear about new purchases by Q as I wonder where the funds are coming from.

The delay, or refusal to let the public in on the info for the audit could be due to the shell that they bought was in fact too dirty to clean up. Frank did give a tid bit of info on the shell being dirty, he just didn't say how dirty it really is. I only hope that an audit is truly being worked on, or has been worked on for the investor's sake.

Frank wont see profit in NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY AUSTRALIA for at least a month .When you first subscribe to qtn I'm guessing payment goes on your existing provider bill, which could be a month from now. How many subscribers in NEW YORK alone? Money will soon be flowing like a river. At least it will for Frank.

Hey Frank is it the comming week yet?

I think that we are going to see regions coming on line every week. IMO, we are seeing the start of a crescendo of regions offering QTN. If New York is any indication of the standard promotion process for new regions, new subscribers are given the first month free. With what I’ve gleaned, and knowing that start up promotional costs are necessary, we are probably going thru a phase where our costs are higher then normal with a revenue increase delayed by 2-3 months. I would not be surprised if these costs were 2-300K dependent upon the uniqueness of the particular region.

The start-up costs are one time whereas the revenue is continuous. The day is not too far off when we will be discussing, and some demanding, dividends. Does Q pay a dividend or use the profits to invest in expansion or buy back shares? There will always be controversy on this board. I would like us to logically debate our common issues instead of bashing the others view. No one is always right nor is no one always wrong (well, except for… LOL).

Are there any LAPD SWAT owning Q in the Burbank area. We need you to raid Q and get some info.

All units, share holders down.
I repeat shareholders down.

I wonder if we are the private investers that Frank keeps refering to. Everything does seem to be very hush, hush. So secretive that even we don't know about it! [Confused]

exposure is exposure...Subcribers are Subscribers

word of mouth will spread the word Q Television.

Mardi Gras will be held from February 3 to March 4, 2006, and is expected to attract 750,000 people from around the world.

whats it matter where Q gets it going, as long as they keep moving forward.

i expect the next deal to be an overseas deal, it seems that the Mipcom conference is going to pay off. JMOT

hey everyone ...i am new to posting to the board but have been following the thread for a couple of weeks..my opinion my not mean much but i would say anyone who is still holding their stock in 2006 will become rich.. the numbers at this point mean nothing..i am at 3 million and will continue to buy..this stock is going to go postal and those who have it at that point will be rich..as far as those who think this is a scam. well you are allowed to speak your mind but i think you are wrong..this is going to be big...good luck to everyone......

Well i just visited Q's website, its not bad but i could do better, much better. While i was there i went ahead and sent a memo to the IR to inquireing about the audit, not holding my breath. Also i applied for a job, just to see what they say. Not like i'll have anything to do for the next 6 hours.

No work is great and at the same time i wish i brought my pillow.
