It is my suspicion that the Audit will not be released until the new year. I have reasons for this, mostly just observations but hey thats what i do best around here.
1) Will there be any real value disclosing this information during the holiday season. My thinking is, no not really. With the Xbox 2 being rioted over, and the rally to get an xmas to the hurricane victums. Now would not be a good time to try to get in new subscribers.
2) Jan 1st is the beginning of the phiscal year for Qbid * i think, its either july 1st or jan 1st, but i think its jan 1st*, and the beginning of the march to the GG06 so your going to want to start the new year off right with the middle being the pinnacle, while tring to prop up numbers until the end of the year.
3) Several weeks will put us inline with January, given Franks past track record, so my assumption is based on that.
When you sit and think about it, will it really do us or him any good to release it in december when no one is looking or closer to the GG06 when all eyes are starting to look at you and the event your sponering. I think this is whats going on in Franks mind, and if you step back and look at everything, it will actually be better for us to release is later then sooner at this point.
*warning* please dont yell at me like you did at DJ. I am only speculating, i have heard nothing nor have any facts to support this claim. Only observations that make since from a "BUSINESS" perspective. "Strike while the irons hot" if its cold, all you did was make a loud noise that people care nothing about. Strike while its hot, everyone is watching the pretty sparks fly off and a piece of art take form. Just think about it

If the reverse split comes [ which it should ] make sure you sell at the top before it starts spiraling down again..Might recoup some lost shrs when it starts down after the new high caused by the split.
But do it quick, sometimes you can be pleasantly surprised when these Pinks do the reverse split..Just remember it will have a new stock symbol, so you really gotta move!

Although I'm not into penny stocks big time there are some that have yielded some very nice profits for my portfolio over the years. Still, 4 out of 7 I currently hold are under $1. but that seems to be more about having scanned some 7800 stocks using a spreadsheet back in September looking for some good buys. From that I compiled a list under a $1. (plus lists for other factors). Since it takes so much time I may not do that again for months.

First off Frank stated he would not do a R/S "while he was in charge of the company". These are the key words. But in the eventuality that he steps down for health reasons and someone steps in and does an R/S then, to my knowledge, the price will be dictated by how large the R/S is. Once the R/S is complete it will raise slightly then fall drastically, for that is the pattern of all R/S's i have seen.
But there is no garuntee about this and i will bow down to someone more knowledgable on the subject then I.

Leo. I use an accountant who is very savy on my various business enterprises..We have a *pick up the phone and call him* *where ever I may be* relationship, for advise on buisness matters...
I highly reccomend that folks form a retainer type relationship with a good attorney and or realestate, tax consultant..
If that is to much expense? at least make an appointment with one for financial planning your future...ASK him or her QUESTIONS!!! even if ya feel like it's a dumb one..
$50.00 on up to thousands, can be the initinial fee,,,some are free! ya just have to take the time and do it....It can really save your behind..

Anywho's, Hey, we've had some really sharp glassy Peaks on some hard to get to beach breaks lately. Well over head with left and right fast drops!! Some barrel's really got the locals stoked up!
