Volume today of over 1.5 billion, with no movement, told me to sell 1 mill I bought last week as a swing, at a slight loss. Sure, the "company" is doing great things and making progress, but to flood the market with shares, well, that's an unscrupulous pink for ya'....and a sign of financial problems....why else would a company flood the market with shares? 'Cause they're going to be profitable by 2006? Highly unlikeley....more like, they are getting as much revenue as they can, before they make a move into the "real" market(s), (ADDED, or get bought out, new management, or go belly up). JMHO....GLTA and have a great holiday...

We've been near the bottom for the last year and half now, then. Only we've continued to drop below that bottom every subsequent week or so. This is a continuing trend downward, and the reason is quite clear: dilution. The QBID stock of February 2004 had 14 billion O/S including 53% of which was owned by Frank. Now that number has tripled to 44 billion and is likely to have increased yet again to 60 billion.
I don't think we're ever going to see this stock start taking off again till the authorized share count actually DECREASES. I'm interested in how many of you here actually believe it ever will.

As forum posters we are required to say what we do with full faith and honesty in our words. We can be held liable if we are bashing or pumping or knowingly posting false information. Folks, we are held to a higher standard than Pink Sheet CEOs. It's time to bail out of these stocks like PLNI and QBID who have CEOs that promise audits and do not deliver. Do not stay in a dog, do not hold the bag. Get out and save what little money you do have.
This is the best advice I can offer. And unlike Pink Sheet CEOs, I say it with only the honesty and conviction a former penny stock investor can have. I highly encourage you to formulate your own message when you leave the Pink Sheet stocks for good, and post it for the others as well. There are plenty of reporting OTC BB companies out there that deserve your money more than these Pink Sheets ones that have the most dishonest and corrupt CEOs in the history of the world.

I believe a R/S has to happen. I know what Frank said but, I see no other way to reduce the A/S. I would bet he's hurting for cash. Not bashing, just looking at this with common sense.

Why do people have to post * not bashing* when making an observation or comment..Just curious. Is there some kind of protacol or sumpun, if you want to express yourself? LOL

Though I'm not sure on that.
g-invest Thanks for trying to help, but sorry, wrong again. I rate people all the time. Just cannot change my rating once I submit it. And allstocks confirmed that ratings cannot be changed.
But we've wasted enough time on star ratings, and I will conclude with this: The rating system was a nice idea, but it doesn't work for many reasons. Therefore, I do not use it unless someone wants me to rate them. Being a nice guy, I try to make people happy. But I also do not rely on the system to know who's a "good guy" and who's a "bad guy". I depend on my own rating system for that. And for the record, my "good guy" list gets shorter everyday. But I've always liked quality instead of quantity, so I expect to have a great time in Vegas with some really "super-duper" people.
-------------------- Dont buy or sell on my opinions, do your research. Make sure you know what you are buying before you buy.
This is a non reporting pink sheet with very high risk. From high risk comes high rewards. Dont invest more then you can afford to lose.
