The audit must show red ink in the markets that the Q is available, or it would be released.... lawsuits can be paid off , but if they are losing money in new york or san fransisco they cant show us that.

Red ink is not market to market, as expenditures are centralized.

Over all, the company is in the red and *should* be in the red, as all developing businesses are.

They have free financing with the shareholder money and it doesn't have to be paid back. The audit will show that the shareholders pay to have qtn available to the diferent markets and the company canot sustain itself without authorizing and selling shares to raise capital.

Frank would have *obviously* known that going in. They didn't have to do an audit. Why *chose* to do an audit when you *know* you're scamming people?

Not taking sides here.... but I amd very sceptical at this point. I am begining to wonder whether or not an audit has even been performed. The alternative is that if it has been completed - it was not a pretty picture...Anyhow, Im outta here!

Anouncing the audit several times in prs was part of the scam. As were the prs about getting off the pinks.
Frank has deleted those prs from the qtn web site but you can google them and find them..

If there was no audit, he would have never mentioned the word. If you're trying to scam people, promising something with a time-line is a no-no. You don't mention something tangible like an audit knowing you'll have to make good on it or lose your pool of victims will dry up.

Q Television Hires CPA Firm to Complete Financial Audit

Q Television Network announced today that it will be securing a well known securities CPA firm this week to complete its full financial audit. Q Television will work closely with the accountants to move forward with its plans to become a fully reporting company. The CPA firm will conduct the standard audit, and is expected to deliver the final report to Q Television upon completion, at which time Q Television will become a fully reporting company.

"We feel this audit is a huge milestone for our company, and that ultimately, if Q Television Network files all financials/reports publicly, we will eliminate the manipulation that our company and many Pink Sheets stocks face," stated Frank Olsen, President and CEO of Q Television Network. "Our company is fundamentally positioned perfectly within the GLBT market, but we cannot tolerate the undervalued price per share that our stock faces on the Pink Sheets."

I have documents and evidence begging Olsen, Pittera, Weiner et al (now finding out GMKT and Deak-Perera is Olsen, Pittera, Weiner et al) to tell the investors what was going on; how management would let Wulf, and those involved with Deak Perera could assault GAAY management. The lawsuit states that Olsen solicited an offer from ITHC, Deak Perera Capital etc..., what were all those press releases issued by the same people drafting the lawsuit and running all the companies expressly stating the opposite? I thought investors were owners of the companies. They talked like Sicilians and threatened like Sicilians, what are they now, businessmen without the threats? All I did was ask a question, a simple answer as to where the money is coming from would have been sufficient. Still there is no answer and now I am not the only one who wants to know.

written affirmation Richard Marchese had transferred his securities transactions business from Bill Davts to yourself which included the transactions of the stocks ITHC, QBID, GAAY and GMKT; that Thomas Marchese moved over SI million dollars worth of GAAY in profits; Christina Marchese moved over SI million dollars worth of GAAY in profits and Richard Marchese moved over $4 million dollars worth of GAAY stock during the pump occurring in May through December 1999 - “tons of GAAY stock whkh was brokered through Amerivet {sk};
3. Marchese then moved QBID stock in the profits of some several million dollars;
4. that yon were paid 10K for the name of “Accesstradeonc.com’*, that Marchese paid you additionally in GMKT stock; {please provide in whose name the certificate was issued and whether it was restricted stock};
5. Marchese moved his accounts to the Chicago brokerage Martin Cabberra Capital Markets from Amerivet Securities;
6. that the public postings of your being an officer of ITHC were false, that you had been told by Marchese no such public statement was effected, which is in fact fake, publk postings that Joe Pittera was telling people and investors yon were to be named President in November 1998; In closing, I hope mat I have clarified mis matter completely.
In regards to the dollar amounts I mentioned to you concerning certain
individuals and the money they made with Triangle Multimedia stock,
I would prefer not to mention that in writing (because I do not want to be sued).
The reason for this is that these dollar amounts are just the dollar amounts I heard
in a roundabout way and I do not have the documentation to back up the figures
except for Mr. Martin Cabrera.
In regards to Mr. Martin Cabrera, because he was a registered rep
employed by my broker-dealer, I know exactly how much he was paid in
commissions in 1999. The 1 099 Mr. Cabrcra received in 1999 were for
approximately $385,000.
The majority of this amount represented the commissions that he received
on trades involving Triangle Multimedia stock. This should give you some
idea as to the amount of money that was being generated by the trading in this stock.
If there is any additional information you need, or if you have any questions,
please feel free to contact me. My contact information is listed on this letterhead.
Cordially yours,
Encls Elton Johnson, Jr.

I remember that PR. I also saw the PPS spike to .01 either that day or the next day for about a nanosecond. I don't have L2s, so I don't know how much they spent on it.

Nothing wrong with that

Former E! host Steve Kmetko began work this week as news anchor of Q Television Network, a channel aimed at gay America.

And in a completely unrelated development, Ryan Seacrest signed a deal to host and produce the network's awards coverage.

Speaking of awards, I'd like some nominations for Best Performance By 2006 Oscars Host Jon Stewart in a Motion Picture. Here, to joggle your memory, is his oeuvre of work.

on paper it sounds great. Yeah there are millions of shares bought at .0002 and sold at .0003, but it is literally impossible to swing trade it currently. There are currently 14MM looking to sell at .0003 and they have been there for the past month, so i HIGHLY doubt your order would go through, even in a week or a month. Only way you could sell at .0003 is if we finally begin moving up again. hope this helps. great idea, but trust me it wont work.
