and no one would believe me....
We have long suspected that Triangle and other companies operated
by Frank Olsen from the 1000 E. Tahquitz Canyon, Palm Springs, are
nothing more than pump and dump stock scams. The QBID stock, in
fact, has been recently pumped by a number of promoters paid in
hundreds of thousands of shares of QBID stock. Many of these pumpers
operate on QBID bulletin boards on stock sites trying to entice
individuals into purchasing this stock. Many of the individuals
purchasing this stock are gay/lesbian.

Now, the most shocking thing of all. The corporations behind
the Triangle Television Network, Triangle Multi-Media, Inc.,
Triangle Broadcasting Corporation and Co-Media Corporation are
all Nevada and Washington corporations. These corporations
operate only in Palm Springs, CA. None of them are registered
with the California Secretary of State as foreign corporations
as the law requires. This means they do not legally exist in
California and they cannot own property, have employees, enter
into contracts or anything else. They do not legally exist.
There are also substantial penalties for this violation of
the law.

Cali-feel free to go to the website yourself and check. I believe they are registered.

But let me ask you this...did you BOTHER to go yourself or did you simply post from another site? Didnt think so...

ROFL

Pump and dump stock scam? Pump and dump... at times, maybe. Scam, not very likely with Cox, Time Warner, Planet Out, etc involvement. Pump and dumps very rarely have a true tangible product attached and I can't think of any that have this high of a profile.

Umm a million shares is ~$200-300 and people were paid in "hundreds of thousands" of shares. So what? They got less than $200 worth of stock??? Wow big pay day! Hope they don't eat out much.

Holy crap!! "Many of the individuals
purchasing this stock are gay/lesbian." No sh*t?? Next thing you know it will be discovered that many people that bought stock in Coke drink soda. The fact that comment is even made throws out any credibility and lack of bias that could possibly be claimed.

Most of the so called "pumpers" on this board in particular, are the more credible posters. They link to references, they show facts, and they almost always encourage others to do their own research. It is the bashers that tend to make outrageous and unsubstantiated claims while they frantically wave their arms in the air screaming "look at me! look at me!" I got buggered by Frank and want the world to know so it doesnt happen to someone else!! Altruism is a myth, expecially in the stock market.

Oh well, I look forward to any response we get today but I half expected the post DJ made and I kind of expect the same back from Doc and Imak. Thanks for the efforts guys and I do believe you have made an impact even if you don't bring us back all we wanted to hear today.

I figure the worst case scenario is I spent the same amount of money on QBID as a really nice vacation and the entertainment the boards have brought me lasted a whole lot longer than 6 days and 7 nights. Sounds like a bargain to me! LOL

There should be some puiblic info at Q, such as some proof that they ever made any share buybacks, at least some of the more incriminating stuff.

Frank told imak that info might have been released before today, apparently a deterent to the plan of making the visit. I wonder if they can find out why the mgmt seems to be so against the shareholders and also why they like the pps to be so low. Obviously the pps isn't being held down for buybacks, not when they are spitting out billions of shares to the public.
Just my luck to have a chronic liar for a CEO.

I wouldn't... As much as I would like to believe, I don't think Doc and Imak will find out anyting. If Frankie boy does meet with them, he will only lie, deciet and continue to blow smoke up everyones crack. He WILL NOT disclouse any valuable/pertinent shareholder info. He will continue with his soap box that everything is great with QTV, blah, blah...

I remember reading that as shareholders, they have the right to access any documents they want. They just have to *know* they have the right and demand to see it. He can't legally hide the paperwork (like the audit) from them, no matter what he or his lawyer says, and I hope they call him on it.

I think Doc is a little too old to have the wool pulled over his eyes. I'm hoping that he'll be firm enough to convince them to give it up.

If nothing else. Doc and imak should be asking to see the proof that there were buybacks and a number of other things that should be substantiated. Get them to show their true colors.

On another note - MIOK seems to be approaching a 20% gain today (three day trend).

I have a feeling that if Doc and Imak do get a chance to look things over they will have to promise not to tell anything more than "shareholders will be very happy when this info is made public." JMO.

Which is why I'm hoping they don't sign an NDA. I was looking at this trip as a way to force Frank to divulge information to the shareholders, but Frank is probably looking at it as only divulging information to 2-3 people who will have to sign a non-disclosure agreement and be bared from trading for 30 days.

Ligge, your last sentances sums up exactly how I feel. The 4 grand I have invested has provided me with more entertainment than most vacations. Plus there is the added attraction of HOPE, because this could be the big one. Qbid is the first stock I've invested in, it won't be the last. Looking forward to some positive news today.

IMHO if Doc and Imak do have to sign an NDA I understand that. I would certainly rather be able to see the audit and other documents, however, if Doc and Imak believe that "shareholders will be very happy when this info is made public" I would welcome that.

No doubt about it, the only disappointment would be that we have been hearing the line in quotes for many months now, including again from davidjanus within the last 24 hours. Time will tell I suppose...

I haven't checked the WA shareholder law, but does anyone know if it states anything about having to sign a NDA? I was just wondering if Frank has the legal right to make them before they see anything.

Good luck Imak and Doc!!! Thanks again!

Hey davidjanas, thanks for visiting the studios and reporting back what you can.

I understand you agreed not to divulge any info, but did they make you sign a NDA? If so, did it specify that you not buy or sale shares for a given awhile? If not, are you buying or selling [Smile] ?

I read over the law awhile back so my memory might not be 100% accurate, but it does not mention signing an NDA. It says a shareholder may request to inspect all records of a company provided the request is in writing and gives a resonable time frame for documents to be made available (a couple weeks is more than sufficient).

They may then inspect any documents they wish and even photocopy them. Again, no mention of an NDA.

Does anyone know if they consulted a lawyer about this or did they just research it on their own?

Im curious if Frank won't try to use some sort of legal loophole in order to put them off.

they were suppose to confrim with franks lawyer this morning about the meeting time. They also stated they would keep us updated when they could. Keep in mind they are -1 MNT, -2 CST and -3 EST so by my time its 10:18ish over there. Technically its still morning there.

So it will be a few hours before we hear anything, if anything at all. As always just pointing out the obvious.
