Another way to look at the american bulls signals if that if you had just held since the high mark, you'd have $7 from your $100 instead of $67

OK here's the scoop. I have just got off the phone with Doctoall.

he has told me that it is OK to post this, Doctoall and Imakemoney and QBID have mutually agreed to post pone the meeting till the 12th at the earliest and that the meeting is not going to happen today.

Doc and Imakemoney both feel that this will be the best situation possible. as they will have more of a productive meeting on the 12th then they will today.

he and Imakemoney instead are going to have a conference call With Frank and his lawyer at 1 pm Pacific time 3 pm eastern and they are going to set up what the expectations of the out come of the 12th meeting is to accomplish. Doc stated that they will have an update for us around 8 pm eastern time for us.

He wanted me to stress that this is not a bad thing and not to get down on Frank for this. The first letters missed some points required to get the information needed, but the second set of letters have covered everything that needs to be available at the meeting.

hang in till 8 pm and Doc will fill us in.

Thanks for the update!

Just a nit-pick, Eastern time is Pacific +3, not 2, so I'm guessing the call is at 4pm EST.

Not to rain on anybody's parade... but Frankie boy will continue to postpone meetings, conference calls etc. WE WILL NOT get any info from him. The next meeting/conference call will also be postponed. He will NEVER say it will not happen, he will just continue to postpone and make up excuses until the cows come home. This CLASSIC Frank Olsen and his stall tactics. [Mad]

I run a scottrade and a tdwaterhouse account. Stocks I hold go into scottrade, daytrading is done with tdwaterhouse because of the lower fees. It helps alot to have two accounts for when things get emotional and ya want to sell it all ,, or load up to fast.. I have most of my stocks split between the two. And If one account gets called or blocked for daytading I can still use the other one. And I have a 2nd IRA account at tdwaterhouse that I can trade with also.

My last trade of the Q was a sell at .0005. I still own a few shares.

There is a remote chance this thing could go one day, so I keep up with the gossip. Docs trip to the Q is true drama and I'm interested to see how it goes..

I'm not surprised the meeting didn't take place but I don't get why they didn't just hold the meeting and have agenda items for another meeting on the 12th. Especially since this stock is getting nowhere. Logically, some answers would be better than no answers.

hmmmmm...soo the meeting is postponed....

i dont really know what to say about that really...i cant put it into words. ive been disappointed 1 to many times, and i just truely hope against all hope that DOC and IMAK were not pressured or fooled into delaying.

Frank is a master of deceit and scams so i just hope that DOC and IMAK were told something good enough to delay the viewing...

If the delay was truely just because they mutually agreed that a delay would be good than so help us god.

The thing that we can fall back on is that DOC and IMAK i truely believe would not be fooled by Frank.

So good luck to us all, but this is NOT good news

"We are outraged by the market manipulation and our depressed stock price," said Frank Olsen, President, CEO and Founder of Q Television Network. "The short positions in our stock we believe are overwhelming and we will do everything we can to squeeze those positions and bring our stock to a level it deserves. We have signed multiple carriers, we have increased our subscriber rate above 200% and we are the only 24/7 premium GLBT network in an untapped market. We demand a fair value for our shareholders and they will get it. We are going to implement a full market strategy that we have developed to directly address these manipulation issues."

Q Television Network, was informed late last week that a private group of investors is in the process of buying a large portion of its QBID stock. The private group of investors has committed themselves to buying QBID stock up to .01.
"We are delighted to have such strong support for our company. Management and I feel strongly that the stock is extremely undervalued and we believe it won’t take long to see the price of the stock at a penny,” stated Frank Olsen
