aahhahahahaaaa....come on Dew! Thats funny but you gotta give them the benefit of the doubt man. [Big Grin]

I too personally believe that they will not be able to see an audit, outdated or current. But they just might get lucky enough to talk to someone in management.

Hey guys just back from New York...wow!...interesting place, but they can have it!...sure makes me appreciate my home here in Kentucky a whole lot more. [Big Grin]

I'm sure it won't be a "fruitless" visit.

Dew, I don't think it will have an effect, just postin' something different.

One way to look at it is they're still up almost 1400% on Q.

(See the PR's on qbid.net or triangletelevisionnetwork.com)

Now, the most shocking thing of all. The corporations behind
the Triangle Television Network, Triangle Multi-Media, Inc.,
Triangle Broadcasting Corporation and Co-Media Corporation are
all Nevada and Washington corporations. These corporations
operate only in Palm Springs, CA. None of them are registered
with the California Secretary of State as foreign corporations
as the law requires. This means they do not legally exist in
California and they cannot own property, have employees, enter
into contracts or anything else. They do not legally exist.
There are also substantial penalties for this violation of
the law.

This information can be verified on the web site of the
California Secretary of State or by calling that office.

Yet, Triangle Multi-Media, Inc. is a publicly traded company.
Its stock, symbol QBID, is traded on the NASDAQ pink sheets.
Stockholders purchase the stock on the basis of the promised
Triangle Television Network. In reality, none of these stock-
holders own any part of the network. This would appear to be
a massive stock fraud. Also, this is a non-reporting company.

We have long suspected that Triangle and other companies operated
by Frank Olsen from the 1000 E. Tahquitz Canyon, Palm Springs, are
nothing more than pump and dump stock scams. The QBID stock, in
fact, has been recently pumped by a number of promoters paid in
hundreds of thousands of shares of QBID stock. Many of these pumpers
operate on QBID bulletin boards on stock sites trying to entice
individuals into purchasing this stock. Many of the individuals
purchasing this stock are gay/lesbian.

GLINN is issuing this message as a warning and an invitation
to the gay/lesbian media to investigate this for themselves
and develop news articles for their readers.

----------------------

We would also be interested in copies of any news articles
that have been produced recently. We would also like to know
if Triangle has done any advertising in the gay press other
than the unpaid ads promoting its original launch on the
DISH Network.

VACM & QTN private investors, aka THE OLSEN DIVISION are taking over QTN. It's over. QBID is being liquidated. I warened you & told you to research PSTS. You TOS'd me.

t's a PlanetOut World, You Just Live Here

LITTLE ESCAPED the gravitational pull of PlanetOut in 2005. Already the owner of sites PlanetOut.com, Gay.com, Kleptomaniac.com and OUT&ABOUT Travel, PlanetOut Inc. in November became far and away the largest gay media company in the universe, purchasing LPI Media for about $30 million. LPI was the publisher of Out and The Advocate, already the two largest-circulation gay mags in America.

Later in November, PlanetOut announced a deal to distribute Q Television Network programming online, makers of exciting fare like The Reichen Show, an hour of the Amazing Race winner offering ''talk, debate, education and gossip.'' What, no preening?

Closer to home, May 2005 saw PlanetOut signing a chummy ''marketing alliance'' with Window Media, which expanded into the D.C. market itself in 2001 with the purchase of the Washington Blade. Window, which also publishes Southern Voice, Houston Voice, David Atlanta, 411 Magazine, and Express Gay News, made some other changes in its New York colony, where 2005 closed out with a merger between Window's long-suffering New York Blade and HX, a gay nightlife weekly in the Big Apple.

No word yet on which publication, site or show will be offering scorecards to keep track of future mergers, acquisitions or alliances.

ROFL

Pump and dump stock scam? Pump and dump... at times, maybe. Scam, not very likely with Cox, Time Warner, Planet Out, etc involvement. Pump and dumps very rarely have a true tangible product attached and I can't think of any that have this high of a profile.

Umm a million shares is ~$200-300 and people were paid in "hundreds of thousands" of shares. So what? They got less than $200 worth of stock??? Wow big pay day! Hope they don't eat out much.

Holy crap!! "Many of the individuals
purchasing this stock are gay/lesbian." No sh*t?? Next thing you know it will be discovered that many people that bought stock in Coke drink soda. The fact that comment is even made throws out any credibility and lack of bias that could possibly be claimed.

Most of the so called "pumpers" on this board in particular, are the more credible posters. They link to references, they show facts, and they almost always encourage others to do their own research. It is the bashers that tend to make outrageous and unsubstantiated claims while they frantically wave their arms in the air screaming "look at me! look at me!" I got buggered by Frank and want the world to know so it doesnt happen to someone else!! Altruism is a myth, expecially in the stock market.

Oh well, I look forward to any response we get today but I half expected the post DJ made and I kind of expect the same back from Doc and Imak. Thanks for the efforts guys and I do believe you have made an impact even if you don't bring us back all we wanted to hear today.

I figure the worst case scenario is I spent the same amount of money on QBID as a really nice vacation and the entertainment the boards have brought me lasted a whole lot longer than 6 days and 7 nights. Sounds like a bargain to me! LOL

he may have said it will be released by the time you see it. i dont believe they are going to see this today.

look for a stall tactic that will take us at least a week down the road maybe more.

everytime we reach an expected date nothing happens and a new date is given or speculated.

i believe the same will happen here.

Frank is hold on to the results of this audit for a reason, and he will not release it till he has achieved what ever goal he has in holding.

I appreciate Doc and Imakemoney putting the pressure on him, and i feel that it is doing good to show Frank that he has to stop dragging his feet. I know it is Franks legal responcibility to show these documents, but i also know that Frank doesn't give a rats ass about the laws, and what he has to do. He will continue to do what he wants.

If however this new lawyer of Franks is worth a grain of salt, he will be stessing to Frank that he has to make his move soon as we are in violation and we dont want to be dealing with the V+SEC for a non compliance.

Im hopeing that by the end of the month something will have happened here, but as i have stated many times, i dont believe today is the day.

hey anyone want a great idea for a new q show that will make the rating go through the roof..
we can call it... frank hunt ...
all the q investers get to hunt frank down and the ones who finds him and beats the snot out of him wins..the grand prize 1,000,000 qbid shares..we can make it a weekly show until all 100 billion shares are given away..then we can take control of qbid and make it a real company instead of the lie frank has made of it...
anyone think this is a good idea????

Dont buy or sell on my opinions, do your research. Make sure you know what you are buying before you buy.

This is a non reporting pink sheet with very high risk. From high risk comes high rewards.
Dont invest more then you can afford to lose.
