the last time qbid bought back, they completed it on the last day w/ a flurry...running the price up to .0068 or somethin...
today opens w/ a frenzy...calms down...interested to see how noon and the end of the day go...
w/ this volume the offer's are either mm's shorting to hold the stock down and maintain their profits or the company. if it's the mm's then you'll never see this stock rise above .0006 again barring a reverse split or name/cusip/venue change.
if it's the company...then why? why now?
...and so who are the buyer's? if the mm's are selling on the offer then their doing everything they can to maintain price...but w/ that kind of bidding you'd have to believe they'd pull back a bit to sell at a better price of .0006 so I'm leaning away from this idea.
because i'm leaning away from the mm's being the sellers then I'm leaning towards the company being the sellers. The buyer's must then be the mm's or investors...
so much speculation...it'd be neat to be right w/ my last post...but there's probably more to it than this...who knows

PlanetOut to Distribute Q Television Video › › › ClickZ News

Gay and lesbian media company PlanetOut Inc. will distribute highlights of video from the Q Television (QTN) satellite network, under the terms of a deal announced today.
Financial terms of the agreement weren't disclosed, but Mark Elderkin, president of PlanetOut, told ClickZ, "The value for our company is quality content that we can sell advertising against. The value for the producer is distribution and access to an audience they could otherwise not reach."
The deal will give PlanetOut more video inventory on its PlanetOut Video broadband service, which launched in September. The company offers :15 pre-roll spots and sponsorships of its video content. Ads can be targeted by content, by gender, by age, by location, and using behavioral criteria.
Elderkin says the company has sold mostly in-banner video ads thus far, but it's ramping up its in-stream inventory to meet demand from advertisers.
"For 2006, as we book new business for next year, we're seeing more and more requests from the agencies we work with to include that [video]," he said. "We're doing all we can to grow our video archives."
The QTN video will consist of five- to 15-minute highlights from news, talk and variety shows, including a morning talk show called "Brunch;" the celebrity entertainment talk show "On Q Live;" and "QTN World News."
PlanetOut also distributes video clips from here!TV and Sundance Channel. It's considering developing original video in-house and Webcasting user-generated content.
"We don't produce anything in-house today but it's something we're evaluating," Elderkin said.
The video initiative isn't the only move PlanetOut is making to incorporate traditional media into its portfolio of ad offerings. The company recently purchased LPI media, whose properties include print publications "The Advocate," "OUT," "The OUT Traveler," and "HIVPlus," along with their Web site counterparts.

Actually, they don't have to. Frank increased the A/S by another 10 billion. At .0001, that's still a million dollars. That can pay for salaries for quite a while.

This will probably be trading under .0001 in the coming months, then a Reverse split will more than likely occur to inflate the appearance of the shareprice.

Here is my take on todays action: Day(s) back someone (maybe even an insider) sees all those 9,000,000 - 9,999,900 share trades * .0004 and knowing there would be more popped in a .0006 trade yesterday pm to prime the pump. Then today they short 1 billion * .0005 and are now covering * .0004.

Gee, I wonder where Frank is living now that he seems to have abandoned Palm Springs for Burbank. Maybe a swanky hotel suite at the Beverly Hills Hilton, written off as "business expense" on the shareholders endless coffers. No wonder he has to increase A/S. LA lifestyle is pricey. Good thing Frank has a money machine!

well to be honest i dont really know whats going on but today looks like it could turn out to be the biggest volume day in qbids history.i hope this is good and not more dilution but as usual i guess the only thing left for me to do is be patient.lately we have had alot of good news and i think some big money might be entering qtv's stock(qbid) but this is just my theory. best of luck to you all this kind of volume is sure to set off some alarms though in micropennyland hehe. 20 million long and strong.

some folks here seem to ignore that frank has told us (in his own way) something about these deals. remember the "private equity group"?? all this mysterious financing?? studio deal where they put up the money, but "controlling interest will be with Triangle Multi Media."
remember frank referring to the 'investment bankers'?? well, these PIPEs and Rule 144a transactions are placed with investment bankers, hedge funds, VCs, and other qualified entities.
the thing that should p!ss everyone off is that frankie has shown those private equity people some kind of audited financials (share structure, revenue, debt, assets, etc)...or they wouldn't commit their capital...
...but the shareholders are still not shown the audit that supposedly was 'completed' oct 28th...
