theres no class action necessary.. frank knows what hes doing...sometimes i think he sounds so crazy when i talk to him...then i backtrack..and realize that hes actually making good moves..obviously he knows qbid better than we do..so it would be stupid to say we or anyone else can do a better job.. yes im frustrated...but somehow that crazy son of a #### always seems to explain it to me where i understand the big picture..thats what hes after..he doesnt care about these day trades..and the pps uptick or downtick...he cares about the big picture...but relax everyone..on friday atleast we will get to see some numbers...and like he predicted. .005 to .0075 ...... so that means i was pretty close on my prediction.. .0065 ...see im not as stupid as some of u think. ill admit eventhough i have alot invested in stocks in general ,,i dont have all the logistics down as far as rules and shares ...but i do have common sense...and i am able to use my tactics to find out what is going on...its more than some of the bs u guys chit chat..instead of all that. just pay for my gas and ill just drive down there..hehe

dj, I don't think I've ever directly said anything derogatory to or about you but I do believe that I may have implied as such a week or so ago. I'd like to offer my public apology for that. I've had time to think about it, and today's posts confirms it, and that is that you are merely the messenger and reporting things as you've heard them. It's not your fault if what Frank tells you (especially regarding the timing of PRs) turns out not to be true. To the best of my memory the gist of what you have reported has come to pass eventually. I might suggest that you use more of "Frank says" in your posts to help defer criticism.
Thanks again for what you do. I don't think everyone here realizes how valuable an asset you are with your ability to visit with Frank so easily.
Oh, and sorry to hear about the telemarketing thing. I despise the breed but might be willing to make an exception with you

I want to believe, I really do, but I don't see a 10 bagger happening on the 21st.
Lord knows I wish it would, that would be a hell of a Bday present to me.
How about we put the post audit pps guess into our sigs so we can have a non-official poll on it. Maybe it will take the edge off here and we can dream again..at least for a little bit.
For me, best case scenario would yield a run to .001, more than likely the pps stays flat.

ok heres the rest of the conversation..i asked frank about carriers..he said we got more carriers coming.. DISH IS IN THE WORKS!!!! HE SAID ALL THESE 3.50 SUBSCRIPTIONS WILL ADD UP TO A POINT...i wanted to get his opinion on the pps when the audit comes out..he said .005 to .0075 ...but then he said..with all the carriers were getting ..within december he said we will see gains all the time..25 % 50 % ..he said its gonna stabalize from the point of the audit because all the "daytraders" will be gone...that kinda changed my opinion of selling after the audit because what if it goes up more and more..so im probably gonna leave a couple million shares long term.. the main thing he said was that on friday when we see it after hours ...institutions will see the "real q" and they will get a better understanding of what were really worth..he said nobody has an idea right now..but it looks real good.. so overall i think it was very positive..im gonna share what i plan on doing....the way its lookin...prs of carriers wont help this week..nothing he prs will help us until the audit..so what im gonna do is wait till friday,,when people are getting panicked..and try to pick up atleast 10 million shares.. because as long as frank hasnt lied to me ...we should all see a very good pps on monday

I'm more likely to trust DJ at this point...What does it hurt? I'm not buying or selling based upon it...but it does make my overall mood shift more toward the positive spectrum...

leo..to answer ur question...i dunno..when last week i was trying to tell you guys about the nyc pr ..frank told me last monday that on tuesday of last week we would see it..he gave me the right info but i guess maybe time warner had to give him the ok to release the pr..and thats why we are seeing it today..the audit though,,,is a different issue..this is in his control..so i think the date he gave me...friday after hours..will probably be true.

I can't now.. I closed my L2's because no one seemed interested. I'm using E-Trax so as soon as I close them I lose the history of that day.
but it was 11 trades in total starting at 16:30 and lasting till 16:32
11 trades *.0004 for 10 of them were 9,000,000 and one trade for 5,000,000.. so they all together equaled over 1 billion shares sold 30 mins after close.

It had Martin Mull, Dabney Coleman, and Doris Roberts (Everybody Loves Raymond) acting in it, among others.
I know who they are, and I have liked what they have done in the last 20 years that I know about.
Sure, DVD sales for TV serials are all the buzz now, so I understand getting Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman for that, if it is good.
On a far off thought, what is the possibility of getting something like this not only to put it on DVD, but what if you wanted to start the sitcom up again, reinventing it for the 21st century?
That may be an off-the-wall idea, but finding an original series that could stand out and even be a hit on Q might be something to consider it for as well.
I think there could be a real following for a positive serial show on a GLBT network, one where not everyone is cheating on their partner and completely screwed up.
But that is only an opinion from one Lesbian friend of mine, who gave up on the show 'the L-Word' for just that(negative) reason.
Of course, maybe that has nothing to do with Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman. It could be tweaked though.
If they get the rights to the original, then what sort of steps need to be taken to remake the series? They just have to have a script and actors then (of course the producers, director, etc)???
