The entry point for most of us, if not all, on this board obviously is much much lower than the big sidelined investors.
With that said, if the pps does not go way up as expected after the audit is released, could one reason possibly be because some of the big sidelined investors are still waiting for an official release on Franks success in getting all 150 markets on or before July 2006?
I mean because if Frank is successful, then obviously televising the Games in 150 markets will mean huge advertisement money for Q right?, but even more, Q will have proven it's ability in succeeding in getting a very strong foothold into the industry.
So maybe that very foothold could be their entry point. And if so, well then we could see another rise in the pps. jmo

Im not in a debate,it was just my opinion. Im sorry I made the post.I may be wrong and I hope I am for all of you left in this thing. There are people that are eyeball deep into ICAN that will swear that the stock is doing well and about ready to take off anyday. take care.

I think, I have to much time on my hands today, but here goes…Who is selling and why?
I do not believe Frankie’s answer about the restricted shares, blah, blah, blah…why would a person/company sell all these so called restricted shares now and at these prices? If had 1 or 2B or however many shares why the hell would I sell at .0005 when I could unload at .05. My UNPROVEN theory is that Frankie is lying to us and is still diluting/selling shares. He needs cash…. I don’t care what he says about the private investors, etc. and funding through 2008, more blah, blah- He is still selling. I am being cynical now and cannot prove it but IMO I think he prepared us for the worst during his CC and previous “shareholder communications.” He told us that the O/S was 44B including his 53%. I think that is how much he thinks or projects will be in O/S by the time the formal audit released– hec it may be the full 50B. All the stuff of the restricted shares hitting the market is BS! That is why the audit has been held back as long as it has – HE is not done selling. Ask yourself this. If I am not selling and you are not selling, why would anyone else sell? The answer is you need the money now or you don’t believe/or you know this going nowhere. Which answer is it? All I know is that there is lots of selling going on. You may not know it from my negativity, but I believe and I am not selling. We also know Frankie has 6 to 7 months to get into 150 markets for the GAY Games and we are in only in handful at this point. ASK yourself another question. Who needs money the MOST right now? My opinion - It’s Frankie boy! So Frankie boy, quit lying to us; hurry up and finish selling so you can release the audit! And that’s all I gotta say ‘bout that. Nite all.

Hold on there, cowboy. Saying you are sorry you made a post doesn't relieve you of guilt and the punishment that goes with it. If you had posted that you "believed Q is dead", I'd just shrug and move on. I value everyone's opinion and respect their right to express it.
But you told us you had solid DD indicating Q is dead, and I want to see it. As I said before, we can discuss this privately if you prefer. If you know something we should know, tell us. If not ... well, let's discuss that too.

Correct me if i'm wrong,but on the Q website subscriber page NY is mentioned more than once. Theres NY/Manhattan/Queens on RCN and theres TW of NY and Jersey. So isn't the Rcn one refering to NYC? Yes, No, Maybe so?

I have two responses to this, and on my side too, this is just my opinion. (Hey, we all have em!)
1. If the restricted shares were given out at 0001, why wouldn't they sell at 0005? If you owed me $100K and paid me with a billion shares worth 0001 each, and now I could finally sell them for $500K, why take the risk?
2. If the entire A/S becomes the O/S and all 50 billion are out there and the company becomes worth $1 billion then we are talking $.02 a share. As far as I see it, if they continue to grow the business, the only way we could get screwed is if they up the A/S
That being said, I understand why a lot of people don't want to buy in right now. JMHO

Not so fast Art. I spoke with Nick (Scott Withers) assistant in Burbank today. I told him that TW was confirming for customers that "Q" would be available in NYC on Nov 17th. I asked if "Q" would be doing a PR. His response was that "Q" is working on a PR for NYC "but" they could not and cannot release it until TW gives them the go ahead.
So maybe just maybe DJ was right, he stated that according to Frank there would be a NYC PR, so what if TW did not give the release as expected?
I hate rumors and even more the "I just spoke to post" but I had to do some DD on this one.

Watching On Q Live as I type. It seems ok. Just had Jessy Moss on singing. She toured with Missy Elliott in the Warped Tour. Didnt sound that good but she did have a Janet Jackson like wardrobe malfunction. They just got finished talking to a lady that owns Babeland, which is a sex shop. Discussing all types of "toys". Commercials are either the ad council commercials or other really meaningless products. They have had one for Orbitz and one for Big Brothers and Big Sisters.
Not that crazy about the content and production on the show. Its kind of silly and not very professional as far as talk shows go. Just lacking that polish. These are my non TV business opinions only.
This whole show so far has been very sexually implicit in discussion and joking.

I continue to just focus on facts & probabilities!
With little effort this network should be able to report a net worth of 1 billion dollars near term & 3 billion dollars with in a year’s time!
Even if all 50 billion shares end up in the float a value of one billion dollars puts you at TWO CENTs a share! From present levels of .0005 the profits become not only staggering but realistic, not optimistic!
When you consider the following information & you could easily make a case for a million plus subscribers in a year or two which makes a net worth of 5 billion dollars not so much a possibility as a probability.

(1) Do they have a product or service?
(2) Is it a quality product or service?
(3) Is it a marketable product or service?
(4) Are there precedents, companies that provide the same kind of product or service?
(5) Do most if not all these companies trade for over a dollar a share?
(6) What differentiates my prospect from these other companies?
(7) Do they have a target demographic?
(8) Does that demographic have the means to support the product?
(9) Where does the commercial community stand, do Fortune 500 Companies want to reach the prospect's target demographic?
(10) Can the prospect deliver an effective avenue for the major corporations to reach this market?
(11) Do they have sponsors?
(12) What's the possible impact of their primary competition & will my prospect have the lead in the market?
(13) Does this prospect have management with a proven track record of not only running a company but actually bringing a company to market, making it successful & profiting from this endeavor.
And most importantly one personal question,,,
(14) Do I have the discipline, willingness & conviction to maintain a large core position?
