I'd like to say that the 10k will be released after the bell... but I don't know what to think anymore. I'll just be happy if it comes out THIS WEEK.
In the meantime, I think the pace might pick up over the next couple days regardless. People (i.e. SB) are starting to notice this stock and with our small 31 mil O/S, the demand will become proportionately larger than the supply.
I'm thinking that we'll do ok, even without the 10K here yet.
But PLEASE bring out the 10k and the PRs!!!
By the way, can anyone find out who the auditor is? It'd be cool if we could all add some pressure by calling them.

Hey Double, that was me yesterday. Have a nice shot of southern comfort and sit back and Drink a 6pack. I'm sure you will feel better by the morning.
No news yet..... It was a good day today even without the 10k and forthcoming Press releases. Hopefully we will get them tommorow sometime before bell time.... Good luck boys.... maybe tommorow will be the day we have all been anticipating!!! Talk with you guys in the morning.....

seems like the absence of the 10K adds to the momentum and actually makes it harder for the shorts to keep it down. By the time it comes out, we might already be in the 10 - 12 range....

Hey Guys, The K is coming tomorrow from what we hear. There will also be some PR's to follow and the BIG acquisition (45MM+) is also a go right now while they finish their required DD before the acquisition.
As you all know, phoenixbubba, my hubby, and I have accumulated 1.2MM shares and we might just have to buy more tomorrow with the K coming.
I sincerely wish all on this board the best of luck in this issue. Remember, we have 31MM o/S and NITE is short big-time. Realistically, we should be trading over .30 right now and I expect the FG and the squeeze to push us closer to .50
Find me another OTC issue trading at 8 or 9 cents with these kinds of numbers and 31MM O/S.
Bet ya can't.

This may be the cinderella story of the year on the OTC. I have been doing extensive research and DD. The CEO is very well-versed in SEC law and how the game is played on Wall Street. Having started IP Voice which later became New Market (NMKT), he knows what he is doing to build a company. He will also position this issue for a higher exchange. I'm in and look forward to watching this guy work his magic.
