Sell you serious. The revenues were 12mil proforma...The reason they came in at 3mil was because of the time of aquisition. From a asset stand point we should be at .21. Not to mention that the in market aquisition is in its final stage. Also the rev's of 3mil put this higher from a market cap stand point. So yeah be glad you sold because tommorow this goes up. If you had read the last 10k you would have seen that this was better. They were ecpecting proforma of 10mil it is 2mil higher plus they are going into the busy season. The guidance is for 20mil but could get to 50mil...and we are at .075 with a float of 15mil and a os of 31mil. Go find me another company like this one.

I guess it's not as bad as I thought. The 6 mil rev stuck out like a sore thumb and i panicked... but after re-reading it, that was just in SIX MONTHS!
I think we're doing good then after all.
Thoughts? Anyone out there who has read this whole thing and can translate it to English for us non-accounting illiterates?
It looks good to me, but I don't know my stuff... I'd like some educated opinions on this.

MOTG is still showing a net loss of over $1 million for the year. I don't see what is so good about this. If you make a billion dollars in sales, but still wind up with a net loss, how does the company still have value. I may be looking at this all wrong. Are we sure that this 10K is positive..I don't have enough experience with them to know.

Just been browsing through the report. InMarketing deal supposed to be in final closing, so we should have that PR within the next few weeks, if not days. Things are looking green indeed!
I kind of hate to just abandon the ole MOTGE climbing!!!!!!!! thread though.

Ottoman here: Ottoman posted that we lost 1million dollars and asks if that is good...Maybe the 10-k is not so good..The 10-k was great. Read why there was a 1mil dollar loss. It was the cost of the aquisitions. The way you put it was that they have rev's of x but the expenses exceed x number of dollars. This is not true. From the 10-k During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2005, the Registrant had generated a net loss of $1,123,816 compared to a net loss of $118,296 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2004. The increase in net loss is attributable to the expenses associated with acquisitions and related costs. So the loss was due to aquisition costs not ongoing operations big difference.

Ottoman: Basically the cost of doing business my friend...means that we spent 10 more to get more aquistions to add to our company which means that we were busy, busy, busy with obtaining more aquisitions that we don't know about yet! I am SSOOOOO glad this is out of the way! JB
