You may be right but I don't read the activity that way. We have been consistently moving higher and the pull backs have not been as low as the previous times. Well I could care less if folks learn the game. I have and thats all that matter to me. I am a trader and am only here for the money. The pop that may come. The company....they can do what they like. You sound like an investor or a LONG .......Thats a really ugly place to be in a OTC stock. Most get burned but to each his own. This site is full of the qbiders and on and on. Good luck to you.

What we need to wait for is the pop. It may not be as large as some may think. Face it, we know what the coming news is and some of it is allready factored in the the runnup from the 3 cent range. With that said be prepared to do what you need to when it happens. I for one will preserve my gain and trade another day. . History shows it will slide back soon after it happens. This stock has been very predictable with this. To each his own and diverse opinions are the spice of life.

Newbies just need to realize that this is not a daytrade and freak out the minute they buy and realize they are in the red immediately...if you can't deal with the ups and downs, then trading isn't for you.... JB

MB...I have a bit more than a double now but I am in agreement with you and others that this stock has changed hands to now with folks with a higher cost average. I think a double from here is optimistic but obtainable. Also I just don`t see anything else to park my money in now. Hopping for the best but keeping things real. Good luck!

I don't think they need to release anything regarding the 10K...Welch has been very good about updating those who have written an email to him and sometimes you got to take it into your own hands and do some of the grunt work. I feel very comfortable with Welch and DO NOT believe for one minute that hes screwing around with this...look at what happened to HYRF when they didn't report the right info in their 10K and their pr's....he can take all the time he needs, what people don't see is that ever since we GOT the "e", MOTG has performed STRONGER, with one of the best orderly bottom incline I've seen in a pennystock, IMO we have a great thing here... JB

I post what I get from him....you all have to remember that he submitted the final copy to the auditors yesterday morning...he tweaked the necessary problems with it and now it's up to the auditor to finalize it, ITS OUT OF HIS HANDS...they release it when it's done and I for one am waiting to it comes....I didn't get a time on it....just waiting with the rest of you...that email came last night...so far he's been silent today...either the 10K is very close to being released or he's on an airplane to the canary islands.....LOL JB

I wonder... the auditor flew in to MOTG... I hope that the auditor is STAYING until he's done, as opposed to just taking his work home with him. If the auditor doesn't stick around while they make their edits, it's gonna slow everything down.

That email that I got from Welch was from Oct.31st not from yesterday....the auditor is back at his office and they are doing the rest of the finalization over the phone and email....also just got another response from Welch....we are basically done, just WAITING ON AUDITOR...he's done all he can here folks, now we wait for the auditor...Welch isn't dicking us around...IMO JB

just got an email from my good friend Jags from the RB board and he has had the most contact with Welch, and he recieved the same email and that he believes that the roadblocks are gone and that the auditors will finalize the K today....only a little while longer...hold tight. You can't argue with the support level that this stock is holding.... This message in both mine and Jags opinion... GLTA JB

I dont cling to 10K to make this stock jump....this one to accumulate regardless of the up and downs..remember this stock once hit .40 and the prospects are far better now..

I don't think the filing of the 10k is the thing that makes this really fly..it needs to be accompanied by a well worded PR so the layman/trader/casual observer takes notice.

MB, but the 10K is going to reveal current assets, which should be more then the 7.5 million they had when the stock price was at .40. They had 10mil in revs and 7.5 million in assets. If the 10K shows a rev of 25+million like they have stated in their pr's in the previous months, then one would have to believe that their assets are above 7.5 million as well...with the current assets of 7.5 million, the pps should be at .24 or so....the 10K IMO will push this stock to it real pps value. If they are on target with their projected revs, then a pr stating they will reach 50-75 million is going to push this stock past a dollar, not to mention the short aqueeze if there is one...Maybe I am wrong on this assesment, all in my own opinion...what does everyone else think, am I way off target here? It is my understanding that they are projecting "retail revenue" between 8-11 million. They need the InMarket acq to get to the 25 million. So without InMarket, I believe this will simply be be a market correction back to the .20s.

I think that Inmarket is going to be involved very close to the 10K if not included, thats why I believe that this is taking so long IMO JB
