Here is a link that gives pretty good background on MOTG. It's not totally up to date, but for newbies it should be very helpful. The one interesting item is that Robert Church, the CFO and director, owns his own accountcy firm. It would be very bad to find out that the CFO's firm was invlolved with the audit, and had delayed it so long. Although I seem to remember someone saying the auditor was from the west coast. Happy reading

I see all are hoping....in some case counting on riches. Be prepared for other things just in case. Never invest more than you can afford. This stock carries enourmous risk as do many otc companies. This is a 50/50 bet at best. This 10k in my opinion has taken way too long and from past investements it has not turned out like I and others thought it would. If a pop does come do not for get to take your profits. Its a otc company and it will sag after the run up if there is one. They all do.

Good luck!

It also may be worthy of considering the fact that in the begining of oct. this stock traded at the .02 to .03 range and has now in this short period gone all the way up to .08. Typically stocks go up on the anticipation of news but once the news is released all the people who bought early on take there profits since the reason they initially invested has now ended. Thats why we have that saying, buy on rumur sell on news. If the 10k is released I would make sure you are at your computer at that time because if there is some great surprise it could fly but if it is just what was expected (even if what is expected is good) there could be a major sell off. I agree that this is 50/50 at best.

Hey Sync,
I don't expect the K to run this one north as much as the PRs/8Ks that follow the 10K. There are those that have gone on to the NYSE and the NAZ or AMEX. So, not all of them return to historic lows. If, and it may very well be a huge IF, Welch can nail down InMarketing and the other 40-50MM acquisition he is currently working on, we will have an approximate 75MM run rate on 31MM O/S, you guys do the math with a fair PE and tell me where you see this one trading. The CEO has openly stated his goal is the NAZDAQ next year. We'll see. Remember SPEA and TASR for example?? Even MSFT started on the OTC. Not out of the realm of possibility, eh.

Treemoney,
I have calculated the average cost over the last few weeks and I would venture to say that most, if not all, who bought in that range have sold by now. There may be a couple, but my guess is that most took the 3 or 4 bagger and moved on. JMHO. From my calculations, the new base is over 6 cents and those that bought in that range are looking for much higher returns IMO. Not saying we won't sell off, but most know that Welch has a series of PRs folowing the K.

I really dont know I havnt really followed this stock. It would be quite a stock if it goes to the nasdaq. I think it would have to trade at 1.00 to be a nasdaq stock. So it does look like good long term potential is possible. I personally dont have the stomach for the large swings pennies take so I just daytrade them but if I did I would look into this one.

Minimum bid for intial nasdaq listing is $5

http://www.nasdaq.com/about/nasdaq_listing_req_fees.pdf

Now wouldn't THAT be sweet! One of the pending acquisitions may just bring them there.

Greetings to All

Haven't had time to post much since Hurricane Wilma. Hilarious thing is initally had our power right after the storm (live in S. Florida) and the only thing I was doing was checking out stocks. Then poof, no power. Killed me to have no power, telephone, network, etc. for days! Forget the downed trees in the neighborhood and our screened porch that no longer existed...I wanted to know what the heck was going on with MOTGE!

Great to have this thread so I can catch up. GLTA

hey az glad to see you posting here....anyhow i doubt this is 50/50 sell off like az said it is what is coming after the guidance, in marketing getting the 10-k behind us lets us do that...and what if they are showing 7mil in assests and 10mil in rev's than they are way undervalued and what about the short posistion that has to get covered, i say if you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen

joviper,

congrats on making a very good first decision on getting motge. However, remember that you could have picked a flop just as easily. Don't ever make a buy just on guessing, or even just on the advice of different boards like this one... while there are many who know what they are talking about and are sincere, there are also those who are either a) Stupid b) Pumpers c)Bashers. Always do your own due diligence (research) and make sure that this a decision that YOU are comfortable with. If you make some money with this stock, remember, that not all stocks have happy endings. Play smart.

By the way, a pr is a Press Release.

Also, AZ:

There has pretty much been no sellers from the people tha t have bought in below .07, everybody that i have talked to personally hasn't sold anything and are expecting a big jump from the 10K and the upcoming news...you need to look at stocks with the same share structure like AOOR and what that stock did with less then MOTG has to work with...I think IMO we are going to see an enormous run when and if a squeeze is applied to MOTG because I think we have a serious short here....I also think that there are some buyer on the outside waiting to jump in here once they see something from the company..IMO this opportunity is too good to miss. Good luck to you and all here...

Good morning all. I hope today is the day. Nice spread we have this morning, don't see SB in the mix of things yet.

To everyone involved here, this stock is alot similiar to a company i owned over the summer. (QOIL) i bought that at .10 a share and held on after the news hit, i sold at .63 a share. Now i beleive the same is possible here. ( HOpe so) [Smile]

I'm talking about an intial run here as well. Could be a 2 to 3 dollar stock by this time next year if we do 75 mil + in revenue.

I'll be alot happier when the 10k hits.

Hey Pohoik1, Aoor has alot of diluted shares. Natural Gas and Oil taking a breather here, don't expect much unless they have a huge find. They are expecting a warmer year this year then ussual so OIL/Gas will come back alot more. JMHO

Kat, I think I'd rather have him off the ask; if he's not bidding, it kinda throws our short theory out.

Someone needs to slam his ass on that .085 Nite for some reason is keeping this under .09 a share. Every time it gets close to it he moves the price down. I have a feeling today we will get over the .09, and if the K hits then we are seeing .60 a share. IMO
