Looks like me buying the additional 5k shares made it go down a couple ticks. How can someone buying shares make a stock go down you may ask... I've been asking myself that very same question every single time I do it!

Maybe they're trying to make your buy volume look like sales, hoping others will see it as a trend and that they'll sell. This would help them, since they are shorting.
Just my guess.

Killerb- that's Nite's game with Motg. He discourages people from buying at the ask but dropping it right after they buy, which also scares people into selling to...guess who...HIM. We think he is short and trying to get all the shares he can.

You gotta do your dd on these badboys. I have done as much as I can and have no negative spins on this stock. I have good contact with the CEO and he has done all that he can do to get the 10K out, it's now in the hands of the auditors who are taking thier sweet ass time. You have to look at what the company filed last time around, 10Mil in revs and 7.5 million in assets, which should put this stock price somewhere around .24 with the 31mil O/S, so we are clearly undervalued. Also, they are projecting 25+mil rev for this year and thats one of the main reasons that I think this stock continues to rise in a solid bottom trend even with the "e" attached. We have actually performed better with the "e" then before we had it. Also, the technicals are pointing to a solid runup when we get some news...a very good cup and handle pattern formed over the past 6 months. Don't let the MM's discourage you...because they have been doing that game since i bought in under .033 and everyone's whos bought in along the way up until .075 is up money, even though I bet 95% of them bought only to see the pps drop immediatley, and then the weaklings who can handle seeing a bit of red in their accounts sold and now are the same idiots on the the boards bashing the same stock the raved about but when they sold out the realized that it was a mistake to do so and want back in, but don't want to use thier skimpy MOTG profits to do so, so they are bitter. You really have to look at what the company has:
1. 31MIL O/S 2. CEO owns 13 MIL of that 3. 7.5 MIL in assets 4. projected 25Mil in revs with possible 50- 75MIL by the end of 2005 5. CEO that responds quickly and accurately to shareholders 6. obvious short due to MM's daily actions 7. solid bottom trend 8. ridiculous support at every level below .08 9. consistenly making higher lows and higher highs for the past 2-3 weeks 10. Many investors who are holding for the long term 11. What looks to be a drying float
There are too many good things here...GLTY IMO JB

Was just trolling on the other boards for info and saw that people on RB in touch with the CEO have been told the numbers for the Inmarket acq. will not be included in the K
It appears a PR will announce the closing...
We were speculating about that yesterday, and just wanted to add that to the mix...

Is there any possibility that this stock will come off the otc_bb and go to the bigger boards and if so what does it have to go to in order to do that?

Raging Bull is a waist of anyone's Time. All they do on that Board is Pump or SLAM. They never have anything worth wild reading. Thats for the Hole Raging Bull Board not just where MOTG is.
Well either way, they seem bullish on the closing of it since they are going to issue a Pr for it.
I'm Now wondering if there is another accusition in the works since they are supposed to have 2 PR'S realeased after the 10k annousement.

The CEO has said in previous PR that he wants to take it to NASDAQ/AMEX. The will need to have their PPS higher for a certain period of time before they can make the move.
This is part of the NASDAQ requirements:
For initial listing on the NASDAQ SmallCap Market, the preferred stock must have three market makers and meet the minimum $4.00 bid price requirement. For continued inclusion, the preferred stock must have two market makers and meet the minimum $1.00 bid price requirement. [Marketplace Rules 4310(c)(01) - market makers and 4310(c)(04) - bid] See Listing Requirements and Fees (PDF).

Thanks for the info Jax... Don't worry, I never sell when they go down. I'm notorious for holding on. Unfortunately it's usually not a good thing!

I just bumped up to .083 to get filled... I am in at .068, .077, and .083
I looked at the difference between .083 and .081 and it was not worth possibly missing out on a few thousand more shares over $10.... Hope this is a good move!

alirght MB...I'm putting out my psychic buy vibes right now...of course I've secretly been doing that for weeks, that must be why the stock is up...
I used to get furious with Nite for this crap...now it's just plain laughable. Buys at .087 and then he drops the ask to .085. At least it't totally predictable

WM... Smith Barney is not in the business of regularly risking cash on volitile penny stocks... especially a stock that is under .10.
The fact that Smith Barney is even looking at this stock means it has good visability and that the financial college folks see some good opportunity in this stock... both in my book are good signs. to me!!!!!
