redgurl, the bid is the current 'offer' to buy; what someone is willing to pay for the stock, while the ask is the lowest current asking price. The bid and ask you'll see in a market depth profile are generally the big brokerage houses. Typically, anyone with a trading account can enter a new bid at, above, or below the current ask and bid. For example, right now the 'ask' is at .057, while the 'bid' is at .055. If you entered an order at .057, you'd likely get the stocks at that price. If you entered an order for .056, depending on the size of your order, you could affect the bid, and could get your stocks. Kid of a quick description, but you get it, right?

When they remove the "E" rating.... this sucker is going to move on a steady incline upwards over the next week or so... estimated to hit.51 however I will settle with .3 make a couple thousand and move to the next..... this is a very strong stock and at this point... Im green all the way. Shes starting move up this morning.....

10KSB due any time now…CEO just confirmed this morning that everyone’s working very hard on it & it should be out very shortly. Also expecting 2 PR’s according to Jesse Blum who was doing some IR for MOTG until this past weekend. The InMarket acquisition closing & new guidance are also supposed to be on the immediate horizon. SB2 from 07/08/05 for $2 million to facilitate future acquisitions carried an original 98 million share max. At the time the O/S was approx. 15 million shares & since then has increased to 31 million shares. Therefore approx. 16 million SB2 shares have already been added to the float. The convertibles are structured such that the higher the share price the less SB2 shares can be converted. The shares also carry a 4.9% conversion ratio so further dilution will be in stages.
Quick Analysis of this SB2:
The company is indicating that with their soon to be confirmed latest acquisition they’re now at their goal of $20 million in 2005 revenue and that the goal going forward is a $50 to $75 million revenue run rate by next year.
The only uncertainty is what their capital structure will eventually look like moving forward. The latest # crunching by some posters on this board seem to suggest that when/if current SB2 is fully diluted the O/S would be somewhere between 45 & 75 million shares provided any further conversions take place from the current pps or above.

The company just confirmed yesterday that the warrant holders(4 investors) have not converted any warrants nor do they intend to until such time as their investment is secure and the company is on better footing. There are four institutional investors. They are listed in the Form 8K filing. As a GROUP they cannot own more than 4.9%. This is also fully disclosed in the filings.

Again…this entire post is just a place for sideliners/newbies to garner some initial info on MOTG. The longs already on this board believe MOTG’s a great OTCBB gamble right now but that’s just our opinion & in this casino…gambles are always in motion. A few observations by current longs:
By monsterstock: Even if the A/S was fully diluted…if you take the $25 million figure for revenue and divide that by 150 million shares, you get .16 a share. Now clearly this is a wild eyed guess analysis but it shows the potential, considering the current share price!
By tomassi: What i really like best about their business model is that if executed they grow exponentially. That means if they use the synergies of their companies and make profits they can acquire lots of new companies and so on. MOTG a growing big player!
By londonboyridesagain: I think Sound City is in a weak sector but MOTG has expanded their footprint and DeMarco is in the Energy Sector. MOTG is making new acquisitions all the time it looks like, so I am more interested in what the numbers for MOTG will be YEAR END 2005. All of retail is soft this year as we know. With MOTG's speed of acquisitions, I don't fear any weakness in the smaller components. MOTG is delivering and it's the results of 6 months from now that interest me more.
By tomassi: Good morning folks, read my posts about flipping yesterday and draw your conclusions. This thing just started and if you flip you`ll regret it your whole life. I know what I´m talking about. There is no gap to be filled, the only gap we have is the one from 0.45 to 0.067. I´m doing this for a long time so take my advice and don`t try to play this stock. Keep your shares or buy more at these bargain levels and you`ll be a rich dude in a few months. This will be a stock with up to 100 million in profitable revenues next year, paying dividends, growing at a rapid pace. It´s worth at least 200 million and not 2 million. Do the math and the right thing! GLTA

I don't think there is any question that there will be a lot of very positive news coming from MOTG over the next few weeks, especially considering the projections they have made in past PRs about acquisitions.
It's funny to me how everyone wants to be in the stock that really runs, but few are willing to patiently buy these stocks and hold them before they actually start running.
We have already seen what happens when we get a modest amount of buying. The float is so tight 80% daily gains have already happened, and are likely to happen again. It may be a little slow right now, but I think this stock will be trading north of $.50 before the end of the year, and it will probably be in the dollars per share next year. That's the ticket to getting off of the OTC, and I believe management here knows what to achieve that. My advice is take advantage of this price range, and finish building your positions, because it won't be long before we are in the teens, twenties, etc. Current MC is $1.67 million.

Got a call back from Megan...she assures me that in her opinion the 10KSB will be out soon & when I asked "this week?" she said well b4 the end of this week! She reminded me of how much work was/is involved though & that they definitely didn't want any errors/problems but it is definitely imminent as CEO Welch already stated this morning. She also said the amount of work everyone has been putting into it was staggering but without a doubt our waiting is just about over:)

I'm now a "loyal" MOTGE shareholder and ready for a run. One question. If this is such a hot stock with such huge potential, why isn't there more activity on this thread? They can't write fast enough about some of the other garbage (IMO) stocks o this board, but very few people seem to be interested in MOTGE.

Well.... alot of those stocks that have thousands of postings on them started out like these postings of MOTG(E). When this sucker starts to climb most of those guys will hop on and ride the wave and want to talk about it also, however..... were in semi early on this stock.... so with that being said...... CONGRATS TO ALL WHO ARE IN EARLY......LETS RIDE THIS STOCK AND MILK IT FOR EVERYTHING THAT IT IS.... WHO KNOWS.... Any gain is a good gain! MOTGE is the first time I've showed any increase in any of my penny stock investments in months. Lots of hype with other stocks, but nothing changing with the pps. Would love to see a 2 bagger, and then take off from there. Bought in at 0.66 and am holding until next spring regardless, unless it takes a drastic nose dive and I am forced to get out....holding too many other stocks at 0.0001 to have another one end up there. With positive financial reports (hopefully) on the way, I hope we see an increase soon. This one feels right....more steak and less sizzle.
Their website is very interesting. Makes them out to be like a living breathing mutual fund. Rather than just investing in emerging companies and technologies, they acquire them. Should be an interesting ride. GLTA!

Well boys.... shes starting to reel to and fro now..... time to take off shortly..... Otto... I started trading pennies not so long ago.... the vast majority of the stocks I buy into are green or have flown upwards. I subsrcribe to a penny stock newsletter put out by a reputable investment firm which posts their 5 top penny picks on a bimonthly basis in their newsletter... MOTG is one of them. It costs you $100 per year... but obviously its worth it. I wouldnt have posted this info on MOTG initially if it were not for it. The thing about the way this is trading today is this..almost all trades have been at ask...even when there are big gaps in volume the ask doesn't go down (except from .075 to ..072 but then jumped to .079 on last buy). To me that suggests that those in the know don't want to sell just to create volume. They are looking for good #'s and much higher pps.
