I am checking into this further with the chairman, but as far as I know the 10K is still with the auditor for final approval. I do not know why this process is taking so long to complete, but rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get it out as soon as possible.
Just tell everyone to remember: all good things come with time. The 10K will too.

JB, NITE dropped the ask just before that order. On another screen I have, the color was not red for a sell. Further, on one of my buys, he did the same thing. I believe he tries to mask some of the buys as sales when he can, to bring the price down. I'm pretty darn sure of this call.

Yeah Tech, I agree, I know that he's been doing that for 2 months now...what I'll never understand is that after trying to scare people into buying by masking buys with sells and dropping the pps...he should realize by now that he's not going to be able to scare anybody out of selling that owns shares of MOTG under .07, and everytime he drops the price..investors only see that as a chance to enter more buy orders and NITE actually goes deeper in shortville. Not sure how that strategy pays off for NITE. JB

I think in a case like what just happened is that he dropped the ask, picked up the 1K, and sold them, all in the same transaction, just a kind of pass-through deal.
I've been trying to do some of the math in my head to figure out how deep he may be, and I really don't think he's in too terribly bad. While he makes most of the sales, he also makes most of the buys. The sheer dollar amount he's made on the shorts will cover any cost needed to catch up when the pps goes up.

Well tech...since the first of OCT, we've churned through about 50 million shares...which is a little over 1.5 times the O/S. But we haven't made much movement. Just kinda weird thats all wouldn't you say? JB

Also...from the RB board...it's been said that the system that the 10K goes through the audiutor..who signs it and sends it to be edgarized...then goes to the SOX laywer and then back to the auditor for final approval...and thats what Megan said in her reply...so maybe thats the last step up the huge mountain we have all been climbing... JB

I was told that it was being EDgarized. I was also told previously that it was a quick process. That implied to me that it would be yesterday or today latest. If my source misled me I will gladly apologize. I want this K out as bad as everyone. I'll contain my excitement next time and keep it to myself.

lol it's all good WHG, we all just share info as we get it....I just keep in mind that Megan is an exec assistant. She's probably not the first person to know at every step of the way. I have no problem with a $4pps, but that's sure going to be hard to sustain. If we hit a buck, the selling is going to be emor, enermo, enourmouse, enormos....huge. Also, I think that pps has to be sustained for what, 3 months?
