contracts could take many many months. we just dont know. I am hoping they seperated the cleanup aspect from the reconstruction aspect. That way we could get cleanup contracts rolling very soon and construction contracts next year somtime. This is just gonna take time to re-design structures, I was dumb to think we would get contracts within a couple months, my hopes pushed aside my knowledge. ohh well. i think this will run again. just who knows when.

BG1, i think there have been a good bit of buys last week at 1 i remember watching the L2s: HDSN would drop the ask to 1 a couple times a day, run 10Mil or so through and then bump ask to 2 again.

I live literally live right around the corner from the headquarters, located at 111 2nd Ave NE Suite 910, St Petersburg, FL 33701 (AKA: Plaza Tower). I was shopping at the adjacent Baywalk today and decided to pay Common Wealth a visit. Upon entering the lobby I looked on the directory and found no Common Wealth American Financial or no Damien Guthrie listed not to mention no suite 910. I hopped in the elevator and headed to the 9th floor. I walked around for a few mintues and could not find a suite 910; all of the suite numbers are posted next to the doors along with a company name. I did eventually find 910 (well I found 911, so I assumed 910 was the next suite over) but the company name and the suite number had been removed from the door. The blinds were drawn and the lights off, I was able to peer through the edge of one of the windows. There was a desk and chair in a small one-man office. I then departed and asked the security guard on the main level if he had ever heard of Common Wealth American Financial and was told no. Just got back home and called the main number for Plaza Tower and asked the receptionist if there was a Common Wealth there, she replied yes but was unable to connect me to them as they do not have a local phone number. She did give me a number for them with a 786 area code which is located on the other side of the state (I believe in the Miami area); our area code here in St Petersburg is 727. Of coarse I called the 786 number and no one answered only voice mail. They do have a local fax number but no local voice number is available.
This all seems very strange to me....no door sign, no directory listing in the office complex, no local number???? Thankfully I am not in this company for much money. Just a word of caution....SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT!

I am giving this until near Thanksgiving and then I will make my decision. Long and short of it, is that if this bird doesn't fly soon - Stick a fork in it cause it's done!!!

Pulled a reverse search for the number given to me by the receptionist. It appears to be a cell phone based in Miami, FL. It is also the contact number listed on http://www.cwmf.net
What kind of a corporation uses a cell phone as their primary number?
We're sorry. We did not find a listing for the phone number you entered. The phone number "(786) 246-1077" is a Miami, FL based phone number and the registered carrier is Omnipoint Communications Mb Operations, Llc. However, due to number portability, some numbers have been transferred to a new service provider other than the registered carrier.

I don't know that I'd get too bent up on the "cell phone as primary number" issue. For a one man show who has to travel a lot, and is rarely "in the office", it wouldn't make much sense to even have a land-line.
He probably DOES have the office in Saint Pete's, but probably doesn't have much more than a desk and fax machine.
Probably doesn't have much walk-in traffic, so there's really no need to publicize the office in the form of a name plate on the door.
I guess in my opinion, this really isn't to sub-par for a sub-penny company in my opinion.

A one man show.
One that prints shares to pay the cell bill
