Hey Guthrie, tell us a little more about the bids you have out.
What date are they going to announce who won the contracts?
Why do you only have two bids out in the Gulf Coast area? Not being critical, just want some feedback.
How is the competition for contracts in Florida?
Can you name some contractors who you are partnering with for these contracts?
Can you explain why there has been extremely high volume in your companies stock, with little to no movement in the price per share?
Where do we stand on the meeting with the MM's?
Are there contracts left to be bid on in the Gulf Coast right now, and do you expect to be a part of any "ongoing" bidding process? We understand that the rebuilding will take a long time.

This is hiliarious!
I like the part where it says wait until next month. Just like we were told to wait through October and then nothing. Then we were told to wait through November. I am hoping for a PR that states sometime in the distant future Common Wealth is looking into future contracts that will be caused by next year's hurricanes!

I figure that if this guy "Guthrie" is just some schmuck who is trying to win over the board, his response will be a bunch of lies. And quite honestly....
Otherwise, if Damian Guthrie is actually surfing these boards, I'd think that this is a great opportunity to set a few things straight...

Maybe if we are lucky he has been taking all of our money and buying lottery tickets to try and win the big one. By doing that he wants to buy back all of the shares and make the price go up!!

Dude I was laughing so hard when I seen your name I was crying. That is the best one anybody has pulled yet don't be sorry. You seriously need to pretend like you are Guthrie and make yourself president and answer the questions. At least someone will be giving us answers. Good job Guthrie thats classic - I just wish I would have thought of it first!!!!

You know what, this is probably how the real Guthrie got his so-called scam companies going. Made up a name, phone number, company, and then posted in a forum like this promoting a great stock to buy lol.

I would hope that Guthrie isn't that stupid to come in here. Waisting more time in here and not doing what he needs to be and that is work. Do us a favor and get a job at the Circle K and buy back all of the shares. With my calculations that should come to - OH SAY about one weeks pay check hahahahahaha

I'm holding onto mine. I paid a lot of money for these shares and I'm not leaving until either news of a reverse split or I at least make my money back.

evo, the problem is it's hard to sell when you get RS news.. I would wait if saw some B/S going through at 0003 once and a while but I have not seen 0003 for a while on my ticker... no takers at 0002, for me that is... I'm also taking a beating on PLNI right now so I'm just frustrated with this penny BS...

my best advive is sell with a loss and then try some other ones...best ones to play are the ones that are oversold and in their bottoms as long as you get a 10-20% gain keep on doing it over and over again

It appears Mr Guthrie has finally submitted his registration with CCR, it is now in the approval process. Now he can bid on contracts! I wonder if he's actually going to, seeing how he has supposdly been bidding all this time with no CCR registration. We know he has already released false PRs stating that CWFG is bidding on contracts, when in fact they couldn't with no CCR registration. Well, I guess they possibly could submit bids....they would just be filed in the trash and not awarded.
------ From FEMA's website: http://www.fema.gov/priv/pao/hurr_katrina/docs/Contract_Procedures.doc ------ 2. What requirements are there for bidding on a government contract? According to the Federal Acquisition Regulations System, prospective contractors need to register in the CCR database prior to being awarded a contract agreement. Prime contractors are not required to have their subcontractors register.
------ http://www.ccr.gov DUNS #: 604257027 ------ Current Registration Status: New Registration approval in Process as of Thursday, November 03, 2005. If timeframe is over 1 week, call CCR Customer Service at 888-227-2423

I would like to know why the $%*& no one can pin this $%^hole down. If this is a scam he is going to be in some deep &*^%. Personally, I am getting really ticked with all of this - as I know all of you are. I am physically tired from checking daily to see if there is any positive news from this idiot. Alas, it is the same news post everytime. Give us some good news so this stock can go up a few micro pennies and we all can get the hell out and leave him in the same situation he has left us. ALONE!

David - You know what the sad part is, is that I called him yesterday morning about the CCR number and he had no clue of not having the proper information submitted. Here we are stockholders and doing the follow up for this guys business. He honestly did not have a clue that they were not clear. How could you not know if you are or are not clear? You know they have to be telling them to check their number through their system to make sure that everything is ok to move forward. It is really hard to believe that he does have anything in the works at this point, because if he doesn't know how to take care of the small matters how would even know where to begin with the large ones. He just needs to know at this point that we are taking serious steps to having him answer those over him. This isn't a game it is going to cost him dearly and possibly jail time if this thing is as bad as we think it could be. OTC and SEC have been notified and Mr. Guthrie has been made aware of what is going on in the situation.

PS - To the man who signed in as Guthrie - If you are Guthrie I hope that you read my last post and specifically the jail time, because it is a real possibility if you don't have something to show for what you have been doing. I hope for your sake that you have a great and real productive day!!!

shomethamoney.....I was just thinking the same thing. I guess since he doesn't have any employees to do his leg work, we the shareholders are his employees.
Just spoke with a rep from CCR and was told it is impossible to even submit bids without complete CCR registration. Companies that are not fully registered with CCR would not have access to potential contracts. All companies awarded contracts are paid directly from the government via wire transfers through CCR.
They were very interested in what was going on and told me that I would receive a call from someone higher up the chain.
I have DDed this company to death.....Possibly literally!

David that good and make sure to keep up with the date and name of the contact that you spoke with. All of this information will be used with the OTC and SEC informants. Not only that but if this guy is lying which it looks 99.999% he is going to pay dearly and this time he won't be riding out on any horse.

Guthrie - I see what you are saying but you have to read our posts in along with the PR's that the guy has put out. Those supposedly contracts that he put in for are not going to happen at this point because at the time of submission he had no CCR number which would put him in a forfeit position. His bid will be tossed aside because his application was not complete.
