I tried calling him today - every 15 min, 10-15 times, I was determined. He probably got tired of seeing my caller ID and sent me an email. :-)

The majority of our initial Contract bid closing dates are in the first and second week in November. Regards, Damian Guthrie
Dear Mr. Guthrie,
Do you have any award dates that you can share from your Request for Bids. I have worked with gov't bids before and realize that dates are normally published.

No offense, but neither would I.
We keep asking about the contracts for Katrina rebuilding.
How soon we forget, these states have had two more hurricanes since then! In fact, it's still fricken raining in Florida.
I just spoke to a friend down there - she has no power right now. So, no wonder these guys are still bidding on damage contracts - the damage is still going on!
Hopefully the next two weeks will be very good weeks. The weather will clear up. Everyone will finally assess the damage, and these guys will team up with other companies and everybody (local corps.) will get some very good business.

Good afternoon sir. My name is xxxx xxxx, from Ohio, and I own several million shares of stock in your company. Several weeks ago, you promised that we would hear news from your meeting with Market Makers regarding the selling of ghost shares in your company leading up to the Forward Split.
His Reply:
This problem is unresolved at the current time. I never promised anything other than that I was meeting with Market Makers. The meeting went ahead as planned and we have not gotten to the bottom of the problem yet. If we find the source we will no doubt inform the stockholders of the outcome or findings.
My initial:
Since then , we have not heard any results from that meeting. Also, we learned that some $10 million dollars of contract negotiations have been ongoing, and that "at this time" no Reserve Split is planned. Yes, No Reverse Split is planned and we are currently bidding on numerous Contracts.
My Initial:
I have been involved in FEMA contract bid submissions in the past, for several corporations, and have not known of any such lengthy delay in securing bids for those contracts. All contracts are awarded within 45 days for initial cleanup, and resotration of primary services. Reconstruction contracts are, for the most part awarded within 60 days as well. Katrina hit August 29.
His Reply:
As you are aware Katrina hit and was short followed by Rita. It took the Government 2 weeks to evacuate the people still trying to survive in New Orleans. Fema itself could not get established for days, and is still having difficulty in many areas. As you would be aware Fema has only issued 25% of its contracts to Open Bidding circumstances. The remaining Contracts have been awarded behind closed doors. We anticipate that this problem will become more transparent in the very short term as a lot of pressure has been placed on Fema and other Government agencies to allow for free open bidding on all Government Contracts that are being placed into the market now for bidding. As stated previously, the large majority of Contracts have been given to out of state, politically connected firms. This has been well documented in the media and in and around the Hurricane affected areas.
My Initial:
You have a great number of investors who have invested significant amounts of funds in your company, and yet while you continue to string us along, we are looking for hard numbers from you.
As a business profesional, I would think you would want to provide good, solid, accurate information to all of us.
I understand that you recieved your formal college education in Australia, and perhaps the good people of Australia are used to delays, however this is the United States of America, and you are operating your business in this country, and should be willing to provide any information regarding your companies operations and finances to your stockholders, regardless of SEC requirements for OTC companies.
His Reply:
I am aware of where I live and work. As you have stated previously regarding your knowledge of Fema and its contract process, you may not be aware of the time it takes to re engineer previously failed construction. We are bidding on contracts that have a lot of Engineering design, consultation and geotechnical investigation, and financial issues associated with the type of Contracts we are bidding on. For example it takes 1 month to receive core geotechnical information to even commence what is called a pavement design to re design a failed road. I don’t believe that anyone here wants to pay for a failed, bridge, road, and or infrastructure 3 times.
My Initial:
As a stockholder, I am formally requesting from you at this time to be forthcoming with your FEMA contract number, and the current verifiable status of any and all FEMA contracts currently being negotiated by your company, and any division therein.
His Reply:
I have previously displayed the CCR number and relevant documentation supplied via the Government sources. Currently here is a brief list of Contracts that we have requested Formal Contracts and are currently in the process of bidding on, Port of South Louisiana, Rehabilitation, Lake End Park Marina, Rehabilitation, West Bank Recreational Complex, LA, Repairs and Drainage and Ditch repairs phase 1 Shreveport, Street Overlay project Monroe, Detention Ponds Woodland Hills, Piling Repairs to Port of South LA. We can provide you with contracts we plan to bid on in the coming weeks if you like.
With All Due Respect,

I think he needs to put out PRs with substance, when he has something to put out. I don't think putting out excuses whether they are on FEMA or CWFG is productive. Just my 2 cents

I think its very pertinent LOU, just for the simple fact we have been trying to get this info from him for over 1 month now and FINALLY under stockholder pressure he gives up some info --- I think that a PR with this info would give all stockholders and ones who are looking to maybe get in a feeling that they are not being lied too, and the NEW buyers are what we want

I for one am going to get out of this dog as soon as I can at least get close to my buy in pps, but at this point in need it to go up almost 5x. This company's turning into a joke. No revenue, no contracts, no PRs, just a lot of talk and BS. IMO this company won't be in existence this time next year the way they are going. I'm out first chance and done with BS penny financial companies.
