CMSI was changed in to CWMF which now is CWFG. He changed the names to get more buyers. New name means people will see it more on the front end. More investors sucked into the scheme of things. Continual movement on his behalf to keep it so that he can make PR's. If you look at all of the articles it says that the company named him "Guthrie" the president of CMSI or CWMF or CWFG. ALL SCAM!!!

Why would you sell now, i have 80% of my portfoile tied up in this , and i belive once tthe MM's have there way and make there money shorting this , news of contracts will make this pop, Can't see this going much higher than .0005 but thats fine with me. Its not Guthrie that one has to worry about its the MM's sitting behind a photocopy machine printing out shares , The company only benefits when the PPS gos up. The mm's will cellarbox and keep it there till they make there profits .

So is that it, then? The verdict is to leave at .0001-.0002? If we can even sell at .0001-.0002 .... is selling still even an option, now that the word is getting out that this is a money pit? (Wish I wasn't averaged at .0003, or this wouldn't sting as bad, although holding anything for this long and losing is bound to sting)
How possible is it that we're seeing:
Shorting, and/or the MMs and CEO trying to fake 'n shake us out before they announce some non-FEMA contracts that don't need CCR registration.... giving the pps a momentary jump during which they can sell ... classic pump and dump stuff... 'cause right now they just keep dumping without even bothering to pump, which seems foolish even from the scammers point of view. (Or just sloppy.)
I'll be honest: This whole thing looks like a flaming pile of sh** to me right now. But shomethamoney's post says "Current Registration Status: Registration is undergoing IRS Consent Validation. This may take 24-48 hours," so it might be worth it to see whether or not the IRS does validate the registration or not. Then we'll know whether to wait or go go go.....

some of us have been holding this for a month prior to the split, and have gotten severly burned. Myself, I am a TOTAL idiot. I sold out to take a dvantage of some other plays, and got BACK in at 2
Guthrie has another company, CMSI, so I thought about trying to get money from there, and shaft him with everyone selling this turd at 1
Just my moronic mind trying to figure out a way to stick it to this lying piece of sheep dung from down under.
PLEASE - NO OFFENSE intended to the GOOD folks from Australia

I don't think I'd throw another penny at this guy (or any of his companies) until he proves to me that he's honestly trying to run a business.

I do belive you might be right Lucas on the Fake & Shake thing , i'm in for 1mil at and average of .000175 so even if i sold at .0002 if i could i'd be in the green , lets hold till we see what happens with the "Current Registration Status: Registration is undergoing IRS Consent Validation. This may take 24-48 hours," Then we will have a better idea were we stand. looking for the news to make it pop to .0005 is that to much to ask for ...

********************************************* FAR 4.1103(c)
(c) If the contracting officer, when awarding a contract or agreement, determines that a prospective contractor is not registered in the CCR database and an exception to the registration requirements for the award does not apply (see 4.1102), the contracting officer shall—
(1) If the needs of the requiring activity allow for a delay, make award after the apparently successful offeror has registered in the CCR database. The contracting officer shall advise the offeror of the number of days it will be allowed to become registered. If the offeror does not become registered by the required date, the contracting officer shall award to the next otherwise successful registered offeror following the same procedures (i.e., if the next apparently successful offeror is not registered, the contracting officer shall advise the offeror of the number of days it will be allowed to become registered, etc.); or
(2) If the needs of the requiring activity do not allow for a delay, proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered offeror, provided that written approval is obtained at one level above the contracting officer.

No problemo guys.....Guthrie as another chance...

If you were smart enough to gamble with money you were willing to lose, then just put this stock at the absolute bottom of your portfolio and QUIT LOOKING AT IT EVERY DAY!
Nothings going to happen with the stock till we get a good PR, so instead of looking at the value of your CWFG stock, scan the news, and don't worry about the stock till you see news.
If you sell now, I understand, because the true cost of this stock is now the lost oportunity cost in other stocks. However, since CWFG is such a small portion of my portfolio, the oportunity cost is rather low.
Just my advice, but you need to decide NOW if you're willing to write this one off. If so, just sit on it and quit fretting about it. If not, then get out and go find the next winner.

Why not just sell it at market instead of a limit so that way it will sell you at any price? Unless you are trying to dump 10 billion shares, I don't see why you would not be able to get filled in a day.

Rules: Mr. Guthrie could you tell us what the current situation is with CWFG?
Guthrie: What is CWFG?
Rules: You know, your company's stock symbol.
Guthrie: Oh yea, I knew that. Things are going great! We are currently looking at possibly landing a major contract sometime this month.
Rules: That is great, could you tell us more?
Guthrie: Sure, we are looking at possibly getting the contract to find the Andrea Gale, you know the boat that went down in the Perfect Storm. It was hurricane related and we think we have narrowed down it's location to somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean! We are currently gathering as much film footage from the movie to get a more precise location of where she went down.
Rules: Wow, that is amazing. Any hopes of posting any revenue soon?
Guthrie: Oh yes, look for a PR either this month or next pertaining to that.
Rules: Sounds good, I just wanted to make sure that my investment in your company was a sound one.
Guthrie: Absolutely it was. Thanks again for your money........I mean thanks again for sending me an email Rules.

Are you serious? This is by far the best investment I ever made! Any stock that runs from 40 cents down to .0001 in two months and then forward splits to .0001 is a fantastic company. You know the number one thing I learned is that ANY stock that plummets, plummets for a reason! This was an extremely valuable lesson that has cost me a grand to learn. Best class I ever took! Here is what I have learned:
1) Don't invest in a stock that spirals downward.
2) Don't invest in a company that has NO REVENUE!
3) Don't invest in a stock that has a trillion shares in the float and continues to get bigger.
4) Never invest in a CEO who has no track record and does nothing.
5) Avoid companies that tell you the MM's are scewing you, while the CEO is dumping shares into the market.
6) Never trust a CEO who keeps telling you........"Next month........Next month."
7) Sell into hype.
8) Pump and dumps are bad.
9) Forward and reverse splits blow.
10) Last but not least, when a company has a cell phone number, no employees, and doesn't exist...............then beware!
