I hope that you all understand my reasons. I have invested money into this and have been supporting this company for a while now if you look back through the pages. I am not looking for a lottery ticket in this company but I do want to see some kind of future. I want the rubber to meet the road and that time has come. It's time for Guthrie to put his money where his mouth is and produce or let us know the truth and then buy back all of the shares (not happening). I hope everyone the best in their future trades. i agree with you shome, i feel we have all been a victim of his printing machines. he only put out a PR today because of the pressure, i say hang the bast*rd, all his PRs work wonders and sh*t blunders, the PRs dont mean anything, just a play by play to his bank acct:; all misleading and lies.

Called again this morning.....still no answer. Not sure if it's going to do anything but I contacted Bay News 9 here in Tampa Bay. They are really good with stories like this, hopefully they are able to track down Mr. Guthri and get some answers. We'll see....my fingers are crossed. I will also be sending a complaint to the SEC.

....worst yet....whatever he was bidding on worth supposedly 16M $ never materialised....which is why he's making us believe that more is to come in the next few months.....this guy is just a pure and petty scam and I am ashamed of having fallen into it.

I did tell him that I have never seen anything that he has produced in this company or the other two companies that showed any profit made. I looked back through all of the PR's that I could find. He could not say anything because he knew I was right. I told him I saw the words "We are looking into" "We are negotiating", etc. He knew I had done my research. I was very business like, I was not mean but I was stern on the phone, and I told him that I was not playing games. I do respect everyone and your investment in here so please do not take any of my posts as bashing. I want to get down to "BRASS TAX" with Guthrie and I am not playing anymore!

Pretorian - It happens in penny stocks so don't kick yourself. We all bought into this company. I can say that I have learned a lot more about how to research someone's background better and that I won't have to make a mistake in the future. We will get to the bottom of this and it will either take off or Guthrie will take off. I will personally plaster his name across these boards and others when I get more information from otcbb and the SEC. He will either change his ways or his name. This isn't a joke to me and I am not making any of my remarks up for fun. I mean serious business with this guy.

Shome - I agree with your statement.I just want to add my 2 cents because alot of people are upset with stocks like these in pennyland.I have been through many reverse split with micro stocks because i hold too long.Sometimes holding is better then losing although i do not put too much in on stock but holding long might pay out for this stock or with others.I have been holding CTCK for a while now and early monday morning this was at .0004.Now its at .002 so you never know

How do companies get away with this? Isn't there a law, or is it just one of those things that can't be proven, or too expensive to pursue?

hmm, im very conflicted about this one, the repeat prs just to sell more shares into the float is really bothering me, not that I could get out anyway

....well to make a long story short Guthrie is doing this simply b/c he can! Now we have to ensure that we won't go screw around people with bs pr. However, I have to give him credit, he managed to make people trade litterally billions of shares over NO SINGLE FIGURES!!!!!!! not even 5 bucks of revenue, NOTHING!!!!....and it is still working, I see that over 91 millions shares have been trading! What a scam!

I am repeating myself here but I sort of feel for this guy. He is damned if he does and damned if he doesn't. He puts out a PR that says nothing and gets grilled or he doesn't put out a PR and gets grilled.
I agree something stinks but people can't have it both ways.

I have also tried to find infomation on Hawkesbury River that is supposed to be handeling the bidding from their office. I can find no address or phone number for a Hawkesbury River Funding in Dallas, TX. I have searched and searched, all I can find is Hawkesbury River mentioned in the PRs....nothing else!

The funny thing is that these companies he has "OWNED WHOLLY" supposedly name Guthrie as the President. He is the only guy in the company so who else is he going to name hahahaha. I cannot believe I bought into this - Before I get any stupid remarks - I am selling as I speak. I sold over 16 mil this morning!

Today must be my lucky day because I was able to sell my 1,000,000 * $.0002! I only had the order in for like 2 weeks now but it finally got filled! WooHoo!
Time to invest that money into another stock that will do something!

To be honest, I have no idea. I had my sell order in for GTC. After the PR was released, I checked my account and my sell was excuted * $.0002! I doubled my money on this POS stock. Woohoo!

I just finished my long and very detailed complaint to the SEC. Actually there is more information than I posted here in regards to the registration with FEMA and CCR. I would rather not discuss it here but it has now been given to the SEC. I am pretty sure the information I provided will bring on an investigation from the SEC. Hopefully somthing will come about by the end of the week.
I am 100% honest in the DD I have provided to this board. Things do not add up in my opinion, if this company is legit then fine. I do still hold a small handful of shares. I truly believe that the SEC does in fact need to look into this corporation.
