People bought at .0001 or .0002 and they have sell orders in at .0002.
Maybe, people try to buy at .0001, then the price moves to .0002. Then sell orders execute and selling outpaces buying - thus, the stock never gets over the .0002 hump.
Simply put - every time it get's to .0002 or .0003, sellers drive the pps back down.
We need to HOLD HOLD HOLD. It's the only way to give this stock a chance to recover.
My recommendation - everybody put in buy orders at .0001. The stock will bounce to .0002 imediately. BUT HOLD! and let the stock recover.
Also, everyone must promise to hold to at least .0004. It's the only way.

They've never heard of Guthrie or they've never heard of this company at all? Damn, calling the auditor's is a nice bit of research -- but if the result is that they're claiming they're not actually the auditors of the company... Mmmmm ... it makes me feel a bit ill.
It reminds me of a couple of guys I knew who worked as stockbrokers in Florida, and their companies would receive pacakges of CASH from NYC and other areas on a weekly basis, with the word being that the mob was connected to the money .... all of it tied to penny stock manipulation. I mean, this isn't just one of those scary penny stories you hear about on the Internet somewhere fourth-hand, these were first-hand experiences some close friends of mine ran into. Of course, the brokerages they worked for have all been shut down now and the Mafia has been crushed in NYC over the last decade...
But that kind of illegal curruption is still out there ... so you couple that with MM's and crooked CEOs and shell companies and pennies are more dangerous than they have any right to be...
Let's hope this auditor business is just a mix up of some sort and the contracts and financial PRs are coming.
I'm holding strong in CWFG, regardless. I bought pre-split at what now averages to a little over .0003, and I'm not budging until I turn a profit or lose it all. At this point, having lost over 65%, I figure there's no reason to settle for anything less than either a complete loss or a sell at .0004 or .0005.
I've lost out on so many opportunities having cash tied up in CWFG and ICMH, though, that I still don't think I have the iron gut needed to wait for this to go up 10,000%... but if this isn't a scam or a noble company on it's death bed, then making a profit here should just be a matter of time.
Keep the DD and opinions (good and bad) and realistic target prices comin', folks...

Maybe - but I used to work for an auditing firm and I only new the clients that I worked on. If you called the receptionist, she won't have a clue. And if you ask on auditor, he may not know either - and he especially won't know who the CEO is.
Now, if you spoke with the Office Managing Partner of the Audit Firm, then maybe.

I wonder if there's a way to get in touch with FEMA to see who's bidding for contracts in New Orleans and that area. Since Guthrie said that he's bidding on work, it would be nice to see if that's real.

Maybe FEMA has a central web site for companies who want to submit bids, updates, info, or gather more info about FEMA RFP's (requests for proposal).

May I offer a bit of advice? A wise character once said........"To Infinity and BEYOND". I thought it was appropriate for this stock since this stock is very similar to Louisiana, both are under water and in need of assistance. Guthrie needs to stop bidding a dollar and instead, carry a cup around asking for money as his company and stock is in need of another CEO. I don't think there will be any contracts as we are being strung along for the ride. Just long enough for him to take our money and run.

That would be a great idea but I have a feeling that our CEO is actually some kid playing on the internet while mommy and daddy is at work. Next week's press release will most likely state.........."We are a real company.......really we are!" "My mommy looked into the mean things that the MM's were doing and she told them to stop or else." Then the last PR will really jack the stock up by saying........"Due to the overwhelming demand of this stock, we are announcing a reverse split to increase shareholder value".

for what it's worth....mention of potential merge.... From: damian [mailto:tsolution*tampabay.rr.com] Sent: Wednesday, October 26, 2005 1:02 PM To: 'Cathy Rapp' Subject: RE: CWFG
Dear Cathy,
I apologize for the delay in my response. In reply to your email in short we are currently bidding on contracts worth approximately 16 million dollars. We plan to extend our bidding as time goes on into different areas that may be more specific or more project orientated rather than mass production. We can’t guarantee anyone that we will win any amount of Contracts. All we can say is that we are bidding and working very hard with a number of firms to solidify our chances. We are finishing numerous bids in the next two weeks in which we hope to win or at least have a chance to negotiate with the Principals in the Contract.
With the destruction from the Hurricanes now spread over many states across the US we feel we are in a good position to merge and perform the possible Joint Ventures as planned.
We are working hard to get the PPS back up as we also believe that the price is too undervalued currently.
Best Regards
Damian Guthrie

Dear Mr. Guthrie:
I've left you several voicemails regarding your company. I believe that your company is in the right place at the right time; however, as a stockholder I would appreciate at least one return reponse. Perhaps email will work better than a phone call as I know you are extremely busy trying to solidify bids, contracts and agreements for work to be done in the aftermath of Katrina & Rita.
If you could provide me with perhaps a short overview of the potential opportunities, revenue potential and an estimated timeframe of contract awards and/or completions, I would greatly appreciate it. As with any investor, we need information to help us make our decisions regarding further additional investments in your company. Sincerely,
