Committed to be in 150 markets before gay games. Plans to be in before then. He was asked about his health.
he says he is 62 years old. has some complications from diabtets. Not going blind; mind is working very, very good. Hates to have to dispell rumors about his health. He had the meds on the table at the open house because he doesn't want to forget to take it. the biggest med he takes is water pills. he works 24/7 and travels 24 or 25 days a month.

Many posters have said he is smoother and more articulate in person. Also very warm and open with visitors. So, he's probably a one-on-one type and not a polished public speaker. I don't find that a negative.

he states that he healthy for a 62 year old man and very alert. Your responsbility as a shareholder is either buy the stock and stick with it (not a day trader stock). (will talk about the pps). We were nothing last year. We have good employess from HBO, NBC, etc. We have top name companies. The debt service on the company is fairly low. Burn rate 1 mil/mo. Expressed concerned about shareholders callng banker, advertises, vendors and this is not supporting the company.

he says he has majority of stock. When network gets to where it is supposed to be his stock will go back into the network. He wants to work about four more years. He wants to be the greatest gay and lesbian there is. The network of choice.

Just to play devil's advocate on his "support us or leave" stance: Many people are down 70+ percent.

Not so easy to cut and run.

I have a bad feeling about this. I seriously don't think we're going to get many straight answers in the time we have.

Question from bill johnson in San Diego
What % ownership common owners have
Preferred owners and other investor
Frank says he owns 53% of the company (preferred stock)
Company is sole own sub of QTN. He can't sell or do anything with his preferred stock. If QTN is sold it's sold by us together. Only have to pay the debt service. He is responsbily to the investment bankers for the debt.
47% of the stock is owned by the common shareholders. Frank has preferred stock in TMM but not QTN. (Divided among his family members.)

film library worth 750 million dollars. Film library of almost 1500 original hours or shows that Q produced. Films produced so they will bring in money foreer. Dream is fully reporting company or an exchange. He is working on a small network but funding went backwards. The only way Frank wins is if we win
