As far as Doc is concerne, he can take care of himself and, if he as moderator had anything to do with banning, let him explain that to me. I don't trust your kind of input.

My theory on the restricted shares being sold. . .
Whomever received them had a business decision in place to sell as soon as the restriction was lifted. The company/individual is not following Q's progess and isn't interested. They got the shares for free in return for xxx and what they are reaping is pure profit.
Depending on the financial structure of the entity who was holding, these shares could have been held by them as contingent assets (appearing below their bottom line in last year's financials) with the caveat that they would be converted to above the line cash immediately upon maturity.

Rod, I am with you this case. Of course, everyone is entitled to express his or her opinion, whether it's positive or negative; cuz we can all learn from it. However, posting faulty information, twisting other's reports or words is wrong and it is due for correction, imho. Some posted before, if the posters here do not correct those wrong information, Allstock would become another RB.

No joke wango. What the hell is going on in here lately? There is no 'censorship' going on, and people probably are being banned because there are alot of idiots around here lately. Too much filling boards with trash and not enough mention of the companies themselves should be grounds for banishment. I would hope the solid members in here would stop argueing with this idiots, and just let them disapear when they realize they aren't getting any responses. If it keeps up anyway, just report their posts. I have been lurking for quite a while due to my frustrations with this board, but everything seems to be getting worse, not better. I hope someone reading this has the authority to do something about it.

Why is it that everyone and their dog is so concerned with Q investors? If you don't like the stock, say your piece, and leave with some dignity. Stop arguing and making fools of yourselves. I have no idea if any of you newly concerned allstock members are knowledgeable or not, but if you continually argue over things that do not involve the actual stock, QBID, then I (like many other) will assume you are simply here to stir the pot and insight arguments within this thread.
