With the audit finally coming to a close - we should be going up from there...right? I have had terrible thoughts of getting rid of these shares..even at a loss.

I just dropped in... someone may have already mentioned this, but Richard's replies and/or statements are probably being monitored by someone as he posts. Being short and to the point makes it seem likely. jmo But all in all, its quite interesting.

MT & G-invest There goes the dilution theory down the drain again. I assume Frank and company are practicing the same honesty and integrity that they are requiring of others? NO, DD, this is good news in a way...Richard is saying they are not diluting to cover operational costs...This is what the private investors give the checks for...
What it is then, is VERT is selling restricted shares from years past...So its not dilution, because its not Frank selling the shares...

HAA HAAA. All seriousness put aside. It would seem to be the case by the process of elimination that the only reason that the pps is so low is because. 1. Not enough investors want to jump in on this right now. 2. 19.5 bil shares is enough to hold the price down until there is a bigger demand for shares. 3.
