Again why is this up to Doc to find out. Richards number is at the bottom of this post call him yourself and find out.
Doc has done more then anyone should have to in this forum to help out and he gets hammered with crap like Dustoff spinning his statements around.
People this is a forum to share information, not a request line for Doc to get you the info.

The Commission Order contained findings that: between November 16, 1993, when Of Counsel's initial public offering of securities became effective, and December 8, 1993, Hibbard and others purchased approximately 95.7% of the public float of the Of Counsel securities and manipulated their price from $3.25 to $8; after manipulating the price of the Of Counsel securities, Hibbard and others sold those securities to the investing public at the artificially inflated prices; Hibbard profited by approximately $3 million; and Brown, as president of Hibbard, personally directed Hibbard's violative conduct. The Commission Order also contained findings that, as a result of the above- described conduct, Brown and Hibbard willfully violated the antifraud and other provisions of the federal securities laws.

If you confirm that this is not the Richard Brown associated with the "Q" you have certainly opened yourself up for a slander suit. On the other hand if it is him you have nothing to worry about

There is no slandering here. I am asking a simple question. I will call the number provided on Monday and ask. I'm gonna do some more digging on the situation as well. I'm gonna look for pictures, exact full names, etc. And go through the SEC.

If you guys keep altering and or getting the mods to remove posts that have factual DD that may shed a negitive light on your QBID, well, maybe the SEC would like to know that...
Does anyone have any idea how common the name Richard Brown is? And for anyone who's ever bothered to phone our RB, he seems quite young. As in too young to be president of a brokerage firm back in '97.
And I think I'm obsessed with the audit date. Sheesh!

Sorry I brought up this Richard Brown thing but, it is being talked about elsewhere and as long as Doc is calling him tomorrow, I thought he might as well ask.
If not, it is a legitimate question for him during the CC.
But this is BULL***T with PennyTrader attacking anyone that posts anything that is not 100% positive.
This reminds me when his "other half" buckwheatbob stated that Frank had started up and sold other TV networks for a profit. When I asked for proof of that, buckwheat attacked me with that "how dare you question me" kind of crap.

I swear you missed your meds today. Take your concerns to the SEC. You are talking aout posts that you admittedly did not read in their entirety.

We are not telling anyone to buy or sell this stock. You know that I have on many occations stated not too buy on my statements. So has Doc.
I think you need a better hobby. Your not good at stirring the pot.
You stay all you want. People see what you are doing.
You stated that you are so interested in the old prs, why don't you spend your time more productively and bring information to the tab le instead of twist the info that is already here.
You want to gain credibility then bring info that is pertinant to QBID and show us your concerns. We will listen to credible information that has liks and supporting evidence and we will thank you

I know that he has been warning people about QBID for a while now. He warned me about it when it was at .003+. If I had held it all the way down to .0009, I wouldn't be very happy today as many of you are.
