most of the volume is coming from massive sells!!!!! or dilution - saw a couple for 20 mil - where on earth could all these shares be coming from

according to my screen they are ALL sells - if you got in at .0002 that's amazing and will most likely be good for you - I got in last year when it was .01 and lost quite a bit got rid of it a couple of months ago - should either be headed back up or preparing for split in my opinion - careful

i know i'm probably being ignored but my advice is to wait until you see actual "movement" upwards before buying - i have my alert set that if it hits .0004 or .0005 then i'll start looking at buying again - other than that - i won't get trapped in this one again

I hate spculation. Here is a fact. After reading it, then spculate,,,,Did CNES apply?,,,, I say yes. If CNES did apply, will they be chosen? With 600,000 shares * 0.0023, am waiting till the 2nd Quarter for SCE to say something.
SCE plans to issue the following procurements:
SCE's AMI Program - RFI - Part B (2nd Quarter, 2006) SCE' RFP Business Systems Integration Planning for Phase 2 (2nd Quarter, 2006) SCE's AMI Program - RFP (1st Quarter, 2007) SCE is interested in working in collaboration with vendors that have commercially available solutions consistent with SCE’s advanced metering vision. We plan to share our requirements and reference architecture as they are developed to facilitate vendor product development. We are also interested in vendor feedback on technology developments and cost effectiveness so that we can improve our business case. Please contact us at our AMI Technology Assessment office.
For those vendors with emergent technologies, SCE is interested in understanding the opportunities that your firm may provide. We do, however, have guidelines to protect your ideas as well as ours. If you are interested in discussing your early stage technologies with us, please contact our AMI Technology Assessment office and we will send you our Agreement Regarding Submission of Idea(s) for review and execution.

Just bought 4 million at $0.0002. Easy to purchase at that price today. Last week, couldn't buy any for that price. Hope it won't drop to $0.0001 now. But if it does, I think I'll buy 6 million more shares.

Whatever is happening someone's doing a lot of churning and/or accumulating with the same 9Million, 18M, 25M, 36M, and 45M shares...buying at .0002 and selling at .0003.
If you've got that much to throw around it's a good way to pick up $700-800 bucks a day if the volume's there. Institutions? Daytraders? MM's?
For it to be worth while anyway, you've got to trade that much to cover brokers fees.
I don't think there's dilution going on yet. PPS would have dropped below .0002.

once again - check back with cnes when it actually starts MOVING up again - until then try not to think about what's going on in the .0001/2/and 3s - your brain will explode! just watch it from a distance - if it jumps then jump in - if not then keep watching until it does

Why wait? Just accumulate a little at a time...hold some cash in reserve to bid into the rally (when it comes). This stock is sitting on a solid resistance level and has a classic double bottom.
Sure the bottom could fall out with bad news but it's worth taken the chance. No guts, no glory! (and no profits). By the way, I shot a 77 today and missed 4 birdie putts. Lol! No worries about this stock.

"Qbidders"..... Now that is funny. What's with that silly company QBID anyway? Wait... Don't tell me because I'm really not interested. GO CNES!!!

Strong bottom for the stock, FCC approval, new lease for operation of data collection facility! Secracy going on?? No pumping. Something is about to happen.
It's a perfect time to own a few million shares. Then, Buy into the rally. "Boom goes the Dynamite!" Ha!
Actually, there hasn't been too much action in other penny's lately either. When there is, grab some action and stash it back in CNES. Be patient.
