OH MY GOD!

I just wasted my precious time reading all that garbage from an individual with the handle of cnesscrew. What a waste of my time. Compound that by the number of readers of this thread and we have a colossal waste of time. Please, cnesscrew just shut it off now. And another thing, if you're proud of your handle then we all understand you and really don't desire to correspond with you or read your posts. I would highly recommend a handle that isn't demonstrative of your disrespect for those of us who are hopeful about our investment in CNES.

Sincerely, Dano

well today's "non-movement/dilution" is typical of of the way this stock has been behaving for about a year now - downhill- down a steep hill I must say - now that it has hit the bottom of the hill it's TRYING TO go lower but there is no where to go - so it stays the same - until news I will not get pulled in by this one again - as far as the FCC approval goes - I've been to the cnes website - seems as though they are making an honest effort to make something happen but this is one of those companies that has to show me something first - FCC approval? SEEING IS BELIEVING

cnesscrew it's like this: Men who wear hats remove them as a sign of repect toward others when they enter a restaurant. Those who leave them on demonstrate their lack of proper upbringing. Your handle and arguementative nature demonstrate your lack manners. So far you remind me of a 16 year-old child with ADHD when your daddy won't let you have the car on Friday night.

I don't think I should have to put you on igonre satus. I think you should learn some manners and buy a book like "How To Win Friends And Influence People". It also wouldn't hurt to talk to someone who knows you and is well respected in their community, someone who is a professional in their field like a doctor or a lawyer and ask them to coach you on corprate protocol or a similar venue. Best of luck!

Sincerely, Dano

Some DD for you pulled form the cec meeting june 12 2002

CHAIRMAN KEESE: Okay. At this time we have two members of the public who would like to speak on the subject of public comment on automatic meter reading, I believe. Who wishes to start here? Ms. Casspi.

MS. CASSPI: Good morning, my name is Marsha Casspi, and I'm from ConectiSys Corporation. And I'm not coming to sell you anything. I'm coming to ask for the direct way to qualify and find a path for moneys and contracts. I've been working with PIER, Laurie Hope, and a lot of other members. We are -- ConectiSys Corporation has the solution for wireless AMR meter reading, real time meter reading. And for the past seven years we've been doing research and development, and I've found it very hard to find the path to a solicitation. I think it's been -- we applied for a small grant almost three years ago. And then after six months we found out that we were too commercialized. And then I've been dealing very closely with Laurie in the AMR sector. And I think it was this coming fall the PIER was supposed to have a solicitation out for AMR real time meter reading, and she said that that has been pushed way out into the very far future. And I mean being as the market and deregulation, I mean one of the main cries it is still calling for, AMR. So my question and my appeal to you, Commissioner Rosenfeld, and Chairman, is what do you do to bring about a solicitation that they said is pushed way out? We're a publicly traded company and we have survived for seven years, and we have watched many many others like SelNet, MetraCom, AT&T drop huge projects like we're doing two-way wireless meter reading. And I mean we're still here, seven years and we're still here. UCI, University of California at Irvine, has given us an incredible platform. They want to use our technology. And it's the only one they have right now for demand, load shedding, real time meter reading, in collaboration with Southern California Edison. But UCI would like, they have welcomed us with open arms, but they want $30,000 for us to be a membership. So we just need the path, how to qualify, how to stir up this solicitation. And I'll let Robert just mention --

COMMISSIONER ROSENFELD: Wait, I have a question.

CHAIRMAN KEESE: Commissioner Rosenfeld.

COMMISSIONER ROSENFELD: You mentioned other manufacturers.

MS. CASSPI: Um-hum.

COMMISSIONER ROSENFELD: Have they gotten money from PIER?

MS. CASSPI: Has UCI?

COMMISSIONER ROSENFELD: No, you mentioned, I don't know, --

MS. CASSPI: Oh. No, they're just big corporations –

COMMISSIONER ROSENFELD: I guess I'm just trying to understand, is PIER somehow or other discriminating against you in favor of other firms?

MS. CASSPI: No.

MR. SPIGNO: Our point is that the opportunity appears to --

COMMISSIONER PERNELL: We need your name for the record, please.

MR. SPIGNO: -- that there's funds available --

CHAIRMAN KEESE: Mr. Spigno, would you just give your name for the record.

MR. SPIGNO: Oh, excuse me. My name isRobert Spigno; I represent ConectiSys Corporation. And it does appear that money has been set aside for real time meter reading, for that type of technology. We have, as a public --

COMMISSIONER ROSENFELD: When you say money has been set aside, there's no solicitation out.

MR. SPIGNO: There's no solicitation, but we do appear to have somewhere around $35 million that's set aside for this purpose.

COMMISSIONER ROSENFELD: No, that's not true.

MR. SPIGNO: Okay.

COMMISSIONER ROSENFELD: I mean the whole PIER budget is $60 million. And it gets divided between six teams who have roughly $10 million a year each, at most, to provide solicitations. And I'm just puzzled as to what your –

COMMISSIONER PERNELL: It may be for the installation of meters, is that what you're talking about?

MR. SPIGNO: We're really talking about --

CHAIRMAN KEESE: We had --

MR. SPIGNO: -- a solution, --

CHAIRMAN KEESE: But that number --

MR. SPIGNO: -- a technology, --

CHAIRMAN KEESE: Commissioner Pernell is correct. That number, 35 million, reflects what the Legislature gave us to install real time meters in everybody over 200 kW.

MR. SPIGNO: Isn't that -- you're asking for, at least --

CHAIRMAN KEESE: Let me tell you what I believe here. I'll throw it out. We do get rigid at a certain point. And we have programs, and you bid to them.

MR. SPIGNO: Yes.

CHAIRMAN KEESE: We also have ideas that float. And I think the best thing, if Commissioner Rosenfeld has the time, I think the best thing for you to do would be to meet with Commissioner Rosenfeld, perhaps his Advisor, and just discuss this issue informally.

MR. SPIGNO: Okay.

CHAIRMAN KEESE: And in that way, yes, I believe all five Members of the Commission wish that what you have was universal in California today.

MR. SPIGNO: Yes, sir.

CHAIRMAN KEESE: So, it's not as if you are talking to an unfriendly audience here. But, he and Commissioner Laurie are the R&D Committee. And you talk to them, you're talking to the people who come up with the ideas. You have an idea. I don't think, again, as I talked before, about Committee work up here. We really don't -- there's a couple of us who really don't want to get involved in this Committee work. But you talk to them and find out from them where you can fit in this process.

MR. SPIGNO: Okay.

CHAIRMAN KEESE: Because this is something, I think, that we -- is this acceptable?

COMMISSIONER ROSENFELD: Yeah.

CHAIRMAN KEESE: He only works from 7:00 in the morning till 11:00 at night, so if -- (Laughter.)

CHAIRMAN KEESE: -- that schedule fits for you, you can usually find time to meet with him.

MR. SPIGNO: Absolutely. Is there any way that we can -- do now --

CHAIRMAN KEESE: We're going to be breaking here in just a minute and you can chit- chat informally with him.

MR. SPIGNO: Beautiful.

So what happened?

I fail to see what any of this has to do with manners. I am entitled to voice my opinion of how my money has been handled just like everyone else. Your problem with me is that I don't support your view of this investment and therefore, that makes me disrespectful. I don't see it the same way. I think it is shameful that CNES treats us this way and that it is inexcusable for you and your ilk to bury your heads in the sand and continue to pretend that this ship isn't listing badly.

By the way, thanks for engaging in this conversation in a mostly adult-like fashion.

Cnessrew,

That DD that you posted from the CEC on 12 JUN 02 is old DD. It is a valid question. As far a I can asertain from CNES (when I caled them) was that they are working with CEC, ie still chit chatting.
You think CNES moves slooow. Here is Government in action.
I have my measaly 600,000 shares at 0.002.
I personally will not dump any more $ into this stock till they get a CONTRACT.
If I were at CNES I would be proud of the fact that FCC gave approval, so why don't they post it on their web site under grant information?

I keep my eyes posted on this site for any info.

cnesscrew... Please, there isn't much more to say on this topic. My intention is not to berate or belittle anyone. I believe that I stated things a bit harshly however succinctly in my previous post. We ALL, those of us who are in this investment, realize the nature of our investment. It was highly speculative to begin with. Please reread my post and try to see what I'm attempting to point out. I will add this; It's not what you say but how you say it that deliniates ones nature and intentions. Remember this... All valid DD is greatly appreciated.

Do something about that derogatory handle and we might begin to see you in a different light, or maybe we'll just have to put up with it just like the 16 year-old child. It's up to you.

ONWARD PLEASE! I'm done with this...

Sincerely, Dano

No doubt CNES is a speculative stock. Most pennies are? Some go and make money for you, some go and make it, and some just go.

At this point...The 3 biggest questions out there for me about CNES are: 1)whether or not the pilots are working correctly 2)if there are any electric companies (anywhere) seriously considering using CNES' technology. and 3)can CNES stay afloat and get a contract before they fully dilute?

Did anyone see that ITRON gapped and ran up to $46.99 (up over 16%)!!! Could it be they're buying CNES? Possible? Anything can happen.

There's great DD about this stock all over the place but and lot of people are frustrated that things aren't happening fast enough.

Chill out. Play some swing plays and come back later. Here's some alternative plays:ADGD ADOT BIKO BKMP CNES CJSS CWFG CYHD DDSI DNAG EKWX GLIF GWGO GFYD GZFX ICAN IFLB INSN ITGJ JPHC MMIC NNOS PHXI RNKE RSHN RVMN RWNW SSTY SVXA SYCI UNQT USXP WGFL WHLI. Also: FEMO is in a pretty big run up to .054 - poised to run higher.

I'm still in long with a few million shares of CNES and ready with reserve cash to bid with when it heads north. Hang in there!

jagman, itron has been doing very well on the contract side recently. their 5 min read fixed site radio network AMR has been gaining momentum

SPOKANE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 29, 2005--Itron Inc. (Nasdaq:ITRI - News) announced today a contract with Utilities Kingston in Kingston, Ontario, Canada, to provide the municipality with Itron's advanced Fixed Network automatic meter reading (AMR) technology and CENTRON® solid-state electricity meters.

Located on the northern shores of Lake Ontario, the Kingston municipality provides water, gas and electricity services to most of its 146,000 residents. Kingston joins four other Ontario utilities that have deployed pilots of Itron's Fixed Network advanced metering technology -- Wasaga Distribution, Hydro Ottawa Limited, Bluewater Power and Toronto Hydro -- in anticipation of new "smart meter" initiatives from the Ontario Ministry of Energy to foster energy and water conservation.

There was a trade at 10:12 am this morning involving 9,325,000 shares that looks odd. It might have been a rookie 'sell at market' trade instead of a 'limit' order and MM's took advantage, taking the price down to near zero. On my chart there's a green OHLC stick with a red OHLC stick directly underneath.

Or, It Could be the MM's signal for the real bottom??? Lol!!!

Looks like there was only one trade today at 10:16 for .0001. Nobody else is selling at that price.

You can pick up as much as you want * .0002 though. There's potentially about 8 billion shares out there. Anyone have $3.2 million to invest? It would sure help take up the float! Lol!

Anyone know how many CD's have been cashed in lately by CNES?
