if you keep predicting different things eventually you may be right.
what happened to the 4 fold increase you pumped about last week for this week.
now you are only talking a couple of points?
do us a favour and stop with the games.
we dont need a phycic hot line. if your in then fine your in.
please stop with the dates, and the prs and the prices.
I feel that there is going to be a pr in the next month as well and i feel that there will be more value in the stock price in the next money as well. lets leave it at that and stop with the dramatic this date and that date and give me till such and such date.
we didn't buy this from you nor are we putting a lot of stake in anything you are saying.
fact of the matter is that there is next to no inside information delivered to anyone. and you really dont know any more then anyone else about what prs are coming. and specifically what the price is going to be by a set date. This was proven by your 4fold prediction for this week.
we are not stupid in here and we remember a lot.

well folks im out for the rest of the west coast morning. I may get a chance to check in here a bit later but i leave my internet connection at noon west coast time 3 pm eastern and start my journey home. tonight.
I should be home in time for the opening bell tomorrow, but will be severely jet lagged. we are leaven west coast on the red eye and i get into home at 8:30 am eastern time.
if for some reason i dont get back here before 3pm, have a great day all, and dont let them scare you with the shake, you know it is going to happen and we see it happening as we speak.
the news is good the numbers are lower then most bashers ever suspected or indicated, so keep the faith and ignore the ignorant ones.

Ok it was on the investors page from Frank...
"We will be doing a shareholders’ meeting which we hope to schedule in late summer or early fall. We are aiming to make the meeting interactive so it is viewable from certain hotels in subscriber areas. I will be doing the meeting from the studio in Burbank where there will be room for an audience of 200 people. Shareholders will be able to ask questions through an 800 number and through email. Every question that pertains to QTN will be answered. If you tune in late, you can request a video copy to be sent to you. I am excited to offer our shareholders an opportunity to talk to me directly during this call. Please send an email to Rich Brown (staff@equityrelations.com) if you are interested in participating in the meeting and/or with questions you have."
It says an audience of 200...is there any way someone may be able to get on the inside and be apart of that audience? MT if its not asking too much, since you have contact with Rich alot maybe you can get an idea of when this meeting may be taking place and if someone from this board would be able to attend?? I would imagine this takes place just after the audit and financials are confirmed with a p/r, or this may be how this info will be relayed to us shareholders prior to the p/r releasing this news.

There has been much speculation concerning the share count of Triangle Multi-Media.
While the company is still awaiting the final outstanding share count the company will not release un-audited numbers, but they feel confident that
...the number of shares is closely in line with what was discussed on the last conference call. (October '04).
(I think this was 9.5B O/S. prior the Dec. and the '05 buybacks.)
The 50 billion authorized shares ARE NOT part of the issued outstanding share count. The authorized shares do not affect the float nor the issued O/S and will remain authorized as protection if QTelevison were to require additional equity. The company has significant funding in place and does not see any reason in the forseeable future why it would become necessary for those shares to be issued.

hey guys, been out most of the day, just got back...but i have to head out for another couple of hours....ill try and answer as many questions as possible that i saw........
IN regards to the o/s numbers, i may call richard again today (i dont want to get on his nerves back to back lol) to clarify 1 more time about the o/s issue....the way i see it, we are all basically correct...
yes the preferred shares do not include in the o/s when figuring valuations and such..but Richard told me that Franks shares were included in that number which leads me to believe that Polo and Jennifer are correct in saying that that number is outdated, before Frank converted his shares... i probably will call Richard...also because somebody sent an email to him and supposedly he said my converstion with him was inaccuurate...so i wanna know if he actually said this, because i would be completely disappointed in him sayin that...i do not believe it, espically because the person sent the email at 4:40 or somethin and he replied at 5:40...and in most cases that is extremely fast! extremely..and i dont believe Richard would discredit me...

NITE and VERT are both on the inside bid which is a complete change compared to earlier weeks......they normally were never on the inside bid and were the ones selling huge amounts of shares....they are still on the inside ask as well though....
Chart,,, still lookin good...MACD is ready to cross here signiying a reversal...last time it crossed around this area we ran up to .0023...RSI still in a respectable area (not high as of yet)....SAR down to .0018 so a touch of .0018 would also signify a buypoint...

Juice, hey i have spoken with richard about this..but this is pretty much public knowledge...they will announce a shareholders meeting soon...if i were to guess sometime in late october (pure speculation on my part though) and most definately everyone is invited...it will be in a couple of hotels accross america and everyone is invited!

I know this has been mentioned today already but WOW is this volume low. Using 6 months time frame the RSI is at 45.73. I am curious what you good people us as a time frame when determining your RSI.

I remember that post and if it is not there now, I can verify that it was there. I cant verify word for word from memory, but i can verify every fact that is stated in that post.
now knowing Blackwidow, i will venture a guess that what she posted is 100% correct. she is very factual when she posts and i respect her for that.

I think this stock is going to stay flat or even drop slowly until some major news comes out (either the audit, or new carriers/sub numbers)
I would imagine with all of the volume over the past few months most of the people that are going to buy in at this price with this info available have bought in already. The fact that the price has stayed so low for so long means that most have even probably stopped accumulating until they see some movement. IMHO

you want to take credit for predicting a 2-3 pooint tick after failing on a 400% failed prediction.
how about we leave these types of predictions out of here. and let the cards fall where they may.
Fridays are typical of a late day pr that doesnt do a lot for the pps as the daytraders are busy dumping end of day and end of week. Im not going to dispute that tomorrow is possibly going to be a pr, but im more wiling to bet that any big news now wont come out till the 5th. Frank has hinted at this date.
if we get good news tomorrow i will take it. but lets not get thinking to highly of our selves.
past performance has to be looked at, and yours is not that great.

by the way the reason there is no volume is katrina..the reason the audit is not coming out is because it may be close to ready ..but they dont need to put the news out right now while there is a natural disaster that they can be covering instead..thats why it will happen before sept 15 ... frank knows the numbers..u think he doesnt talk to the audit guys every couple of days..hes so on point with his money just like us..we check what this stock is worth every day..if not couple of hours...everybody has there own way of doing things..thats what we have to understand..i think frank already knows whats up..now hes cleaning it up so we can all get a good chunk of change from this...why not present it in a way that is very serious...think about it..when u delay something it only makes it more tastier...i dont know about you guys but i can taste something very soon..like next week. i thought we would be ready by now but a natural disaster put us back one week..tomorow we will end on a high note..because the guys in the conference room will actually see that this is the last time to buy....tomorow...yes tomorow...because by next week..it will be too later..we will be past .0072 ..thats right..next week thursday . i sound so stupid now..but if im right just dont be shy to call me a little genious
