That RSI is silly it's so low. People were buying in days ago at .0014 it was so low. I have to wonder how oversold this can get without some kind of correction. I've put together a fat war chest & if we actually do experience a panic sell or even just a slow bleed to .0001 I will buy every share I possibly can. This is a company with so much potential it will have to explode at some point. When those financials are finally released we will see a trend up every bit as consistant as the move down.

For all to remember...What we have here is a stock that went from .0001 up to .028 and now is coming down...That run up was unbievable...whats that a 28,000 bagger! ahahhahahha
Well, so now we have been going down steadily ever since...Think about it from the outside big traders...Many people are waiting on the sidelines for a turnaround...This turnaround will not happen until we have huge news...National Coverage, or Audit realesed...Then, you will most likely see a exact replical of the downtrend as the chart will flipflop...
QBID has not really ever shown anybody that NOW is the time to get in as it is the BOTTOM...yes, if we recieve one of those 2 things (audit, carrier) than all those individuals waiting or sitting on the sidelines will finally get in..Traders will then jump on the stock for the ride and once the financails are public, some insitions may begin to load up...The fact is, nobody really is going to buy until we see a reason to turn around...
Though, watch out, because once the reason becomes public, we will go...Lets just hope that Frank is buying back and reduces the float at these levels and then gets the ball rollin

I'm also considering just showing up if I can confirm a function but am not "granted" a ticket.
My concern with that plan is if were bodily turned away at the door, I might really lose it!
As I said before I will be in San Diego for the Monday night NFL game Steelers vs Chargers. I can be in Burbank early on Tuesday morning. So ticket or no ticket that is my plan. I will hunt Richard down until I get inside

Might be a good entry though I'm afraid it will go lower. At any rate I too have put together a chunk of $$$$$$$$ & will buy BIG in the near future.

Hey millerTime what are you talking about??. Audit and National Coverage??? Do you think it will happen??? Look!! RCN is not even expanding from original contract for 7 cities yet...What is Rassenberg doing?? nothing..cox agreement is a fishing license too....Franky spent $$$ to make a good sound for QTN but too bad no carriers for people to sign up, it is a waste then.

The only thing that makes sense here is that Frank and Co. are buying back shares...i hate thinking positively regarding Q, because it always seem to turn out wrong, but it seems the only choice...
Frank and Co, (including Richard) have been completely quiet lately...
We know (at least dang well hope so) that the company is not going down but rapidly growing..As they just bought a 25M dollar studio and a Netework Teleport...
I would also not put money on Frank diluting by smashing the bids down...Doesnt make sense for him to want to cream the shareholders (unless a buyback)...
Add that we are at ridicioulsy low levels and the PR's have slowed down to a crawl

60 days of no news would kill this stock, we would def see .0001 im sure of it. What I really am anticipating is news before october 11th. BIG news. I believe this is why Frank and Rich are quite, something is up. Either they are out of fluff p/rs to save the stock a little bit, or they are waiting until a few days before 10/11 to unveil a few monster p/rs. This way the stock would be on a rise while investors are asking questions, and on "national coming out day". We could move strong a week or 2 from now. JMO, and thats the only reason i am still holding these shares, and yeah its pretty stupid but hey, at this point what do I have to lose>? (not much anymore hahahahaaha ugh .0008 close)

Juice, I think that the big news will come out on 10/11 at the party. Perfect time to make a big announcement. Early morning reception, news released, monitors at the party for the stockholders to watch the market after the news. "Q" is coming out all over on 10/11/05

since Qtv is a subsidiary of Triangle MM, and Triangle MM owns the studio & teleport, then Triangle can lease the needed services to its own subsidiary, Qtv. it's called keepin' it in the family, ie payin yourself.

Excellent post Babe! At some point we deserve a monster run. I'm of the mind that Frank will deliberately let this thing slide to .0001 & actually has contributed to that slide. Whether or not he actually uses that as an opportunity to buy back MASSIVE amounts of the OS remains to be seen. I'm ready to buy when this hits bottom.

RSI is oversold, but at 18, there are 18 points left til it reaches zero... there is always room to go lower!
The MACD is diverging more negative now, the stochs are pointing down... IMHO, everyone here believes that it will continue to go down further and now that it has broken the support at .0010, many are holding off buying until some sort of support is found. We blew right through the 8's today and the bid was really thin. Tomorrow we open at 8 x 9 and drop to 7 x 8 within the first 30 minutes! FWIW, my shares did not sell today at 9. I may try again tomorrow, but I doubt if they go! In my opinion, we will fall below .0005 before the middle of next week... everyone here has been getting filled on the bid. This does nothing but push it down further! I also still believe that restricted shares are flooding into the market. Who else would have shares this cheap to sell? Frank and restricted share holders!!!!
Frank is going to have a mutiny on his hands, hence the reason to have a chat room style shareholders meeting. There are too many frustrated people out there now.
I read above about the shareholders meaning nothing to the company. It is the growing the company that is important. Well that may be true, but when you have thousands of shareholders pissed off about how much money they lost, that is not good PR. Having happy shareholders out there proclaiming the Q as the next best thing will get more new subscribers than any advertising that they do! All the upset investors will be spreading their financial ruin stories and people will stay away from subscribing! I believe that everyone in marketing knows that people have to "SEE" an ad 3 times before it sinks in and they consider it. Whereas, someone is alot more like to consider something when it is spread by word of mouth!
I am sorry if this is all gloom and doom, but this pps is heading lower! Until Frank realizes that the shareholders are his biggest asset to get this thing off the ground, and he truely delivers some shareholder value, this is going to tank further!

FoT, correct me if I'm wrong but.. .isn't 10/10 a holiday? So everyone would need to be in before end of week, 10/7?
if news was released that weekend, 10/11 would be one heck of a coming-out, and those not in by the previous Friday would be up chit's creek without an oar.

I agree the pps is headed lower. I'm one of those people that "sold at this level" knowing that instead of riding it down, i can hope to make up a little when i buy lower and ride it up.
as far as subscribing, i dont think it is so much spread by word of mouth. i didnt "subscribe" to logo, but since time warner decided to include it in my digital cable package, i have it by default. so i'm not sure that's how they're finding their audience. i do think that our requests get it on the cable network to begin with tho.

Give me one good reason why I shouldn't sell and buy back lower! If Frank came out and gave me just one good reason why I shouldn't sell tomorrow... I would cancel my order! He isn't.. so I am not!
He gives PR's that say "we are investigating the market manipulation"... then a couple months later, he says "that the fall in pps is not all market manipulation"... he has been diluting the stock, and the O/S count has gone from 9.5 billion to 19.5 billion and is now probably around 23.5 billion! Right now, the only support that I see is at .0001.
Todays closing pps gives a market cap of approximately $19,000,000.00.... is that too low for what they have in assets and potential? Answer is Probably! Will the pps ever return to a true market cap?.. Answer is Probably! When will that happen? Answer: As soon as Frank stops screwing us over and starts reporting the facts and instills some investor confidence that we will actually receive a return on investment!
I will be looking to add shares at the .0005 or below level next week! I am not bashing this stock, as I do believe as Whiz has always stated, do they have a product and is there a demand for it! I believe there is, but Frank is not taking care of business and it is evident in the current pps!
