It's my understanding that if a split is done in the creation of preferred shares, the price is based on the common shares on the last day traded, or on a range of past trading prices. So if you made each 1 share of preferred equivalent to 100 shares of common, then your share value would be $0.15 and you would have one share instead of 100.

hello everyone..hope ur all doing well..i talked to richard the other day and he said that unfortunately the news yesterday has nothing to do with the audit being finished...he still has no time line..although he stated things were lookin good..richard is a nice guy and i asked him if he has any stock in this...he said yes..he had some stock from a long time ago..also i asked him..do u know when a pr is gonna be released..he said that sometimes he knows months in advance exactly whats gonna be said in a pr..anyways..the reality is this...we are very close...but we still have to wait..u have to understand one thing...we need to have financials for investors to take us serious..even though we might be profitable in 2006 ..it doesnt mean that the stock will rise then..the stock can rise tomorow if we get financials in...until then we are all qbidiots...our day will come very soon ..but we definately need the audit to put us on the map

Naked Short Selling Subpeonas Issued to Firms
The stock loan departments of 35 brokerage firms are now being issued subpoenas. The subpeonas were issued by the Department of Justice as well as the Securities and Exchange Commission. This is most definitely in connection with the ongoing practice of naked short selling. It is defined as selling short without borrowing the necessary securities to make a delivery, thus resulting in a failure to deliver the securities to the rightful owner. The main goal of naked short selling is to engage in harmfully affecting the price creating downward pressure on the security. Today, that pressure is being forced upon various brokerage firms that have failed to stop the practice, even with the installment of Regulation SHO, which was supposed to prevent naked short selling. More to come soon as the Fed is finally starting to crack down.

I was thinking, it may benefit Q if we go to our respective providers and request that they carry Q. I just sent a message to Cablevision. Enough interest may be the impetus we need.

exactly my thoughts indeed...with only 22K subscribers thusfar, it really seems like it only takes a couple hundred or thousand requests to get a station demand approval...
this is why i was asking people what provider they had...Dish seems to be on the verge of getting Q, so anyone who has Dish it would be of great benefit to just send an email or go to the Q website and request Q in your area..every vote counts

hey miller time u have some great posts...alot of the positive people in here like pennies art make it real pleasant to read posts. i definately agreee that all the people chatting on the board should number one be q holders...# 2 they must have never bashed on this stock... think about it..volume is good right..when people read our posts ,,,u think they dont get affected sometimes.. heres whats going on..first of all im not a stock broker,so i dont like to get technical with all the terms because frankly i dont know them. but......im a mortgage broker from la. and fortunately ive been successful enough to have some powerful friends.....( in the investor fields ofcourse..) now what theyre saying about this stock....and ofcourse this may not be 100 percent accurate...but when people tend to deal with millions of dollars of profit for some reason i can take there word for it..especially because they dont own this stock....and u know why they dont own this stock........because we dont have financials...yup..im gonna tell you straight up like it is...everybody needs to get on the same page here..obviously we cant be right all the time ..but we have to really disect what is going ..and its not all numbers...eventhough im personally a numbers guy myself being that i have a business. and by the way the only reason i am typing this is because # 1 ill be honest i have 20 millions shares..so obviously if i have a chunk of change then i care..but what i really care about is seeing all the positive people in this room write their posts....remember all positive so this is why ive taken it to a point where ive asked the big boys about this stock....heres what "supposedly going on" .... arite so qbid right now is nothing.. .0013 -.0020 ..thats the way its looked right.. rule number one..real investors wont take this because the real investors...the real rich rich rich..only take on things that can show financials..so thats why we are nothing...ok so we had a couple of prs that said were in the process of doing this..investigating that..but what do we have???nothing. now..remember i said investors wont take this..the reason people dont play with pinks is because for all you know they could be gone... 6 months ago i used a funder to give my loans to..basically on the idea that when the loans fund he will pay me my comission..he was in business for a long time..but guess what..they went bankrupt because of an irs problem and i didnt get my money..tough poo poo things like this happen..and this is why the old timers love doing nasdaq. dow jones.. because they atleast can think of them selves as somewhat "statistical" if the stock works out..ok....people in here know about this stock from head to toe..atleast we hope ... we know if one thing is gonna happen is that frank will no matter what by the end of the year release the audit...and thats all....that will make us official..until then nobody should believe us..were on pinks... but thats the good thing...thats the only reason that we can see 10 times our investment.we used to be a long shot...but through hard work....and people "supporting" q television is why we know that we will only take it to the next step..yes many mm's have totally messed with the numbers...but who cares..when we have paperwork showing whats really going on then that will be that... lets stop looking at the numbers...because we all know qbid is not about that..it is about getting to the point of a company succeeding...whether the company is gay black or white. i think it would be safe to say that most of the shareholders are not gay..the point is we all have the same view...the big picture. guys...i give it till the middle of this month...before sept 15 we will see something that can be put in writing..not ur average crap pr that says we have a great new show..obviously were a real deal because we bought a production studio in burbank.. this pr will state something concrete that can tell people what q is really about .... serving the glbt...is the market there..hell yeah.. im not gay but i live in west hollywood..pretty much the gay capital of the world i think..people have more pride here than cheerleaders at football games..all they want is to be respected and treated fairly ,,,which they definately deserve..u guys see new states allow gay marriages..yes..we are in america..the gAY THING IS OUT.. most people can handle it..we are living the american dream on this stock..we are askin american in essence to accept the fact that qtv was one of the original networks that has nothing but good intentions to serve the glbt community.. the numbers for the past couple years have been poop..when u start a company u have no clue where to go..we now are finally ready..this is the only thing that was holding us back..guys..please do me a favor and dont even think of selling before sept 15..i predict that we will be at .0072 with a steady rise from that point on.. the numbers dont lie..they just need time to work themselves out..thats all it is .. give me two weeks guys..then im sure we will all be talkin lots and lots of how we knew this thing would finally lift off... to all my fellow qbiders i leave you one quote

We talked at great length (5 min-10min) about the trading and manipulation of the stock...includding the 9M share blocks and AH orders.... --------(VERY INTERESTING)....the After Hour trades that somedays even include up to 150Million or even 200Million in shares are only MM transferring shares from account to account.........IT IS NOT BUYBACKS, SELLS, INSTITIONS...NOTHING BUT TRANSFERRING OF SHARES...(richard went on to say) when Frank bought back shares before, it was not him after hours...he commented on it being the huge rumor swirling, but Frank did not buy back after hours..he buys back during regular market hours and buys back on the open market...just like us...(went on to comment on institions) they buy back just like us on the open market during the day....
Richard said that the transferring of shares only manipulates the volume for the day as people then think the volume is much higher than it actually is...
(i then asked him about the wording in the PR about QBID being a subsidery of TMM and blah blah blah...He basically was just saying that QTN is traded under QBID) -------he said yes this was the case because of all the investors who were emailing him about how QBID is not apart of QTN..
(i then asked him about the o/s in the PR.) -----Richard said that it is 14Billion plus the 5.5 B restircted...so yes the O/S is 19.5Billion and he is "very sure" that it also includes Franks preferred shares...19.5Billion outstanding shares...
(i also asked him about the rumor that he is leaving Q....) -----nonsense, this is a rumor- HE IS NOT LEAVING. end of story

MT...you can pump all you want!!! It is really irrelevant because no matter how much is bought...the price does not change. So who in the world cares what anyone says about this stock, good or bad. But one thing is for sure. It swings and makes money and it swings and loses money. It is undervalued and it will go up. So screw the folks out there that are negative. It makes no sense other than then them being jackasses who have nothing better to do than discredit folks because they are not good enough chart readers or too broke to do a teach me to trade class.
